Booked this hotel as it seemed to be fairly central to all that we wanted to see and price was reasonable. It definitely is not 5 star, maybe 3 star? The shower didn't work in the bathroom, so back to basics and jug and bucket it was! The bidet spray, kept on leaking, so had to turn it off from the mains after use. The bathroom floor wasn't really that clean, so I washed with flip flops on. The room was a decent size with an open plan sitting and dining area. The fridge available was a good idea...but pointless as everytime you took your key out, it turned off the electricity supply. The food is amazing....both room service and breakfast. The men in the reception area were more polite and accomodating than the female staff. They also need to make it clearer when booking which block you are in, we went to the main reception and she informed us we were in block C which was 5 minutes walk away. It's not the walk that is the issue, its the fact that we had our luggage and there was no offer to assist us in taking the luggage. It was fantastic stay at Hare Krishna Orchid, Vrindavan. My stay experience was amazing over there. Rooms were so clean that it makes you feel that you’re living in a 7 star property. All amenities were provided which were more than needed. Food was also delicious. I would love to visit this place again.

The old property is just a waste of money. They are charging 3.5k for a poorly old maintained room. No towels in the bathroom, no shower caps , no menu. One can't come out of the hotel at night. The surroundings are really poor. The corridor area had a very a bad smell and when we complained to the receptionist, he literally said that his nose is blocked so he can't do anything with it. They have fixed the shower at a height of 5ft approx, poorly designed. I didn't expected this type of hospitality from them.

Property is good but it was very dirty. All toilets bathrooms were very dirty. We choose this Property just because of Swimming pool but we find it in worst condition. No hygiene was being maintained bathrooms for Swimming pool was also very much dirty. I would strongly not recommend anyone. Please go for any small Property which is neat n clean rather than this one. After returning from there I was feeling yukk....for two days. Please please don't go there .

Specious Rooms was neat and clean with full of amenities Food was Superb Amit in restaurant doing his best job very professional and helpful . Service by restaurant staff is fantastic. Good place for accommodations. Comfortable rooms. Food is delicious. This apartment is a good investment option. You can buy one of the apartments and handle the possession to society who will pay you monthly rentals for your room and few coupons to use in exchange of your room, you might not get allocated the same apartment that you bought for these limited coupon stay. But all rooms here are similar. One of the biggest advantage is its location, located in very close proximity to Prem Mandir, which is a huge tourist attraction spot.

Rooms were alright, bathroom can use a bit of extra touch. Old faucets and shower head were not as per expectation. Heaters are separate in each room so when you check in make sure you turn on them so that you’ll have hot water or else you won’t have any hot water. Tv not working properly and so were the remotes. The only good thing about our stay was the place was clean and food was a bit good.

The hotel Hare Krishna Orchid is located in the holy place of Vrindavan where Bhagawan Krishna’s Leela’s took place. There is full connectivity and free Wi-Fi for the customers to use. The hotel has 24 hrs service by the hotel staff and the receptionist’s and other staff are gentle and polite in greeting and patient to address the customer and spread positivity with the way they give services and with the way they speak with you. I came to stay here for 4 days to have the darshan of all the places where Lord Krishna’s Leela’s took place in Vrindavan and from the day one I entered this hotel till the day I finished my stay, I personally had a great experience. This is the one and only resort property having swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor games, kids park, yoga garden, sauna, steam bath, spa facility, 120 nos. of well-furnished luxurious AC Deluxe Rooms with 24 Hrs front desk, housekeeping, laundry services, Room Service, 24 Hrs power backup, Security, CCTV, Fridge, modern Room Amenities, lockers, electric tea maker, sofa cum bed, personnel kitchen, study table and many more which makes the customers feel at ease with themselves. I do not have any negatives from my side because I personally liked all the services here and I would strongly recommend anyone who comes to visit Vrindavan to stay here because of the excellent services provided here.

The room@ Delhi Iskon, East of kailash was good as it was a newly constructed building but services was very poor... Noo toiletries/napkins/towels were shared. There is no phn in room to call to reception/ any housekeeping & they charged us fully as per their norms. Rs 7500/- for 3 nights. I had been visiting Iskon temples for my vacations to many places but never experienced such poor service ever anywhere.

