It's a scam. The no. We called on asked us to made payment via online mode and when we reached the location we got to know that there is no such hotel and the person is scamming people at this holy place. We got scammed please be safe and check before sending any money via online.

The no. You call on is a fraud person's no. And he is scamming people via online transactions, fooling people at this religious place. Do not call at any cost. Happened with us he asked us to make payment via online mode without asking for aadhar card, and when we insisted on checking the hotel rooms by visiting there he made excuses like ladka gya hua h chabi lekr, aap pehle payment kardo and all. When we reached at the location we told us to there was no such place or hotel.

Well Maintained Ashram But Staff marking some extra money name of early check inn & late check out...& When we demand receipt of payment....they denied & say we don't have any recipient...& We give only local parchi after extra push he demand PAN Card...

On Saturdays no one told us that no 4 wheelers are allowed inside vrindavan, you have to park in the private parking, and this hotel was just before that place where cars were stopped, we luckily found a room at last moment and it was a well maintained place. Had a good experience.

I went there with my wife. Rooms were of good size and well maintained rooms, food is served on thali system and food quality is also very good. They have ample parking space, always working lift, near to all the temples like prem mandir, banke bihari mandir. Three wheeler transportayion available ay doorstep. Visit this place in spring, and winters. Summers of mathura is very scroaching and dehydrating.

It's a scam. Be aware. he didn't wanted to share hotel card and asked to make payment via link. I survived his scam because I asked for pictures and see in this he's offering 7 star rooms in 700. Off course that was fishy.

Very neat and clean hotel. Good manegement and here you get very delicious and healthy food.

Alert for Owners of this Place. You are bound to give proper facilities to your guests if you are charging them huge. Also Request you to get new managers to replace your current 2 managers having sick mindset. The managers are expected to set the tone and lead by example, but unfortunately, here managers behaviors can be rude and unprofessional. From lack of respect, this type of behavior can make it difficult for visitors to stay their and feel happy. i.e. We asked them to provide blanket in the room, they said they don't have. Further we have asked them will you able to provide this in near future? they said no without any shame. People with Mindset.

VRC ashram is froud please aware ...thay scam with customers.. after online payment they deny for any payment ... They looted every day many peoples and ... Reserve goons for fight

After initial hickups, Booking was confirmed. Rooms are neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and there is accommodation for 3 people in each room. One double bed and other single bed. They lay extra mattress on floor if required but charge @₹ 500/- for extra bedding. Room charges are₹ 1500/- per day. Mattresses on the bed are hard and less comfortable. The pillows are thinner than required. Washroom is not spacious but is workable. Geyser stopped working but was attended to promptly. Exhaust fan was not functional. There is no light lamp in the room. Room has one window but without any good outside view. AC is installed but was not required due to winter season. LCD is also available. No arrangement of drinking water. They donot provide any water from their side. No towel or any other consumable is provided. Electric points for charging mobile phones are sufficient. They have a canteen where tea/ lunch / breakfast / dinner is available. Tea ₹ 15/- per cup. Breakfast ₹ 70/-, lunch,₹120/- per person.

The place and location is ok but service is very poor. The waiters are very aggressive. They have no coorporation and dutifulness instead they are full of attitude and are so rude to the customers.

Don't book room from the number given on the website. It's total fraud. Go to the hotel and then book a room. If they ask you otherwise, there are plenty of other hotels which give value for money.

The place is ok in terms of location, cleanliness and quality of rooms. But their service is very bad. You will pay the price of a hotel but you cannot expect any services from them. The owner/manager/staff is rude. They arrogantly denied any extra blankets for kids. The blankets they provide is too thin and small and does not work at all. So if you going there in winters, do carry your own blankets. I would not recommend this place to anyone because you can find other convenient and cheaper options.

There was a time when this hotel was best in Vrindavan, but now these people are scamming common people. You will get the number from Google and call them, they ask you to pay money and when u reached there they'll not give you the room. Actually this is a scam of workers working there because owner of the hotel is entrepreneur and drive this hotel as a charity.

Their contact number on google is fake / scam .. they ask for pre booking amount when u pay them .. they don't pick up your call... Be aware of them

I stayed here one night. Restaurant is also there in ground floor. Foods are good. Polite service.

Total scam. They have discovered a new scheme of looting the people. They booked your room on the phone take payment and when you reached there they'll not give you the room

The management (RAM GOYAL) of the dharamshala is very rude. They charge very high from the guests and according to the the rental the services provided by them are not satisfactory. The blankets they provide are very thin and not at all good, the washrooms are very stinky.

Nicely maintained rooms with a very reasonable price .. AC ROOMS WITH 3 BED @ 1500/- .. VERY CLOSE TO ISCKON and PREM MANDIR .. Canteen ai also v good breakfast @ 70 and lunch and dinner @ 130

Pros :- It's a good hotel with parking facilities, spacious space, best thing is a mandir we have inside the hotel Cons :- Cleanliness is very bad, In our 4 days stay no one came to clean room, hotel utensils used in restaurant were always dirty, no support from housekeeping, toilets smell very bad

Location of this ashram give best experience in Vrindavan. It is at the center of the city and also on the parikrama marg. Rooms are big and clean. Food offered on parchi system and food is simple.

I visited this place in 2018 with my family and the room was well maintained..... staff were also humble.... I am planning to visit again in near future.... Thanks VRC for the wonderful hospitality....

Big and spacious rooms 3 bed set room costs around 1500 bucks Near Prem Mandir and Iskcon

Best of all restaurants in vrindavan dham it is a hotel and a restaurant the price is reasonable ☺️ 120 for a thali and the food is fresh.

Good for family stay... No food, not even tea allowed in room... Little bit costly!! Average service.

Very rude staff and their behavior is not good for coustmers. This is place is not good for stay in vridawan.
