Vets are great but reception staff is abysmal, last year they lost the stool and blood samples so we had to redo them and this time they sent us a letter to come for our annual free health and vaccine as we had signed up for their vaccine for life only to be tricked into paying because they invited us too early, which was their mistake not ours. They always avoid any responsibility and conveniently lose the recorded calls which would prove us right. Definitely never going back there.

I really liked the vet I saw (I didn't get his name) but he took his time and made mine and especially Boo's experience at the vets calm and not at all stressful.

The vet was friendly, kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything from my pet’s possible condition to pricing.

Happy pet, happy owner! The vet was Karen and she was great. She has a calming relaxed presence about her, as soon as I walked in i could feel it. Apparently do did Bella as half way though the appointment she started to eat Broccoli that she"d brought with her. Need i say more!

The staff are very efficient, friendly and the medication/ treatments were available the next day. All the vets I or my husband have seen have been excellent in our opinion.

I cannot recommend Vets4Pets Biggleswade enough! Every time my cat needed them, they got her in as soon as possible - even without an appointment. When every vet in the area either refused to see her during an emergency ( were too booked , didn’t take emergencies or closing early on a weekday) - they said to bring her in and they will squeeze her in. Lovely staff, clean premises and very pleased with how they treat my pet.

Fast process from getting an appointment to the operation being done. My rat was neutered and everything was explained clearly to me. I was able to send images of wound updates by email rather than going in to the vet which made it easier around my job. Very quick responses from my emails and would happily use the service again.

Thought my cat had an accident it turned out she was fine , just graceful they could check her out so quickly as you can see by pictures she's strutting her stuff around the vets like what's the problem 🫣🙈 thanks team as allways

My taxi to the appointment was very late but they said it'll be ok and didn't cancel my appointment. I was seen straight away on arrival. The nurse was happy to photograph myself and my cat using my phone, for my cat's birthday photo!!! The nurse was lovely, receptionist was nice too

All the staff here are amazing. The vet was so lovely with Bella, she is very anxious and the vet gave her lots of cuddles and scratches to calm her down. She was great and explained everything fully to me. Really would recommend 100

Every member of staff we come into contact with are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, friendly and approachable.

Very friendly, and the vet saw both cats at the same time to make it more comfortable for them. They also allowed both me and my daughter to be in the room, which was really nice as it enabled us to ask questions and get answers we both understood. Nothing worse than trying to relay information second-hand, so thank you for this. The vet also gave both cats a thorough check-up, confirmed their health, and even discussed some of the potential causes of the cat having an itchy ear. Terminology used was appropriate and easy to understand, and the vet was a thoroughly nice bloke!

Very pleased with Biggleswade, moved from Stevenage and Letchworth vets4pets, had a very pleasent visit, waiting time was good, had two appointments one for my Rabbit and one for my Cat, both went in together, gave my rabbit a good health check and vaccinated her with no problems, and for my 20 year old cat, she had a cyst that needs draining periodically, gave her a good health check and drained her cyst without any problems, the receptionist and vet was very friendly would definitely recommend vets4pets biggleswade

Staff friendly and efficient. Felt listened to and that my pets well-being was priority. Vet had looked at my cats history and was able to find a way to take bloods that was less stressful for him and us.

We just took our poorly cat to vets for pets biggleswade and they were fantastic. The vet, Emma was so caring and pebbles loved her. She took some bloods and phoned us with the results gone 7:30 and we talked next steps, that really is going the extra mile. We have used them for a few years and would never go anywhere else.

The reception staff were friendly and knew about all of the plans I enquired about. They were also extremely helpful with setting up the complete care package. The vet really made us feel at ease. The receptionist were lovely and friendly. The vet was lovely and explained everything in detail and even offered me a cheaper option for one of the medications I needed.

Have been coming here for years and our fur family have always been treated with love and respect. When my cat Amber was a victim of a hit and run last year, The practice sent a “sorry for your loss” card signed by everyone. This shows just how caring and thoughtful the staff are. I cannot fault any of the staff and the excellent service they provide.

Despite being out of any COVID restrictions we were not allowed in the room with our dog. We were then charged a consultation fee even though we were given no opportunity to consult with anyone. Last year when there were restrictions in place we were allowed in the room during the check up. It makes absolutely no sense.

Have never been disappointed with the service received from here. Yestoday our cat needed to be seen, and we booked an early morning appointment. Except we had problems getting him into the box at home we called them and they made the appointment later for him. Finally got him in the box and he was treated, and home safe - well done guys

Lovely staff, they look after the kitten and the puppy very well neither of my pets show any signs of stress when hear.

I took my hamster (hence lack of requirement for health care plan) for a check up as I wasn't sure if his teeth were a bit large. the nurse checked him over, explained everything to me, gave me tips on how to check him myself etc. Very helpful, and I now have peace of mind.
