My stay at Shri Radha Nikunj Hotel in Vrindavan was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The serene ambiance, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful gardens, created a perfect backdrop for a spiritual retreat. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also exquisitely designed, reflecting the essence of Vrindavan’s spiritual aura. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities truly impressed me. Every aspect of my stay was thoughtfully curated to provide a sense of tranquility and harmony. The hotel’s proximity to the holy sites of Vrindavan was a major highlight. I could easily access the revered temples and immerse myself in the spiritual energy of the town. The in-house restaurant offered a delightful array of vegetarian dishes that catered to both the palate and the soul.

Horrible experience with the hotel. The hotel website and affiliate sites mention free parking at the hotel. The parking is not at the hotel and is certainly not free. We were asked to park at a distant location and come to the hotel by eRickshaws. With senior citizens, kids and all the luggage, the hotel expected us to do all this to reach the location. Never made it there and were provided no support from this hotel. There was absolutely no information provided by the hotel about all this situation. Appalling. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

First of all it is not a hotel but a service apartment with a restaurant in a society where locals also resides. The location is right opposite the Prem Mandir which is a PLUS. The restaurant food was decent and the restaurant staff were welcoming. What needs to improve/currently bad: The hotel and the room service only accepts cash even though the restaurant accepts digital money. They kept on asking to provide cash after every room service and not provide a bill for it. Basically they are after generating black money. You order tea or extra bed, they want cash and immediately without any patience. Room service staff come in casual dress and they irritate and argue with you without fail. The bed blanket was not dried well in both the rooms that we stayed in and was dirty as well. There were bedbugs. The bathroom seats were also broken. The extra bed is basically the sofa in the room with ripped pillows - in both the rooms.

*Pros. 1.Good location. 2.Good Security. 3. Good Restaurant. 4. Comfortable A/C 5. Big rooms. *Cons. 1. Lousy service. Will bring tea after 1 hour after your order. 2. No wifi facility ( Said it is not working on my floor) and asked to relocate on another floor. 3. Rude receptionist in the night. However, he apologised once we had a conversation. 4. No Breakfast in the charge informed. Asked per person 260 rs for it and the same for kids as well. 5. No facility support from reception to call an auto for local ride. However, last day the guy gave a reference of one taxi service. Staff does not know the service offered by a four star hotel. 6. Despite of knowing about my overseas card the receptionist was swiping it in local POS system and looking at me that it is declining with a wiered gesture . Next day I was able to find that they have a separate POS for it 7. Bathroom was clogged. 8. Dirty Balcony 9. Limited towels (2 nos.) for a family of four eventhough it was a suite for 4 pax.

This is pure worst hotel at so high rate. We have faced short circuit and had to request the manager to change the room for which he took more than an hour. Room service is poor, rooms are dirty, bathroom is horrible (not at all clean+smelly+small), the tea kettle was broken, couldn't be able to use their blanket as felt so bad to see the situation of the room. I just don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Only one good part is the location, but I don't think they deserve this much amount just for the location. I would have given 0 star to this hotel. I request the owner to please look into this and improve your services as once it used to be a good hotel. Radhe radhe.

We booked a family suite, the rooms were spacious and there is a kitchen area too. The location is very prime, ryt opposite to Prem mandir but not exactly on main road which actually helps to maintain calmness from the rush outside. The worst part is their washrooms, it requires maintenance and is very congested requires proper cleaning and maintenance. The restaurant service is just average and food is bit overpriced but didn't seem nice the day we ordered. On safety concerns, the place is safe for family.