It was a Great experience staying in this Hotel. They have the best rooms you cannot even think of at this price. Room Service is also fast. This is converted property from apartment tower to hotel. Not a 5 pr 4 star property. A good 3 star hotel. Room are spacious but dirty even in off season. Interior and door mirror in toilet are in poor condition.

Beautiful place to stay when in Vrindavan. Old building rooms have a seapage smell issue. I stayed in C block, and the rooms were pretty neat and clean. Every building has different receptiom service. Housekeeping service is quick. Restaurant prices are bit steep according to food preparation..I mean paneer chilly or dry Manchurian I ate here wasn't an actual one 🙃 . But overall a peaceful stay.

Worst experience. Only 2 staffs available who are working as receptionist. No one else available there. Had to wait 4 hours to be guided from reception to room and more than 7 hrs to get my luggage shifted to room. Charges are so high but facilities are so pathetic. Bathroom is always dirty and no one comes to take care of it after calling several times. Local flats over there are like brokers, they always keep following you asking you to shift to their flat and leave these hotel rooms. Basically no one cares for you. In my view paying so much and getting such pathetic services, isn't recommended. Highly pathetic services. Not Recommended.

Location is near Prem Mandir. It is basically hotel cum condominium stay. Pool is little small. Not a 5 star hotel as shown in google. 4 star property. Rooms are good but little low on facilities. BUT, this is as good as you can get in that area.

Rooms are spacious but bathrooms are small and at the same time all the water of bathing area comes to the other area which is a mess . This is the same problem in every room. Food is good. View was very nice and staff courteous.

Stayed here for two nights. Ample parking space available. Location is very nice & free from city traffic. Rooms were good, didn't tasted the food much but it was good. Near to the main road, autos are available outside the hotel on the main road. You should definitely think of residing in this hotel if you want to have a good stay in vrindavan.

We had a comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and good. A small dining table was also there which was very convenient. Room service was quick. Food was good. Staff was cooperative and courteous.

Even 1 star is more than deserved, A shame on the 5 Star status enjoyed by the hotel. The manager deems himself to be owner and dictator in the premises. I saw the pic of the property and called the number for booking. The person confirmed the rate and didn't tell any other action to be undertaken. When I reached and saw the suite I realised that the photo of property shown on website was not the same as the room. On raising the issue I was told that I could go somewhere else as my "body language" was not courteous. I had to move out with my family and look out for another property. The worst service possible. Thanx to the insensitive manager. Management needs to throw him out if they are really serious about hospitality...

Resort property is really good and ambiance is really peaceful and relaxing. The major issue I faced is Wow customer feel as property was indulged in some program for bulk booking and we were not getting required services. Room was not cleaned, they done once I I informed them about same. Room service and customer service is not good.

There is very homily atmosphere with good and cooperative behavior of staff -Specially Mr. Gopal. It's value for money. All recreation facilities are available to enjoy. The good ambience of the area. Advice to keep regular maintenance of toilets. Love to stay again.

Visited last year October post COVID time with parents, wife and kid. 2 interconnected rooms were given. Breakfast was awesome. 3 wheeler always available just outside for local visit.Its basically a society residence with a section catering for tourist

We experienced very bad room service. Geyser was not working in washroom we called reception they sent person to check. He check and gone saying that wait for some time hot water will come. But nothing happed hour almost 1 hour time wasted. Next day also the same situation. Hotel wasted our 2 hours. I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Room's windows side was not working. Balcony too dirty. This hotel is waste of money what i feel in such amount.

Room ambience was good. But food quality was poor. I can give minus rating on that. Buffet was pathetic. Their was no management of people on buffet. Cleanliness was zero in buffet. It looked as if we have gone to shadi with no proper arrangements.

The hotel is nice, it's just management need to maintain it properly. Swimming Pool was full of green moss. Washrooms pipes leaking and also some points are not having ample water pressure. Toilet seats are kind of hanging and not as per general height.
