    My opinion is not about the quality or otherwise of the products but about customer treatment. I was waiting for my turn while they were serving another client, when they finished, two other people appeared who they served first, even with me telling them that I was there first, then two other people appeared to whom they gave preference again. Possibly it is because I am a young person and they thought I was going to spend less money, something that seems regrettable to me, as well as wrong given that what I was looking for had a high price. I didn't wait any longer to ask and I won't return.

    After waiting for an hour and a half to let a bracelet and necklace be repaired due to a defect in the chains, the salesperson approached me telling me that she would not be able to assist me because the program did not work correctly. After expressing my anger, I was miraculously able to leave my things to be repaired. I recommend that you put numbers in turns It seems to me that for a firm of such prestige the attention leaves a lot to be desired on the part of the company.

    The company policy is unfortunate. They put a seal on the rings so you can't even try them on properly when they give them to you, but not the earrings, and you can change those whenever you like... and not only that... you can also change them. You can try them in the store....due to hygiene conditions it should not be allowed...disenchanted!!! Look, I have bought things there...but I won't return...deplorable customer treatment.

    My daughter lost a piece of one of the earrings the day she wore them. I went to the store explaining what happened and they replaced that set of earrings with a new one. Excellent treatment. Very empathetic and kind.

    Disastrous treatment. Poor quality of jewelry. I bought a gold chain and in 5 months it broke, they made me pay for the repair and the following 6 months it became deformed and they do not offer me any solution, they do not want to fix it (not even paying for the repair) because they cannot assure me that It's going to look good, they won't even replace it with another... there are some of the clerks at El Corte Inglés in A Coruña who don't know anything, they are very slow and don't know how to manage anything. Talking to the manager is impossible, after going 5 times and two phone calls she is never there, not even on the day I was scheduled to speak with her, I arrived there and she couldn't go to work that day…. Today I have filed two complaints, one in consumer and another in El Corte Inglés, it cannot be that “The best jewelry store in Spain,” as the shop assistants told me today, has this disastrous management of pieces that come out defective.

    The saleswoman treated me in a very rude and unpleasant manner, as if she were doing me a favor and questioning that I would not be able to return the product later or things like that said in a very attacking way and without wanting to help me at any time. Honestly, I don't think I will buy here again, because I consider the customer service to be terrible.
