    If you turn in your equipment early they do not pro rate you for the month and give you a rebate. So the only thing they care about is getting your money. Now as u can see , they are replying back to this review with a computer generated answer so unless you are going to give me my money back...don't bother...enstead learn to give back money that you didn't earn

    A dear friend needed security cameras in her apartment. She is 86 and did not have internet connection. Here is a hot tip! Go to the store. Do not order online. We went to pick up the equipment and was over sold. Robert was amazing. My friend and I want the new Samsung flip phone. Robert is the man. His honesty and customer service will be rewarded with referrals for Armandina and myself. I also listened and observed another helpful staff member. If Robert is busy, ask for Brandon.

    Efficient service, knowledgeable and friendly staff and they make the process as smooth as possible. Wish they wouldn’t keep raising my bill, considering I have been a loyal customer over 5 years; inflation, I guess? Clean store and welcoming. Not many other alternatives to utilize.

    Went in to pay my bill and ask about changing my program to lower my bill. Well I got so much information and help from my customer agent that I will always go inside the store instead of trying to talk over the phone for help.

    First time using their store because all I had to do was drop off old equipment and needed a receipt. I was 3rd person in store when they opened at 10 and there were 2 employees helping others. I was not aware I had to make an appt and because I had a dr appt at 11 I was hoping I could get quick assistance. I was so wrong. An employee,( and I use that term loosely) Easton was just walking around and doing nothing and there was a free computer that he could have easily spent the 2-5 minutes to take care of me. But nope- he was rude and dismissive and basically said that it wasn’t his job, that I’d have to wait for the others to take care of me. Yet he had time to chat with another customer who was already being helped. Because it was first come, first serve and there were appointments, I got notified at 10:49 AM that they were available to help. I was already long gone as I wasn’t going to miss my dr appt. I think Spectrum needs to focus on customer service. When I worked as a supervisor, if a customer was irate or even unreasonable, I still treated them respectfully. Apparently that doesn’t apply to this Spectrum store. Had he even showed a little understanding I may have just said that I’d return later. He didn’t even offer that. He said I could make an appointment online. Total example of laziness. I then went to ATT store as I have my cell phone thru them, and total different experience. I was greeted right away and even though they were fairly busy, I was assisted within minutes-no appointment or sign in necessary. Polite, efficient and I’ll be saving over $40 month on internet if I go with them. Jon was amazing and made me feel like I mattered. I never had issues with Spectrum online of from any tech I met with in the past. But this employee was the last straw for me. Sorry Spectrum, but Easton just may have cost you a customer.

    Stopped in after a frustrating call with the customer service line last week. John was incredibly helpful and positive, he sorted out my issue right there on the spot. Highly recommend this store if you're having trouble, these guys know how to help!

    Unit 182013 was parked in my reserved spot today even though we have plenty of available space for service vehicles. As if I did not have enough of you guys randomly jacking up my bill for no reason with no warning at all, now your stealing my parking spot from me. Screw this company.

    While they were very helpful, the 'new' router I was provided was refurbished & failed to operate properly. A tech had come out to fix the problem. It turned out to be the better choice as he upgraded other equipment while he was here.

    Went to Oak Creek store to have very outdated. no-longer working cable box and remote replaced. Assisted by Fabian, a long term employee, who I had dealt with in the past concerning customer service. He was polite, very knowledgeable, efficient. and made it a pleasurable experience. My wife and I were in and out in short order with what we came for. Hard to improve on excellence...Thank you. Fabian.

    I was quoted a monthly rate of $20 for internet service. When my bill came it was for $49! I could not get the bill straightened out on the phone ("customer service"), so I went into the store. The woman in the store said that I needed to talk to the sales rep that gave me that price. Plus, the whole reason that I wanted to move to Spectrum was because AT&T's internet kept dropping off - but Spectrum's service is even worse! It drops off 3-4 times per day, every day! This is a horrible, deceptive bait-and-switch tactic - I am just furious right now!

    My mom died and I’ve closed her account. I’ve been trying to return her items. I went on a Wednesday because that is my only day off. They were CLOSED. Not sure why they close in the middle of the week. Losing my mom has been hard enough but to get charged for the equipment I’ve been trying to return is absolutely ridiculous!!! I’ve tried to return the items on the weekend as well, but there closed on Sundays so should I give up because my mom is DEAD? Or do I have to keep wasting my gas to fit around their schedule. They are making my life more miserable and harder then it already is. Thank you for nothing!

    I'd heard great things about Robert from my uncle. When I stopped in with family he gave fantastic service! Knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and professional. Good customer service is still a thing with Robert!!

    We had to switch our service over from Verizon to spectrum Mobile. The system wasn’t recognizing our phone and possibly may have had to be updated or not able to convert. Easton the manager was very knowledgeable, efficient, fun, and great with explaining everything during the process but what our end goal and success was. Will always be asking for him when their services are needed!

    Amazing service, above and beyond! Helped me find the phone that was best suited for my needs. Then switched me to their service so fast and seamlessly. Every person was so polite, Then sent my mom there and she had great service! My new store and new service!

    Was there for 3 hours trying to add service. Then we traded a phone in the forgot to give us the credit for it. No they are suppose to add it to the bill but that hasn't happened yet either.

    Absolutely disgusting customer service. If you get a store specialist named Dwight, run the other way. He has no place being in customer service. Profanity and mocking is his only specialty. With workers like that I’m surprised this location remains open. Super scary experience!

    Its a spectrum store and only went there to return equipment after switching providers due to paying more then double then what other providers offer for the same service. Spectrum as a company and service provider suck. They are never willing to bring the cost down until you tell them you are switching and then its only for a year and still moree then other providers. Never again.

    If I could give this company a zero I would. If ever your iPhone device is stolen they are useless in regards to helping their customers. Apple had to wipe phone out once proving I purchased it which was a nightmare. Horrible customer service on the phone. Because they lack the knowledge needed to help me during this time it costed me a lot of time. The door kept being closed in my face with I’m sorry I can’t help you. Until the 6th person I reached who heard my complaints n cry’s n escalated the situation immediately had me on hold n had everything in minutes. He didn’t hang up on me n just move on. I’m so thankful to that one person who cared enough!!! Never bringing business here again.

    I am writing this review, because it is a MUCH deserved THANK YOU & BRAVO, to a man that works at this Spectrum location. This man's name is Robert, and he is beyond FANTASTIC!!👏 Thank you Robert, for ALL of your help and assistance! You went above & beyond to help me & my family and I truly can't thank you enough. Not only did Robert call me to let me know I had forgotten my Driver's License (which I didn't even realize), he was by our side step through step, with a couple day long process we had to deal with. Over all the days, he never once complained about a thing and did everything he could to make sure we were happy! And he succeeded!! Robert is the customer service guy that you wait an extra 20 minutes to speak with. His kindness and helpful ways make it worth the wait! We actually had a couple in front of us, that we found out through saying a friendly "hello" to; that they waited for Robert to take care of them as well! That says it all!! Thank you again, Robert! You're an amazing asset to Spectrum💙...they should be honored to have you as an employee! 🤜💥🤛
