Far from city and temples.Consider your stay only if you have personal vehicle. Room was not clean when we checked in . Cupboard/Mirror not available in room. Also there were no towels and toiletries provided. Good Part: Garden and Open area for kids to play.

Only the property is pretty rest everything is bad. Staff behavior and service is worst. Never had such a bad experience. They should really work on that. Also the location is very far and shows wrong on maps. You won't get transportation easily.

Overall experience was bad, it's too far from temples and E rikshaw people threaten in between the way for more money. The room provided was in a new wing but was too dirty, full dust everywhere.. No AC remote was provided, wash basin was extremely dirty, water was draining out from basin pipeline, TV was not functional,ore ofen powercut was there, felt like pathetic managed. Staff are over stressed due to less manpower. The swimming pool was totally green..could not use the facility. Staff were complaining about management and senior managers that no one takes care of recruitment and overall services. Not commendable.

Worst hotel ever, I booked this so called resort for 2 days with my friends First of all the location is very far from the temples. I booked this by watching videos and pictures and when we reached we felt cheated. *Frequent Electricity power cut. * Rooms are like boys hostel, rooms are stinking very badly. * Even after talking to reception, they said we cannot do anything. *AC was not working at all, they repaired it on 2nd day after so many calls. * Bathroom is the worst part as it is very unhygienic and dirty. Finally I would say I'll never recommend this to anyone as it may be good 4-5 years back but now it will spoil your holidays. So better book somewhere else. Worst customer service.

Resort is located a bit far from Pre Mandir. It is a bit difficult to reach here as most of the totos or auto driver has no idea about the location, however resort has free pick up and drop service if you already have a booking. Rooms are good. Swiss tent rooms are attractive. Location is quite beautiful with peacock around. There is a kids play lawn where they can spend few minutes around. Room service is quick and good.

Visited Vrindavan for the first time and Elegance resort made sure I had the most enlightening and enriching experience in terms of both my religious visit to Banke Bihari temple and my stay here which so comfortable and peaceful. The staff was friendly and kind. They serve some really good satvic food to help you with your religious tours

This is one of the best places in this location,it has a fair amount of rooms and each of them is well designed. Aa for activities they have a pool, children's park and an indoor game parlour .the bes thing was the food, it was fresh and quite tasty. The staff was the best and helped us alot . As to summarize it i would go here again

Outside of city. Auto/Cab charges 500-1000 rs. to reach resort or to main city from resort. They say that they have one electric rikshaw but you will never get it. Poor check-in/check-out process. Typical UP type. Disaster room service, no one cares for room service. We booked swiss cottage and in the room AC was not working. No Toilet Sheet on the western style toilet. Attached the Photo also. So much Mosquitos in the room and after complaining no one hears. NEVER EVER book this resort otherwise REGRET.

I stayed in Elegance resort with my mother and her two friends for a weekend. We really liked the location as it was a bit out of the city's chaos. We could come back to our resort and take some rest away from the noise and traffic of the city. The staff was really helpful and understanding. They have a big area to walk around, to sit, chill and relax on your spiritual trip to Vrindavan. They also have fancy cottages, and a swimming pool. We used to take a walk around the resort in the mornings and chill around swimming pool after our tiring days. I was reading through some comments and saw some people mentioned that the location is too far and the washrooms were not clean. I think the great point about the resort was that it is in a peaceful area. After going through the super crowded temples and streets, I loved to come out of all that mess in the evening. Also, to me, it was more of an experience to stay in the resort rather than being accessible to the temples. Also, the staff was very friendly to arrange transportation for you if you inform them a night before. The food was also very home-like. They prepared what we wanted and when we wanted. I had a blast. I had booked 8 cottages which was kinda a private party and we had an amazing experience. Pool was clean and the best part was good. I got to know that they are only one providing tents in Vrindavan

Came from a nice trip from this resort and just recived a phone call about the broken glass in the bathroom, i toldthe caller that you must have checked it then and there when we checkedout. Now how can i belive that broke it not any of your employe. Even told him that if he wont i can pay him half amount, he became soo rude on call and start abusing and he was like "ab dekh m kya krta hu" are you guys in any mafia? How can you give such threats to your customer?

