Hotel Maharana Place is a good place for stay in mathura. You can comfortably stay here with family, friends or group members. The location of this hotel is good and one can easily find it. The behaviour of staff is very good and they are very helpful. Rooms are clean and well ok. Here locker room is also available so one can easily put his baggage Here safely. This place provides you value for money.

Worst ever experience in any of the hotel i have ever stayed by oyo. The rooms were full of damps, AC was not working and the rooms were smelly enough to make u irritate. We booked it for 2 night stay but we checked out the room after first night itself.Never ever suggested hotel by my side. Hope oyo will take care of such poor service.

This hotel is near to railway station and bus stand so it's easy for you to manage your trip. The receptionist Mr. Pardeep is good and helpful with a kind behaviour. My solo stay was amazing in this hotel, all staff was co-operating.

The hotel service was always on time. I'm staying here for around 10 times. The Receptionist Mr. Pradeep was too good in his profession. Hotel room will be average and nearer to Mathura station as well as bus stand. Their food taste was good but need to increase the variety of dishes in their menu.

There is lot of difference between the photo displayed on net as compared to actual site. Hotel claims being 3 star But facilities and service are of normal hotel. Rooms conditions and service not to a 3 star standard.

Staff were very nice and friendly, but this hotel felt straight up haunted. Our room was pretty dirty, there was an off smell all the time, we couldn’t get the shower to work, and our bed was basically wood with a thin mattress on top. We were “tricked” by the good reviews, so I’m just leaving this here for people to be aware.

Rooms are good. The staff giving service are well behaved. But the owner seemed a bit unprepared for us when we ordered food. He kept on insisting to order once for a group.

It's an average hotel. Rooms are not cleaned properly.. service is pathetic, you will have to call multiple times for any service. Rooms are spacious but not maintained properly.

First off I love this hotel it's the cleanest I've ever been rooms are large and comfy we went for a Friday and Saturday husband I and our baby. Good breakfast also pizza place in hotel was delish fridge with freezer which is nice for baby bottle bag as well as a microwave to heat leftovers I would recommend for sure.

Stays for one night. Rooms are not very good and facilities are not up to the mark. But the hotel rooms are very spacious and there is a scope of improvement. This hotel is very bad, hotel staff are too irresponsible person. And hotel wall are very old and broken and water comes through hotel walls . And hotel manager are very rude and irresponsible. They don't know how to satisfy the customer. Room and bathroom are very dirty. Personally my experience is very bad. I recommend every body don't go this hotel. If you go then u waste your own money. This place was unbelievable! We felt like celebrities the entire stay because the service was so exceptional! The concierge was fantastic. The room was very large, clean, and luxurious. TV/computer was neat too. Great location to top it off. If we ever go back to Mathura, we will definitely stay at Hotel Maharana Palace!

Nice family hotel to stay, everything was good especially their tea. Mr. Pradeep singh and all the other staff members were really friendly and helpful. Just felt like it was a bit overpriced, rooms could have been more clean and hygienic. Overall it was a nice experience

Worst place we have ever stayed at. The staff is not at all professional. No one responds even after reaching them multiple times. Rooms were dirty. Bedsheets were torn. They did not care to change the sheets even after complaining about them. Geyser was not working. Infact switch was burnt and Noone ever care cared to fix it. The staff used inappropriate language while talking. So very disappointing !! Will never recommended to anyone.
