Sorry for 3 stars - but I find it difficult to evaluate a pizza restaurant. Reason: I love pizza - the neapoletana style! Privately I "do" 72h sourdough pizza in a P134h with hand selected indredients. The restaurant As a restaurant, the Pizza Propria will get 4 stars. + cosy place + tidy and clean + not too big (here you are a customer and not a table with a number) which is also a negative thing since they can only serve a very limited amount of customers + delivery service and pick up service + payments by credit card (google pay) are accepted + woodfired oven Nothing was negativ from a restaurant point of view. The Pizza - from my point of view THE REASON for visiting a place: It's not neapoletana but roma style. The crust is soft and the dough not as fluffy as neapoletana. I also missed a distinct salty taste in the dough and the tomato sauce. The ham and mushrooms were nice. The mushrooms were also almost tasteless. But a decent pizza, just far behind my personal expectations. The pictures here in google show huge difference in the dough quality. Overall - a decent place with a good pizza!

Hands down, this must be the best pizza in town! Authentic Italian pizza experience from the red and white checkered table cloth to the Peroni beer to the pizza from the wood-fired oven!

Really nice pizza with thick crust and fresh quality ingredients. Cute down to earth restaurant, clean and classic. There is a lot of take away traffic and its a small place so it might be hard to get a table. The restaurant has a selection of nature wines and the staff member was enthusiastic about the place and seemed busy and in a good mood. The service was friendly and open without being pushy or overly attentive. Felt like ideal Danish service and we felt very comfortable! My favourite part is the ability to order a surprise pizza (pizza of the day) I get to avoid making a decision, the chef can use up ingredients they have in surplus and we entertained ourselves with trying to guess what exactly it was. Win win! (But only if you eat everything, though I didn't ask if they did a vegetarian option) Anyways, if I ever move to Århus I will be a regular! Used to be excellent - now the original owner sold it and talentless people without tastebuds or care for quality has now taken over the place. Bought 7 pizzas and they were all horrendous. When we came to return all 7 pizzas we were met with arrogance and indifference.

I am very confused about the rating for this store. First of all, the pizza is just regular, please do be fool by the web site fancy picture or the nicer wording. The pizza dough taste more like a bread dough. Secondly, the service is not very nice. This is the first restaurant that told me they don't have water, customer only could purchase the fancy water. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves pizza.

I was pleasant surprised by dining at this pizzeria. They're using real Italian ingredients not some arabic/danish skinke. Pizza is very delicious and it's really enjoyable. The interior it's not renovated yet, but it gives an interesting vibe. The lady waitress was welcoming and nice.

Location: Accessible, it’s near the city centre. Food: It is very delicious. I tried the Burratta Con Salami and the meat was tender and the crust were perfectly cooked. Place: The ambience were great as well. I thought I was in Italy 😂 Service: Everyone were so kind, professional, fast.

Ordered takeaway pizza with buratta - got pizza without buratta..paid 170 kr. Won’t order again

Even tho the food was very delicious,but we had to wait more than 50 minutes for 3 pizzas, which is simlpy too much , especially when it says on the menu that a pizza takes 3 minutes to bake. :( We were also the only customers sitting in the restaurant at the time when we ordered. I have to mention tho that the waitress was very nice and gave as some extra wine for the long wait- we appreciated that! ☺️

Perfect Italian Pizza Restaurant. Place is kept in original and unique Italian style. Pizze are perfect... super crusty and fresh ingridients. Very warm ambiente and friendly staff/ owners. If you are looking for a true Italian style Pizza: go Pizza Propria... and think about the meaning of the Italian name of the ristorante :-)
