The experience was very bad, we had lot of expectations because of the hotel name "Clark's inn". I would not at all recommend you this hotel. There are many more good hotels than this. Breakfast had no variety, didn't have much quality. Don't waste your money here. The room is too tiny, and unhygienic and they didn't even let us change our room. It was a big mistake to book the rooms. There was no refund too. IT WAS TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

My recent stay at this hotel left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone based on my experience. While the location of the hotel was convenient but my overall stay was disappointing. The first issue I encountered was the living/room conditions. My room was not as clean as per standards. The bedsheets were stained and the bathroom was not well-maintained. This left a bad impression and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. In addition, the food at the hotel was not up to expectation. The quality of the food was poor and the variety was limited. I had a few meals at the hotel restaurant, but each time I was left disappointed. It was not worth the price paid for it. Lastly, I found the staff's courtesy lacking. They did not seem interested in making my stay comfortable or addressing my concerns. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in my needs and the restaurant staff was inattentive. Overall, my stay at this hotel was not what I had hoped for. I did share my feedback with the hotel management during my stay, but it did not seem to make much of a difference. If you are considering staying here, I would recommend looking elsewhere. There are other hotels in the area that provide better service and accommodations."

The property is listed as 4 star but it is very average like a 2 star kind of level. Service was good, rooms were clean but 4 star luxury is missing. Location is a downside, it's quite far from all main places and one has to rely on erickshaw to travel, which is costly and tiring. Overall average.

It was worst ever experience. Staffs were not supportive at all rather they lied that they are arranging things but they didn't provide anything (no tissue paper, no toilet paper, no washroom mat, no room heater, no soap no shampoo) in the room. They didn't provide dinner also. It was absolutely worthless being there. Utterly poor facility and service rather I would say it's costly staying there even for free. I wonder on what basis the prices are so high comparably. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ⚠.

They are making a fool out of people who is booking , the photos on the website or any other booking platform is a hoax, it doesn’t match the reality of the place . Rooms are extremely extremely dirty , they don’t bother to maintain , all faucets are broken be it sink be it hand shower or wc. Even after complaining multiple times they didn’t even try to respond to the issues Bed sheets towels everything is smelly . Floors are sticky It’s not worth what they are charging per night and we wouldn’t even pay 500 per night if we knew the condition Don’t want to even get started about the breakfast and service they (didn’t) provide

The services was very delayed. If we talk about food.. food quality was very poor! Hotel needs to be well managed. Overall i am not satisfied with the hotel. Some of their staff members don’t have manners to talk! We can have good hotels than this one at lesser prices. I don’t recommend you to stay in this hotel.

It is a terrible terrible hotel. I guess they never clean the rooms properly. You can see dirt and marks of cement on walls and on furniture. The Washrooms were a disaster The bed sheets and comforters were so dirty, and the room service doesn’t even come on a phone call. You have to go all the way to reception to get your complaint fixed. At midnight, you will start hearing songs at full volume, that even if would try to somehow sleep in that terrible situation, the loud music won’t let you. And the best part is if you would complain about all of it to the hotel manager, they would start putting it on the housekeeping manager that each guest complain about the same, and the housekeeping staff doesn’t listen. As if that is also our problem. So, I won’t suggest anyone to book this pathetic hotel. It will be a waste of money and exploitation of your peace & comfort.

In Vrindavan i was looking for a good stay. Therefore I searched on google and found this property good, we then decided to reach the hotel and see but couldn't decide to book. This property is there in a society, standing isolated at the corner and not at all lively. We went to see but didn't book and finally decided to book a nearby property. Q

Hotel Anandam Clarkes Inn location is good, however the hotel rooms conditions and food quality is pathetic.I had been on a religious tour with my family to vrindavan for a week and booked the hotel through an aggregator Makemytrip. The hotel booking and payment was done in advance however when we reached the hotel, the room was not cleaned despite giving them multiple calls to clean the room.The bathroom was in pathetic conditions, with most of the items were broken. There were no Dental kit provided. The doorbell was not functioning. The quality of morning breakfast was very bad, refilling is not done properly. The leftover of morning breakfast was kept in middle of the restaurant. The TV at 3 rooms were not functioning, setup box is not recharged despite reminders. Overall very bad experience, not even worth Rating 1.

This place is a dump. When we arrived the room was so filty. We had to ask them to deep clean the room while we waited. There was layers of dust everywhere. The furniture had oily finger marks all over. It was late checkin so we had no option but to stay. The dirt that came out of the room filled a whole bin. This is not a hotel but monthly accommodation for locals and the location is also inside a secured accommodation for residential. Very disappointed with this place. Do not recommend anybody staying here. Even other guests had to move rooms because the toilets didn't work. Other guests from Sydney Australia also had issues with the rooms. This business needs to be closed as a hotel. And they brag that its 4* accommodation.

