My best experience was on July 16th at 8:45, Saturday morning. Not only was I able to breeze through without a line but the technician that serviced me was an exceptional, mild manored young man, who somehow made me feel calm about taking the test. I'm always nervous whenever I take the emission test. Kudos to Mr. Jordan. Thank You!

I went around 3 pm and no waiting at all. The female who performed my test was the best very pleasant and helpful, letting me know I could buy my plate sticker right there at the facility. She had the greatest personality. I hope her employer appreciates her. I think her badge did the name Paulina. Hope I got her name right because she Rocks

it was cold outside ! when I went, long car line , but the wait wasn’t long 22 minutes, the service was fast and friendly. Since it’s Covid-19’s, they ask you stand near the back of your car (when you use to sit in a booth) . The only thing I wish , the streets wasn’t so narrow, because the trucks that go in and out near by , had to go through.

If you go on the weekday it's a lot smoother process avg time was about 3 min. To be more accurate Monday through Thursday early morning is a good time also you can get your sticker when you're done. Staff was friendly and professional.

The line was pretty long but when you get in for your test it’s less then 3mins and if u decide to visit their office its perhaps 10mins minutes at the most

Employees were friendly and humorous. Always a good thing to have when working with the public. Though online states they will take cash as a form of payment, they DO NOT ACCEPT CASH. Obviously this is not the facilitie's fault.

This place is awesome... It's kind of hidden in a neighborhood, but it's well maintained and the people get you in and out fast. The tiny on site office has two people, but they seem to average five minutes a driver for registration. I'm from California originally and they gave nothing like this. Registration in CA takes about 1.5 hours every time you go in. This place is my go to place for registration, even if I do keep forgetting the name of the town. Seriously, go here to get your car registered. It's awesome, easy and so fast.

I went early on a Friday morning (830a). There was no wait and the guy doing my emissions was super nice.

Surprisingly when I got there after 4pm, I was in and out with my sticker. But the service charge they add to the total will make you get your sticker at the DMV.

Excellent in and out. Plus, for an extra $9, I got my plate sticker. All total took less than 10 minutes.

I've never waited longer than 10 minutes at this place to get the test done. I also just went ahead and paid the convenience fee to get my sticker at the office next door. Yeah, you could go to the secretary of state and pay a bit less, but this option was way faster.

Service was very fast I have been there for myself and with others. The staff is always cordial.

Although my recent trip was not for emissions testing, I was able to purchase my plate renewal sticker in the office. There was about a 10 minute wait. But once I was serviced, I was out in less than two minutes.

$9.50 is the current fee for buying a sticker there. Freaking outrageous! Getting the test done was quick and simple. People working were friendly. But never again will I buy my sticker there.

Went during lunch hour so it wasn’t any wait at all. You can also renew your plate sticker on the spot which is convenient although an extra “convenience” charge.

Got my emissions test and license plate sticker in less than 15 minutes, morning times and late evening during the week the best time to stop by, but still very fast and u can buy sticker at the same location

I got there a little after 7:30 thinking I would have to wait until 8:00 which is the time that the card says they're supposed to open however they were open and the person who tested my vehicle was very courteous I then had to buy my plate sticker and the lady who took care of me was very courteous as well they were quick in and out both done before 8:00 a.m. kudos.

Quick and efficient in and out at the Markham location on a Friday afternoon before Labor Day. Took less than 15 minutes to be tested AND get my new sticker.

Wait time said 4 minutes...was 2 cars back but went went fast. Technician was pleasant and quick. No problems at this location.

It's always quick at this location. Just don't wait till the end of the month due to long lines. You can also pre-purchase your license plate sticker before you need it. I've purchased one up to 6 months early.

Been going here for years. Quick, easy, done. Sure it gets busy from time to time but they move you right along. You can even purchase your license plate sticker at their facility. The staff is cool too! They like what they do and are happy to see you.
