I was served a beautiful Asian lady lst night in this station it was my first time seeing that girl. Let me know what’s her name Bp station I want to ask her some details she’s cute and have a good humour I like her. One good massive heart for that “FILIPINA Girl” definitely coming back for u. 😏

Rude staff specially the Indian girl in the mrning. She doesn’t really knw how to talk nicely she tells she wants without thinking. When I got there I said I need jet wash but she was trying to give me the car wash and explaining to me like I don’t know what jet wash is. Uneducated Indian Lady. Poor of respect to be honest!

Scammed a mate of mine out of a tenners worth of fuel

Was physically assaulted by the man who runs the place, all because I left my card at home and was trying to get hold of my partner to bring me it. In the process he stole my bmw key, broke it. Then tried denying any wrong doing when he called the police, who quickly established I was the victim. I shall hope he pays for a replacement key or I will be taking him to the courts. Bp and the police have both recommended to me that he pays for a new key.

Very disappointing store and staff ( lady called Rajesh very crazy). i had to use their air pressure machine, with little choice to go elsewhere and got charged a 1£, with no access to the water outlet. I was in "shocked", that I put a one pound coin, with no change, to realised that was the actual charge. Went into store to pay for the fuel and made a complaint to the lady about the air price, to which she responded very rudely, to go elsewhere. I Will be making a formal complaint.

I wanted to give a zero but unfortunately, that's the lowest you can go. They have PayPoint but every time I went to top-up was told the machine is not working. They spent thousands on renovation but couldn't spend a few hundred on this bloody machine. What awful management.

Absolute joke. I just wen’t to the air pump to pump up my 2 wheels and it’s £1. What a joke. It should be 30p-50p for like 2-3 mins or there should be a pump for bikers only and make it cheaper because we only have two wheels. Bikers don’t get much appreciation than car drivers do because they have 4 wheels so obviously £1 for them for 6 mins is fair but why charge more for just 2 wheels. It’s ridiculous when I could that £1 to more petrol since everything has gone up. Ridiculous. I will contact BP HQ aswell about this issue. Sainsbury’s do it for 30p which is way better but it’s out of order well tbh it should be free since nothing is free anymore. 1 final thing. A while back I did put a review about a staff member being rude to me a while back and now for some reason that review is gone. I want an explanation for that aswell. Yes dissapointed and angry with the pump prices here should be cheaper for moped riders and bike riders.

Went in to BP this morning, to buy a Costa coffee. Lady serving was extremely rude, swearing shouting and verbally abusing me and my partner. Warning to all customers, to be mindful of this crazy woman. We will be making a formal complaint to BP directly as this was disgusting behaviour. Not Happy .....

Made me pay for 20 quids of fuel and only gave me 11.40

Unsure when the pumps were last checked and calibrated but there's a noticable delay on the pumps diacharging fuel but the charge starts immediately. It means the first 5p (approx) you pay is for nothing. Information on the pump says they were checked this year but I'm doubtful and will be reporting them to weights and meaures staff arent great either.

Good clean shop with well stocked shelves and good variety

Just off the A1 so very handy, good well stocked little shop aswell and if you want a caffeine fix, Costa coffee is available here. Staff are pleasant and friendly so all round very good.

WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO APPALING place had a car wash and this is the result Spoken to the manager CHARAN WHO WAS EXTREMLY RUDE, HE KEPT SIGHING AND TELLING ME IT WAS MY FAULT. then informed that he wasn't the manager then he was the manager. Terrible customer service.he pointed out that there is a big sign saying pull mirrors in,I've also put a picture of the MASSIVE sign. Altogether shocking,the main thing was his attitude,apart from telling me I'm wrong,I was wasting his time in asking for my money back as he has other customers. I was not wasting his time I take great pride in my car. I will never go back here and I would advise any of you thinking using the car wash go somewhere else and if you want good customer service go somewhere else when this person is on the til. He wouldn't give me the name of who to complain to,so unfortunately this is my only way.

Extremely unhelpful staff replacing a gas bottle. Didn't want to switch bottles within Calor's band (permitted by Calor as per their website to do so), so said all the bottles were empty after a 5 minute conversation in his native language with a colleague. Will never return despite only being round the corner!

Terrible customer service today and yesterday trying to collect a parcel most unhelpful. Update, accused of being racist by the manager and he called the police. Police checked cctv and no racism was found because no racism was done. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of police time. Avoid the garage.