This is worst inn/hotel or whatever. We stayed here day before yesterday. We had to change the hotel next day and booked another hotel in Vrindavan. No light connectivity for whole 10 plus hours. AC not working+ inverter stopped mid night and on the top of that lift was not working while we were told at time of booking that it's a minor technical glitch and will be sorted out in couple of minutes. Had to run up and down on stairs for every minor task holding our 3 year old kid. No professionalism nothing. Staff was also not well trained. You will enjoy stay of a Dharamshala while paying for a hotel. Will never recommend this place at all. Radha Bihari Nikunj Inn(Near Keshav Dham Police Chowki Buria Road). Writing full adress so that owner doesn't reply to my review by saying that he didn't find us in guest list. Invoice date: 30-6-2023 Invoice number: ANS/399

This is such a hotel which one should opt iff there is no other option available to stay. Rooms and linens were not clean. Staff was non courteous and negligent. I bet vrindavan ashrams and dharamshalas must be serving their guests better than this hotel. Only good thing about hotel is its restaurant which servers variety of delectable food.

I visited Vrindavan on 22/04/2023 on the occasion of Akshay Tritya along with 3 of my friends and their family and stayed in Hotel 'Shri Radha Nikunj'. The rooms were fantabulous, spacious, alegantly furnished and Clean. This hotel is located just 5 minutes walk from Prem Mandir, 15 minutes to Iskcon Temple and hardly 30 minutes walk away from the Bankey Bihari Temple. Our stay was totally comfortable, the restaurant serves very good food. The staff, particularly Mr. Krishna Rawat(Manager) was very cordial and hospitable. I don't know what is the rating of this hotel in the Industry but I would give it a 5star rating.***** Thank You Team Radha Nikunj for the lovely experience. 😍

Very bad experience..... totally opposite to what they mentioned on their website. We booked 2 executive suits with 2 balconies in each. They allot us 1 suit with 1 balcony n in 1 suit there is not even a single balcony....Rooms ere not properly cleaned.. Mosquitoes n cockraches were also there..We complained to them but their ignored. Only location is good otherwise it is not a good hotel to stay.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in hotel ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr Geetam & his team The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

During our stay in room 410 at Radha Nikunj Vrindavan, an elderly couple mistakenly entered our room using the key meant for room 412. Despite bringing the issue to the hotel staff's attention, the General Manager and the team displayed a lack of professionalism. Instead of apologizing, they responded rudely, dismissing the incident as normal. The General Manager even went as far as saying, "do whatever you want, nothing is going to happen; our owner is in Delhi for a property deal." This disregard for safety and security is unacceptable and disappointing.

First the positive - Excellent location, right in opposite lane of prem mandir and close to iskon. Ample amount of open parking. In-house restaurant with decent vegetarian food. On things not good - no towel or water was provided in room Corridor was not well lit, looked like shady place and bedroom linen was not clean. Toilet flush was not working properly. You expect these things to be better when you are paying 3K plus for a hotel room.

It was a very bad experience. Hotel maneger never told us about check in and check out time period. We booked at 7:30 pm and checkout next day at 2:00 pm. He hardly press me to pay for double charges. As he prior told me for 24 hour booking time during checkin time. Due bad behavior of maneger I was helpless. I paid him 2days charges for approx time 19 hours.

Absolutely dirty washrooms, Shower mixers, Fan Regulators not working. Electric Kettle smelly and broken. Nobody listens at reception. GM of the hotel gives a clean chit to staff and room amenities.

Property is located just walking distance from prem mandir and probably the is is the only thing good of this property. Rooms handed over to us were not clean and in the morning when someone inside , we got to know geyser was not working as well . Service could have been improved . Will I visit and stay here again ? -No Should you stay there ? - May be Yes if you can find a good deal (the rooms only worth around 2/2.5 K - I paid way too much)

We stayed here for three nights and book the executive room. The room was quite spacious with a seperate bedroom and a convertible large sofa in the hall. We had balconies in both hall and bedroom. View through the balconies was good. But you cannot sit and relax there as there were monkeys jumping around.Room was neat and tidy. Location is great near to prem mandir and isckon temple just 5mins away. Service was good and quick. Food was not that great and was quite expensive as well. Not much option in buffet breakfast as well as a la carte menu.