I stayed with my family here and my stay was really good I would highly recommend everyone this resort. They allowed us early check in. During the time the mandir was closed this resort has activities like movie theater,swimming pool, amusement rides for kids that let had us engaged. The best part is it is the biggest resort in Vrindavan. Staff was very sweet and cooperative and food was really tasty.

Overall experience was really good with this resort. Staff was very helpful and the owners were friendly. Food was good very similar to home made food which is ideal for spiritual trips. Rooms were a little dusty in beginning but easily got them cleaned. Besides rooms they also offer other facilities like swimming pool, gym, swings, trampoline etc which can be fun for kids. Location was a little far from main city but they provide shuttles so it is not a big challenge.

Overall my experience was very good of staying here with my family. We booked executive suite. Rooms were very good and spacious. There were some issues in room but those were negligible. Food in the restaurant was very good, and service from staff was exceptional.

Third class rooms with no cleanliness and worst service... Food quality not good at all... Behaviour of staff is very rude.. They also say to every guests to rate 5 star for extra 5% discount...What a big scam....

Our recent stay at Elegance Resort wasn't great, to be honest. The manager, the guy with the French beard, was pretty rude. We had to wait for 40 minutes before he finally gave us a room. And when we got to our rooms, they were far from clean – pretty disappointing for what we paid. Even a budget hotel would have been cleaner. The staff didn't really know what they were doing. Need more training. Considering all this, I don't think the price we paid matched the experience we got. Don’t waste your money on this resort.

Pathetic resort I have ever seen. Room service is too bad. Some basic things are not provided such as hanger for cloths, central power on / off system. Water gyser is provided but no hot water. Landline not provided, then how to call reception or room service. And very very important thing. It's too much away from main city. If you don't have personal vehicle and got late in main city then it's very difficult to get transport back to resort. So in summary think twice before staying here

Room was ok but service was very bad. Never go on the picture of the hotel as its between farm. Please plan somewhere else. I had done booking via goibibo the package includes breakfast but while arriving there they said breakfast no included.

I loved every bit of it. The staff was very hospitable, the rooms very clean and food was tasty. There are events having every now and then especially at weekends. Would recommend this place.

Liked it. Ambience is good. Food is great. But the cleanliness is the point they need to work upon. You have to ask house keeping to clean this n that or else they will not do it properly.

I visited this place on the occasion of Holi festival with family. I stayed at this resort for 1 day and then changed the place because this resort does not offer what they show in different photos. We booked 2 rooms, and they were very dirty. their washrooms were also very dirty, they even didn't have exhaust fans in the bathrooms, but they kept the space for it opened and because of this we had mosquitos in the rooms. They had "All Out" mosquitos Repellent but without liquid, we asked them to give it but they said it is not available. However, they sprayed "Hit" but later mosquitos again started troubling. Their bed and pillows were also dirty. One of the rooms' lock was not working and if you lock it somehow, then you have to keep trying to open it. We complained about all these problems but they did nothing. Outside open area was good to sit, other than that nothing was good.

Breakfast is very delicious and Washroom clean and room comfortable ..I am recommended for family over all experience is very good....

Away from City , too far to commute. No water supply for us on second day , Water heater did not work for us after first use. Not recommended with a family . Can have party as open places in surrounding ...Staff is overloaded and try best to help but Infrstructure is poor. Personally no second visit place ..

Far from city conveyance issue... resort have one battery rickshaw for pick & drop but you will never get it. Even, after sitting on rickshaw he forced to get down from rickshaw as someone offered him few bucks.... no room service... AC was not working... in the morning I stuck in toilet for more than 30 mins, as there was no water... my wife called reception no one was there to pick call. Horrible experience... try some other hotel.

Location is nice but I booked Swiss cottage...and in their amenities , hay have mentioned tv .they were not providing any setup box to watch it ...I mean what is the use then, then we change our Swiss cottage to a room , then they look a long time to do a simple recharge, one main problem of that place is the electricity issue, as they have rural electricity, other than that ...the place was really nice ..i enjoyed alot ...if you are with friends you can totally check this place out✨

Don't judge a book by it's cover. This fits perfectly for the place. Very unprofessional staff, right from the main gate guard to all. Rooms are utterly dirty. Bathroom is horrendous. Order a tea and it comes hour and half hour late. Never every come to this place for stay.
