Located at main road and we'll connected with highway. Only 4 kms from railway station. Had visited here to attend a wedding. The rooms are average and little old, I'm dire need of renovation. The AC were more than 20 years old but working. They have a big ground and indoor hall which is perfect for wedding in Mathura.

Horrible experience!nothing nothing nothing was good including staff food rooms toilet o my god pls dont call it hotel my house is far far batter from this they charged me 2200 for one room where as this hotel don’t deserve 500 rs pathetic i wud say pls nvr book no one was professional staff doesn’t have sense to talk they are not answerable at all u will keep asking they will only head down and ll do thr work I request if the honour is reading my comment pls change your front office staff coz this is first impression which guest receive which was pathetic for me being on a hotelier by myself.

Overall good stay. Stayed in the hotel for one night. Room service was great. Food was good. Ample of parking space. Room had smoky odor. They offered me alternative room, however I already had unpack my luggage so didn't changed the room. Kettle was not provided in the room, however was given immediately on request. Hotel should include tea bags , coffee sache in the room.

Service was really bad. We reached the place around 9:45 PM with our parents. We had booked 4 rooms at the property for 8 of us. The owner insisted for full payment at the time of checkin. Post that we ordered our dinner, which took 5-7 follow ups and more than one and a half to deliver. The floor was not clean and filled with dust. Hence you cannot think of stepping down without a footwear. ACs were worn out and were hardly serving the purpose. The water facility in the washrooms was very bad and there was no power backup whatsoever. Basic facility like 2 mineral water bottles per room was also chargeable. On complaining to the management, we were told that we should understand that these kind of things occur. Well, they hardly bothered about a bad customer review or service, to be honest.

The service was very good. The rooms were clean & tidy. Also, the location is near a petrol pump and bus stand making it easier to move to other places.

This Hotel is at strategic location. Looks fab from outside and lawn, parking area is properly maintained. The staffs, interior and amenities needs overhauling desperately. WiFi available but useless. Flush in the toilet doesn’t work. We booked 3 rooms. Each room had one towel each. Though got the required number of towel after se real hours on multiple reminders. One has to ask several times for each and every thing either housekeeping, room service, wifi password, water food menu towel. We booked 3 rooms for 1 night. We reached afternoon and ordered food in the restaurant. Food was amazingly delicious and delivered in time within 20 minutes. We decided to have our dinner here only. To our surprise the same food items ordered in evening were not at all even up to the mark and this time they serve the food in 80 minutes that too when we order 3 course meal they delivered everything together and again the tissue and water at the table served after several reminders. Room was smelly. Some kind of burnt fuel smell was there in one of the ac room and it didn’t go till we stayed there. All other rooms were booked so we weren’t able to change the room. Parking and the gate keeper was good and well behaved and helpful. All in all it was way costlier comparing the services and the quality. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in agra.near to the highway.Rooms are clean and good facilities(room cooler+,tv,shelf,telephone to reception,attached bathroom with heater with hose attached to closet😄).staff services are good . Breakfast /dinner can be arranged with prior booking. Only one negative feedback is lack of Lift;that is nessessory to old people or ppl who having difficulty in climbing stairs also for bring heavy luggages to room in upper floor.parking area present.good ambience.

Very nice place, neat and clean, very spacious rooms and surrounding areas, main highway and entries place all routes buses available at its gate, railway station 2 km away named Mathura Jn, all types of vehicles available at here for visiting all pilgrims

A decent place forcover night stop over. Has a petrol station located adjacent to the Hotel. The staff is good.

Room and bathrooms are not well cleaned. Bathroom was very dirty. Food quality is not good, very much tasteless.

The hotel isn't a 3 star hotel..The rooms are basic with no facilities what so ever..The reception or room service never answers the phone..Towels, kettle etc. Nothing was provided.. Moreover after placing the food order,they took an hour to get the food and brought salty food..Not recommended to stay at all..There lawn in the hotel was rented for a marriage function during our stay and the function went on till 5am in the morning..We lost our sleep due to it..Check for other options.

We went to their Restaurant for a breakfast and for lunch on the very next day. Breakfast was good. Ala Carte only. No buffet. But on 22nd Feb. when we again visited for lunch, their Restaurant was non-functional. We were told because of ongoing weddings there, they were short staffed. But their staff at Reception was helpful & they suggested some good alternatives nearby..

Food quality degraded. Better eat at home. I can cook better even though I don't know how to cook.

Rooms were too much expensive in comparision to quality of rooms. The one room given to us was tad dirty as u can see in pictures. Location and looks of hotel were positives in opposite there were so many negatives.

They change their policy as per their convenience, does not matter what is written on your booking voucher. Rooms are also not very clean. They don't care about the comfort of staying-in guests. Does not provide all the amenities as promised on goibibo. If you complain, the owner does not pick up the phone even from goibibo. Location is also outside city, so if you are coming to visit Mathura, vrindavan the location is not suitable.

The location is good on highway.. parking facility os good. room service is also good.. only one problem is there is so much mosquitoes in hotel waiting area and in room.. the hotel must take action for this . allover good option for stay..

This hotel is at Old Delhi Agra Highway, Rooms are with 5 Seater Sofa, Bed and Linen little old, Wash Room is quite Big but with basic facilities. Food is very tasty with a limited Menu in the buffet. Big Lawan and Parking space. Nice Lobby. Staff is supportive.

Service of the hotel is very poor, even they cannot provide water, room tv is not working at all, receptionist is arrogant, if you call from intercom no one will pick up the phone

From outside the hotel looks really good but its an older one and the rooms are really older. Rooms are not like the images shown. Rates are high for such rooms.

The best thing about the Hotel is their food. Rooms were okay. Service was good. The hotel is right on delhi Agra highways so location is convenient. Enough place for parking your car. We had a good stay there.

Food was homelike, veg and tasty. The rest was average. Lots can be done for upkeep of hotel. The name of the hotel does not justify the place anymore. Travelled with Kesari Travels/Tours and was pretty disappointed.

Overrated and expensive for the services given . Hotel is too old and of zero maintenance. Power fluctuation in the morning lasted for atleast half an hour and was ridiculous. No room slippers, no centralized ac, no clean bed sheets, no door mat ,nothing!!!
