We did six excursions with Natural Travel. The customer service, organisation, punctuality and value for money were just superb. Jimena coordinated all of our trips from head office and answered all our queries promptly and in a friendly way. The trip leaders provided great information and made all excursions enjoyable and fun. I highly recommend Natural Travel.

On the plus side, very friendly and helpful in the main office. Very skilled, safe, articulate driver for the seven lakes tour. However, for whatever reason, we we trapped in our van with a family with a two year old and a five year old that were screaming, fussing and shining laser pointers all over the place. The company should insist on an age limit of 8(?) years old and in addition enforce that rule at pickup. I love kids, but one can’t realistically expect them to be controlled for eight hours in a very full van. While the parents should have had the wisdom to take them to the beach instead, ultimately it’s up to the company to determine that this is an adult tour and for everyone’s benefit, some restrictions should be in place.

The attention was excelent since the agency office, they gave me the best info, and always fulfill my expectatives of the travel. I’ve purchased in others, this was by far the very best of my experiences.

Super nice and supportive staff. The lady helped us to plan our trip and recommended many additional things we could do in the area. We also did a trip with them (the circuito chico). Jimena is an amazing tourguide. She speaks English very well and takes time to inform you about a huge amount of nice options without push you to do anything. I just walked in on good luck because all tourist offices were closed. She really made my day! Thank you Jimena!

A very good experience with our tour guide Nestor. He is fun and knowledgeable, never a dull moment. We had a long day crossing Andean Lakes. We were so grateful Nestor and the driver already waited for us when we arrived at Bariloche. He helped us to settle down in our hotel and make sure we got our late dinner in the hotel. The half day tour on March 15 led by Nestor was executed on time and we learned a lot of plants, taking nice pictures at location as recommended. Nestor took good care of everyone in our group. He waited to make sure we checked in our flights for our next destination before he left us. Not knowing the language can be an issue but Nestor assured us we were in good hand.. Thank you Nestor and hope to see you again soon.
