This hotel is very bad. Here the manager is very rude and always asking for extra money, we paid 1600 but he gaven room is vrry small and no ventilation at all Please do not book this room

I Recently Visited This Hotel. Worst Experience, Poor Room Service, unhygienic, Bad Behavior. Totally Waste of Money..... if Anyone Going Mathura Then Avoid This Hotel For Stay.

We visited Hotel Vrinda on 10-Apr-2022. The cleanliness of the Hotel was dismally poor and unhygienic (like spiderweb below wash basin & doors, dirty toilets, dirty linen, etc.). Even the basic courtesy of providing drinking water was not made available. It seems hotel was kept unclean for months and no proper attention to cleanliness was given. When the same was brought to the notice of the owner of the hotel, to our shock he seemed to provide reasons rather accepting the evident failures. Some serious and immediate overhaul of the hotel is required to make it worth the amount.

Never go in this hotel at any cost, poor management , no facility , very dirty toilet, bed sheet , always comes bad smell in room……..I never face this type of hotel in my life……..even not provide blanket as well…..if you stay 1 day continuously in this hotel definitely you will get sick……..

Worst hotel ever. Trust me. Please never book this hotel whenever you want to stay in mathura . We're 5 girls group and book this hotel online. This place feels very unsafe. Rooms are not like shown in images. We reach at 9 pm. The moment we realise this hotel isn't safe we leave within 5 minutes after check in. And he doesn't even give us cancellation amount. But as we're on only girls trip so it's more important to be safe. We don't even stay in this hotel. Please whoever is booking online this hotel please don't do this. If you're only boys you can book this but if you're with your family and you're only girls please don't do this . Never ever book this hotel. It's my personal experience.

Very Bad Experience firstly they said that we will give room @Rs.800 per room but at the billing time of rooms they said Rs.1800 of 2 rooms they said 100 per extra bed but started to fight.. If you are in Mathura to live peacefully don't stay here.. If you want to fight just come here

Amazing place to stay, very near to Railway station, resturants and shops nearby. Good staff, helped me in planning internary for travel. Modern rooms, will all facilities and grt cleanliness

Excellent stay. Location is very feasible for people coming by trains or buses. Local transport was easily available to visit various tourist spots and temples. There are many food options available outside the hotel. However the hotel also provide in room dining service which is also decent.

Excellent place to stay in Mathura. The hotel is very near to Railway station, just walking distance. It is small and cute hotel that has limited but good rooms. The staff is courteous and the manager is an excellent person. The rooms have all facilities. Nice place to stay.

Rooms are very clear and hygienic, services are very good and prices are very cheap, behaviour of all staff are good. Totally enjoyed to stay here.

Near to Railway Station, staffs not taking serious view of service, poor hygience and cleanless, bathroom is so dirty, even soap is not provided, situated inside a very dark alley, very high charge compared to location facility and service. Visit only if any bad circumstance

Overall experience was okay and we recommend also to visit considering location and hotel staffs. Although I am giving two rating only because of hotel owner behaviour. Being a owner of the hotel, they must respect customers, becouse in every business customers are god. Hope in future they will give their best to customers.

The best place to stay in mathura. Very near to Mathura junction railway station. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and they maintain proper cleanliness.

Convenient location - close to Railway station, easily accessible public transport. Polite staff - everything is made available in just a single call. Clean and spacious stay - rooms are pretty decent sized plus they also have a dormitory for solo travellers. You will find all the basic amenities available here.

Bad hotel, small dirty room and bathrooms. Surrounding area of hotel is very bad with lot of noise around even during night. Hotel staff is supportive though and they have very good food availability.

It is a very clean property and the room were excellent. The owner was very helpful,he guided us all the for the temples, timings, etc. They also provided us in room dining service on pre order (the food was amazing) 👍
