Very friendly staff at this location. The Geneva location is good but always busy. The checkout moved fast and we saved a bunch of money with coupons.

Had a really bad experience today while looking for shoes for my daughter. The young associate snatched the display shoe from me when I asked for a second size turned his back and said size 10 got it! And walked away from me to never come back again. My daughter and I were both in shock.

Very nice location seated right off Randall in Geneva Commons. Large beautiful store with a great selection. It’s a multi level store with escalators to take you up and down from the second level. Great selection of items from Golf to sports to fishing. Large fishing and camping selection upstairs for all your outdoor needs. Tents, fishing poles, clothing you name it. One of my favorite Dick’s locations.

Nick in the shoe department was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He worked with us for at least 15-20 minutes to fit my son into the perfect pair of sports shoes.

I went in and asked an associate where I would find a travel bag and she didn't speak English. She did take me to someone who did. I asked them, and she sent me to a place upstairs in the back. They had a few backpacks and zero travel bags. I walked the whole store upstairs and was not able to find what I wanted. I also was not able to find someone to help.

The customer service at this store is unparalleled. Trevor and the store manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue with my bike. Their exceptional assistance and dedication to resolving the problem have left a lasting impression on me. As a result, I will definitely return to this store for future purchases.

I've been shopping here for years, always been good. A couple of days ago my wife went in for the first time, to finally buy a nice pair of running shoes. Her experience was slightly hectic as there were issues, with a price discrepancy. At the end of the day things went a tad wrong. However today i ended up needing to go back. Wendy, the floor lead. And jay the store manager, were unbelievably helpful and understanding when i brought up my wifes situation. Jay made everything 100% right, and retained a customer for life. Excellent service, and great people leading the team here.

There a lot of comfortable Boots and shoes for all the family members 🙂.

Not very helpful. Just feel like I was dismissed because I’m a woman.

I bought a couple items about a week ago, got charged over $400 instead of $270 and when the refund was made the employee didn’t issue the refund properly and unknowingly walked out without paying full price for two items, I came back today to exchange the two items I was informed that I didn’t fully pay for the items. At first I was given the option the keep the items and just pay for the new items i was going to and she said “it’s your choice if that’s your character then keep them” but then she just changed her mind immediately and said If I walked out with the two items I had on my receipt that shed have to call security? She basically accused me of stealing the items intentionally when I had no idea. Flat out discrimination, like why give me the option to keep them in the first place then? Super unprofessional and just flat out racist.

I came here with my mom to buy Volley Ball shoes. All the employees were very helpful and nice except for one. We asked for him to bring out a shoes in a different size, and he kindly did so. While we were waiting for that shoe we found another one we wanted him to bring out in my size. As he approached us my mom was holding the shoe about to hand it to him when he rudely snatched it from her hand and walked away. We both stood there in shock. “Yup, Size 10.” He said in a very annoyed tone as he stomped away. He never came back with the shoes, and another employee had to help us. This made me very angry. My mother and I had done nothing to upset this man and he treated both of us with disrespect. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location any time soon.
