Jorge did an amazing job guiding our group on the Haute Route. We had a large group with a wide range of experience levels, and Jorge ensured everyone was safe while still having fun. His experience in the mountains and with the local area is a huge advantage as we had to change our plans several times due to heavy snow and low visibility. That knowledge allowed our group to safely take advantage of the late season powder and see some other small towns, while other groups had down days in the high alpine huts. Jorge's focus on safety and fun upbeat attitude make him one of the best. Highly recommend Andescross and Jorge for your next adventure!

If you want to go on an adventure, Andescross and our guide Jorge should be your first choice. Jorge had the mountaineering expertise to lead us through some difficult situations safely and efficiently. Jorge cared about the group the entire way, and constantly checked in with us to make sure we were enjoying our trip. He took so much joy in taking pictures and videos of us, and shared them with us as proof of our fun and accomplishments. Jorge’s technical knowledge and good sense of humor, make it an easy choice…pick Andescross for your next trip.

I had an incredible time with Jorge during my guided climb of Cerro Lopez in Bariloche. This was a challenging yet fun and manageable climb that involved both hiking, rock scrambling and a small amount of technical climbing close to the summit. I was still recovering from a wrist injury when I did this climb, and Jorge was able to cater our climb to the limited pressure that I was able to exert on my wrist. The entire climb offered stunning views of all of beautiful Bariloche and was the highlight of my trip! I was very impressed with Jorge as my guide. He made me feel safe while still offering this thrilling experience. The stories that he shared from his world travels were the basis for intriguing and exciting conversation all along the way. I would highly recommend using Jorge for whatever outdoor experience you crave when visiting Bariloche!

I climbed the headwall of Torre Principal together with Jorge. Everything was perfectly organized and I felt very comfortable during the whole trip. The climbing area around Frey is amazing, the rock is perfect and I definitely wanna come back to Patagonia to do some more climbs. Jorge thank you so much for this awesome experience and that you trusted in me doing this very beautiful but hard climbing together.

Jorge and Tomas run a 1st class guide service. Not only are they both skilled and seasoned ski touring guides, they are fun guys that bring a light hearted and fun experience to the mountains with the right amount of seriousness when necessary. Winter 2022 our group did the Ortler Traverse in Italy with Jorge and Tomas, it was a great time and I would highly recommend the experience, such a special place. I will go back. Cheers, Justin.

Loved my climbing trip in Bariloche with Jorge from Andescross! I was getting back into climbing outdoors after almost 1.5 years off. Jorge was patient, knowledgeable, and kept me challenged while ensuring that I felt safe. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Patagonia!

I had the trip of a lifetime skiing at the Frey Hut with Andescross! Jorge answered all of my questions during the planning phase of our trip and our guide Pablo & Ramiro were so accommodating during the trip. If you are looking for ski guides in Patagonia, Andescross is the only way to go. I've hired many backcountry ski guides in lots of places, but Pablo and Ramiro were top notch. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Without a doubt one of the best adventures of my life. Jorge and his team are top notch; very skilled in the outdoors but more importantly they're really great people who are fun to hang out with. The food was great, the terrain and lines we skied we're incredible. I'm already thinking of when I can go back. Thanks Jorge!

Unforgettable experience skiing and mountaineer with Jorge and his team in Patagonia. We spent a week in the remote area of Cerro San Lorenzo. I can’t imagine this was easy at to organise and Jorge did an outstanding job. His guiding skills were top notch, he had us laughing the whole time with get stories and jokes. The food he prepared was delicious and the skiing was amazing. I came on the trip intentionally confronting some fears of heights and I was happily at ease with his safety and encouragement. Looking forward to touring with Jorge again in the future. -Sean Cambridge, MA USA

Awesome guiding. Jorge was very communicative, and Diego was a great guide. My first multi-pitch, and in Patagonia out of all places. Would definitely work with Diego again.

I had so much fun with Jorge!! He met me exactly where I was at with rock climbing. I told him that I wanted to try my first multi pitch climb and we did one that was perfect for my skill level. We tried a few other climbs including crag, but my favorite was the slab sport climbing. I learned a lot about the gear and knots and cannot wait to learn more about this sport. I felt safe the entire time and genuinely enjoyed hearing stories from Jorge’s years of experience. When the weather was bad, he had backup plans and was extremely accommodating. If I am back in Argentina, I’m going to use Andescross again. Thank you!!