Dear CLARKS INN group, you are spoiling your brand by associating with such a property who seems to become ZERO in infrastructure facilities.. I can understand a residential studio apartment property converted in to hotel but you need to maintain it to call it a hotel.. The taps are fully rusted, shower turned brown and skin peeling off.. AC not cooling enough and water dropping down, Tea kettle not working and service staff not bothered.. only silver line was the breakfast which can be called OK but not great.. Hotel need serious renovations and service trainings.. Thanks

Zero star to this hotel.Very Very bad experience. Please don't even think to book. Your money will be lost. Management is very poor and staff coordination is zero. No room service is done in 2 night stay and after calling them for service they were arguing, they done room sevice at 11.30PM and we were waiting outside for cleaning at night. They're not bother about reviews and refunds as they know we won't get it as we have paid full amount online. Staff was not supposed to give one cold water bottle even. They give lots of excuses. Other tourist was also facing same problem and they were also not satisfied with amount they paid and what they get instead. All the other tourist was shouting on them but they were not taking them seriously at all. Just listening all the problems and not giving any solutions for that. Rats were there in room and shower wasn't working. Bedsheets was not fresh. One sentence in short "Dikhao pe mat jao". You will see good photos online and even in rooms you will find good interior but after stay you will start facing problems only. Higher authority's response was also very poor. They were not coordinating with their staff about problems and replied us to wait till morning. Even after waiting till morning, reply wasn't came. So, think of their irresponsibility. No transportation service outside.

It's a splendid place to spend leasure. Here you will find tranquil atmosphere....only chirping of birds. The resort staffs are very cordial, specially Mr. Dhruv receptionist is very helpful. The rooms and toilets are well maintained and of optimal quality. The food quality is very good and tasty also, although bit expensive. My son and wife also liked very much.

I really don’t’ recommend this hotel! The rooms are not clean and have a bad smell. Also I had to argue with the staff! They were charging me for breaking a key card, but the card is probably so weak because it probably got scratched and broke. They also didn’t have 3 rooms together and that was a problem! If you come to this hotel you will regret coming there!

Overall my stay was good. I booked 5 rooms for 2 days and they upgraded us to 2 villas (3bhk each). Breakfast was good for older as well as for kids. Little bit of cleanliness and lighting issue was there but staff was very cooperative. Location is good no issue of parking.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Anandam Clarks Inn suits in Vrindavan. The front desk staff had no idea about the availability of vacant rooms, resulting in a long wait of more than half an hour just to be assigned a room. To add to the frustration, they mistakenly gave me the key to a room that was already occupied by another guest. One of the main issues I faced during my stay was the distance I had to walk to reach my room. This proved to be particularly challenging for small children and elderly guests, especially since there was no transportation available to assist with this. Additionally, the condition of the room itself was horrendous. Both the air conditioning and wifi were non-functional, and there was absolutely no mobile network reception within the room. Despite repeated requests, the AC remained unrepaired throughout my stay. The quality of the food provided was only average, and the size of the bed in the room was extremely small, making it difficult to accommodate my entire family comfortably. Furthermore, despite being advertised as a four-star property, it did not live up to its claims. The rooms had an unpleasant stench, and I observed that many of the toilet seats were broken. It appeared that no maintenance was being carried out at all. Overall, my experience at Anandam Clarks Inn Hotel was highly unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Bit higher on price but rooms are specious. Has its own garden if you want. Found room service a little slow and less entertaining. Has its own restaurant. Wheelchair accessible. Had games and haunted house rooms and shows as well.

We booked a villa in this Property. Although the check-in and check-out process was not smooth it took around 20-30 mins for the same but the villas were good and there was completely privacy. It felt just like your own home. If you are traveling with your family then this 3 bhk villa is the option you cannot miss.

First time in my life where I don't recommend no-one to stay here. The location is good. But the room was very small and the balcony was very dirty. AC is not working properly - cooling issue. 1 star rating is coming from my experience 👾

My stay at Anandam Clarks Inn Suites in Vrindavan was highly disappointing. The staff provided poor service, the maintenance was lacking, and the lift never worked. The rooms were poorly cleaned, with old and rough towels. The food was delayed, but the only saving grace was that it had decent quality. I would not recommend this hotel due to these issues.

I read some reviews about this property related to cleanliness and services but I am so doubtful about service at the time of booking ,but when I reached over there then I saw that the room was proper clean with proper amenities put over there ,I don't know why some people put fake comments about service and cleanliness ,from my side this property is excellent

Worst experience ever faced from a reputed brand. Faced harrasment during check in, money was also not refunded, Rude and uncooperative staff, air conditioning not working, room doors not working, had to wait for 3 hours for check in, linen was dirty, rooms had cobwebs, and walls were broken. Not worth a single penny. Rooms picture shown on website is for false advertisement only. I would not recommend this property. Its better to stay in Dharamshala than staying here.

