The place is clean and generally well stocked. The prices may be a bit higher but the aisles are wider. The meats look fresher and there is a good selection of local and foreign produce and items. It's my go to grocery shopping.

Out of all my the supermarkets I go to, massy is the one I most frequent. The fact that on a holiday I can go in for my last minute items and the staff is still in good spirits is unmatched. I always appreciate the service I receive and the fact that everything u need is always there. My little brother loves their cereal collection as he always gets his favourite. Thumbs up to my favourite grocery.

Yes strictly the best

No hand baskets to minimise contagion risk. One way aisles. Sanitation protocols in effect. Place is worn and dated but is now kept cleaner. Shelves well stocked and variety is the usual wide selection. Fresh produce best on a Thursday. Double points on a Wednesday.

Generally more expensive than other chains but usually more variety, better merchandising, more staff on the floor. Therefore ease of personal service increased if you need it. Staff is more approachable generally. Produce fresh and meat/fish sections are kept clean and odour free. As supply chain issues resolve offerings should improve in all retailers.