The hotel is very very convenient. The location is at the center of the town and easily reachable. The apartments are spacious and with hot water and very clean. House keeping is prompt. The service is fantastic with very friendly and helpful staff. Anhishek Tiwari and team at the reception and Krishna and team at the restaurant are very efficient. The food is fantastic. No stomach upsets and very tasty with a genuine chef in full chef’s uniform. Mark me down as a repeat customer.

I visited this place from 23 to 27 February 23 with my elderly father. I rated 3 star because for atleast one day just for 4 to 5 hrs I had to pay whole day booking worth 3000. As there was no provision for early check in. As I was arriving between 6 to 8 am on 23rd February. No issues I paid but the room that I was alloted room number 311 was the worst deluxe room I had ever booked. All things eg kettle switch board were broken. Bedsheets were torn. Bathroom was stinking wash basin was chocked. Upon complaint immediately person arrived and did needful. And I was asked to cooperate for 4 to 5 hrs. Well I was given room at1 pm 303. Room was ok but balcony was full of peeps. Again on complaint person immediately arrived and cleaned. We had no regrets for an okish room as services are excellent when you call immediately they send for redressal. Above all 100 meters food joint famous chaat choupati 200 meters prem mandir 800 meters iskon temple It is in mid of town so you get conveyance early and easily. Negative is they take whole money in advance

A calm and comfortable stay walking distance from Prem Mandir and Iskcon, right in the middle of Vrindavan. Food is amazing and staff is supportive as well. Room are very spacious but can be slightly improvised in terms of quality. Rest Amazing stay.

The good thing about this hotel is its location - situated right opposite to Prem Mandir. However, the prices are on the higher side considering the size of the rooms and how they are maintained. Rooms had several issues - broken door knob, leaking jet in bathroom, broken intercom wire, etc.

  • 5/5 ALOK A. 1 year ago on Google
The stay was good along with the food and hospitality of the staff. It is very close to Prem Mandir and Iskcon Temple which makes it all the more impressive. Though the Restaurant serve good quality food yet you have the option to enjoy quality food in food court which is at walking distance. This is icing on the cake. As an improvement, they can improve the decor of bathrooms.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a four occupancy room. Staffs were courteous, rooms were large enough with proper ventilation and maintained cleanliness at all times. Would recommend anyone visiting Vrindavan to visit Shri Radha Nikunj for a comfortable stay.

Excellent hotel and best place to cover all the important pilgrimage sites. Hospitality and staff service is good. Except having card mode of making payment for the expenses incurred while check out. Should mention in advance or place a board. Rest all were absolutely fine.

The hotel is at a lovely location. Not a 5 star ✨ hotel but you get good facility and service here. The rooms are neat & clean spacious. For a one night or two day stay it's a great option. The location is amazing. Just opp to Prem Mandir and walking distance from Iskon Mandir. The staff is courteous & helpful.

Deducting 1 star just because power went off multiple times during night. Otherwise overall stay was very good and room was very spacious . Location is very good, just opposite to Prem Mandir. In house dining is also very good. I have never eaten so good food that too without onion/garlic and available at very reasonable rates. Since hotel is a bit inside(Around 100m) from main road, its very peaceful inside. On hotel pathway, there are bird nests which will be enjoyed dearly by kids and birds chirping will also lighten up your mood .

Place is okay to stay. Toilet and bathrooms are combine so it's occupied by one person at a time which is big miss if you are planning for early excursion. Few staff for cleaning. Rooms are OK. Toilet not cleaned upto mark. Overall it's religious trip and not leisure so can go for it.

Good place for family to spent quality time. The rooms are on two floors, clean. There is a play area in which swings etc are there ,ideally used for children parties, further the adjacent park has a temple, but plz be aware about monkeys they are ready to take away purses goggles and anything they find you in your hand. The tariffs are genuine, the food is mediocre and one has to take a coupon to have breakfast and dinner.Overall a good place to stay while in Vridawan

Old rooms needs some renovations. The staff is not very helpful but the main benifit is location of this place. Food is available inside for meals and confectionery shop is also inside the premises
