Visited Wilde in Hitchin to buy a wedding ring. Although I didn't end up purchasing the ring from Wilde, I was impressed with Ieneke and the care and attention provided throughout the process. Highly recommend based on the customer experience and I will most definitely consider this jewellers on my next purchase/gift.

Beautiful shop, with a really good range of lovely jewellery. I have bought lots of earrings over the years, and had an antique piece of jewellery remade by Wilde into a (much admired) gorgeous three tiered ring. Highly recommend a visit.

Very kind and helpful staff! Came in looking for a pretty specific item and was pleasantly surprised when I learned they had one left within budget! I tried it on and it was perfect. We added a chain extender for a small price which will arrive in a week or so. The staff even helped me get a necklace I had previously purchased untangled. I love this shop! I have bought so many beautiful pieces of jewellery from Wilde over the years. The service here is always 100% and so much care and interest is taken over each customer. What a perfect jewel to find in Hitchin!

I got two pairs of earrings from here 2 years ago. I'm wearing the earrings today. They're still holding up beautifully. I wear the hoops daily and take them out at night, so the hinge is a little loose but that's to be expected with how much I've used them. Neither set of earrings have tarnished in any way and look like they did when I bought them. I really recommend this shop. You really get your value for money. I was also quite slow to decide what to buy, and the staff were patient and helpful. I'll probably come back here to buy some more jewellery when I'm next in the area.

We frequently purchase from Wilde at Christmas, birthdays etc. However, having travelled to specifically purchase today I cannot express how rude and patronising I found the sales lady. We weren’t spending much on this occasion, which I expect was the problem, but instead of helping us find a suitable pair of earrings, she actively decided we weren’t worth the effort. Purchasing from independent businesses should be a pleasure. Will not be using Wilde again.

Amazing customer service and jewellery so unique. Definitely worth a visit. Brought some earring back today that unfortunately the clasp broke, and so grateful to the kind lady for replacing.

Certainly not customer friendly, in fact quite the opposite. I was informed by email on 25th to collect my ring which was left for a quote to enlarge. On trying to collect today I was told that “it’s on its way from Hatton Garden - you will receive a text to collect” I showed the message on my phone disputing this - after a while searching it was found. No apology ( or smiles for that matter) I left my ring in a very nice ring box- I received it back in a small cheap tiny plastic bag! I will certainly not be returning or recommending this shop. I think a course on customer service is called for.