It is mentioned it's 4 Star property but it is not at all 4Star this is just like 3 Star property...it is built in a low rise society...their restaurant is really amazing no doubt in that but service is bit slow (might be some issues), Food quality was really good.... People at front desk, restaurant were really nice and helpful...You guys can do a lot better...!!

Hotel is good with average ambiance room service should be more quick toilets must be checked before boarding the room care towards the guest should be motto All prominent places are far off andE Rick which is available out side the hotel are like DACOITS they highly overcharge the guests. The hotel management should look upon this feature for dropping off

Visited the place long time back just before Pandemic, in March 2019. Contacted today to enquire about planning daughter's wedding and both the numbers mentioned on the website were answered by people who were rude. They definitely need training in client interactions. Even if you are booked on the date asked for, at least be polite in responding.

After reading so many one star and negative review I searched for other hotels but in end took risk and booked this hotel, and I noted- Walls are well painted, mattress is new Room looks good and is clean Parking is in front of villas Room service is slightly slow Overall I would say that we should believe in reviews from genuine traveller who uploads photos and who has google points. Never trust fake reviews whether they are positive or negative.

The area where this hotel is located is really beautiful. The service is also good but the hotel rooms were not cleaned and bathroom was dirty. It is expensive compared to other hotels. The rooms are also smaller in size.

It's disgusting There was a mice in the room. When asked for a cup of tea at about 7.15 came to know that there is no milk. When checked out at about 8.20 and informed Reception about the same, answer was breakfast is on. Because of booking they get don't have to worry. Probably majority of guests opt for only one time.

Very far from temples. Personal car is not allowed near temples. So practically no transport available around this hotel. Hotel doesn't have the basic feel of a hotel. Feels we are in a residential colony's flat. Never choose this Hotel.

Hotel is in good location, and is well built with all the facilities. Buffet breakfast is good. But we faced few issues. First, we booked two rooms with Garden View Balcony but were only provided one such room. Manager was adamant, and not willing to listen. If your listing on the website is incorrect, you should compensate the customer rather than asking the customer to compromise. So, would suggest to confirm the room type before booking. Second, is the cleanliness, it can be improved.

Visited the hotel with parents, had an okish stay. Counter staff was either short hired or not efficient. Had to wait for half an hour for the check-in. Rooms are nice but the look of the property is more of a high rise society than a hotel. Also there are no arrangements for drivers, not even drinking waters available for them. Considering the prices they charge these amenities are must else it's just a three star hotel being quoted a four star. Overall a nice experience but not too great.

Very very bad service. Rooms are full of mosquitos. They charge as high as 4 start hotel but there is service is no close to it. Staff if unpolished and impolite. Hotel is always short of water bottles, blankets, pillow. I asked for food at 9 am and they said today our rooms are full, hence we have closed down our room service. Last night i asked for water bottles, but didn't received yet. I ordered food from outside and to eat i asked plate which i never received. There was frequent power cut with no proper back up. Rooms are very small and bed is not big enough for two. I suggest you to pay 500-1000 Rs. extra and stay in another hotel for better service. I paid 5700 per night here, hence you will get much better hotel at 6700-7000 Rs. anywhere else.

The location of the Resort is very good. The place is serene, calm with awesome view. We were in one of their villa which was spacious with a balcony. Rooms were so clean & nice. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed a lot. We really liked their food & ambience. Overall it was a great experience.

The Worst hotel and fraud management and staff We had booked 02 rooms for 03 nights, check in: 01st Feb-2024 check out: 04th Feb-2024 for our guests and had paid full payment of Rs.27000/- in advance but when our guests reached at hotel, they charged Rs. 8000/ again from our guests and the rooms which were given to our guests, were so filthy and bed sheets were filthy, full of stains and no WI-FI works in rooms, therefore our guests denied staying in this horrible and filthy hotel and they did not stay. This hotel management is so unprofessional they did not even informed us about, that our guests did not stay in their hotel, so when I called to the manager of this hotel name is Vaibhav Gupta for the refund, he told me to talk their sales office in Delhi, I have called many times at their Delhi sale office and called again to Vaibhav Gupta but they are not receiving our phone calls and have sent them many mails too but there is no response from them. I request to all tour operators and travel companies not to use this hotel, they are so fraud people, and the condition of hotel is very bed, the photos which shown on hotel website are fake, but reality of this hotel and its rooms is so horrible, no WI-FI works in rooms. The staff is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and had terrible attitude with no sense of customer service.

I visited/booked this hotel for my family stay during our family tour in January 2024. The hotel rooms did not match the images on the website. The rooms were very dirty, as if they had never been cleaned before. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the tiles were dirty, as if they had never been cleaned or washed. The room was stinking, and the walls were leaking. It was the worst experience after paying almost Rs. 4000+ for a room. I will never recommend this property to anyone.
