Terrible experience. Pushy, extremely slow and my experience incompetent. The NP didn't listen.( many people told me this place was awful. They were right) I had severe abdominal issues and it was difficult to wait always going to bathroom. Then wanted me to come back in a hour to see ortho. Yes I mentioned knee issue but not there to see Dr. I wasn't sure if issues I was experiencing was because of an injection done elsewhere. Giving them the complete history. Right away said should see ortho. What didn't they understand? I was physically sick didn't wish to wait for ortho. Go to Mt. Prospect immediate care they have an MD in immediate care for sick visits. This place needs an overhaul and competent people.

STAY AWAY!!!! FROM THIS URGENT CARE. Me and my wife visited this urgent care November 2 at 3:45 PM We were trying to check my wife inn because she had a UTI. My wife did not feel good at all at that moment and for whatever reason the lady that was working, there was being extremely disorderly and inappropriate, pointing her finger in my wife’s face, and demanding my wife to step away from her because my wife was doing what she was told to do which was to sign the pad for treatment but when my wife went to go sign the pad to get treated, the lady started pointing her finger in her face and screaming at my wife and being disorderly which does not make any sense at all this lady was extremely rude from the beginning, and I ask for somebody else because of the way she was acting and she denied me to speak to anybody else so I try to be polite and continue speaking with her because I wanted my wife to be seen but this lady was just very out-of-control. She looked like she wanted to attack me or something. You don’t point your fingers in someone’s face and scream at them and then expect somebody not to say anything to you is why my wife said what she said. That is not a professional at all. This lady should not work here at all she is clearly unstable in my opinion. My wife visited this location before and never had a problem with the other lady works there. But this new lady was extremely rude and hostile to the point where I don’t think I will ever go back there ever again stay away if you know what’s good for you

Been here several times for family-related flu issues, as well as a stubborn wedding ring that needed to be removed ASAP before a trip to the hospital was made. Always courteous, prompt, and professional.

Got here before 8 to be the first patient in the door. It's 8:20 and we are all still waiting on a provider to ARRIVE to see us. Been up all night... Not the best experience at an URGENT care facility. You'd think the staff would be on time at least.

I went here yesterday for cold symptoms. I had a very good comfortable experience! I was able to schedule an appointment through the app, and I wrote the reason for my visit. I got there early, and surprisingly got called in promptly. The room already had the testing supplies they were going to do on me, strep and covid. That made me feel very taken care of. Both the nurse and PA were very kind and patient, not at all rushed or brief when talking to me. The PA listened and gave me remedies recommendations based on what I told her how I respond to certain other cold medicines. Maybe I lucked out but overall it was a very helpful productive and efficient visit!

These people are awful. They have terrible customer/patient care. I've had 2 instances here where the staff/doctors did not honor appointments, lost tests before they could be evaluated and then refused to see my 6 year old with an emergency when walk-ins are suppose to be welcome. Whoever the woman was at the front desk was inconsiderate and uncaring. I believe she refused care because it was close to closing time.

The lady at the front desk was sympathetic when I came in. She helped me schedule an appointment on the same day. I tested positive for COVID-19. The staff here was caring and the nurse was helpful. I am recovering now thank God. - Isabel Mendez

Staff was courteous, professional, efficient. Checking in for appointment took less than 5 minutes. Waiting in the lobby about the same. Dan got me to the patient room and expertly took my temps, stats. Dea was with me almost right away. They were very well-informed and we had excellent doctor-patient dialogue. The paperwork I needed was ready in no time at all. It was a noteworthy, positive experience. Des Plaines team, please keep up the great work.

I’m not sure why they have such low stars, the staff here is excellent! I came there as a walk in customer, they got me an appointment with 20mins from the time I arrived so I only waited roughly 30 mins. Olga was the physician assistant that took me back, she was very kind and professional. I forgot the doctor’s name, starts with an R, I think. But he was pretty good as well. Very understanding and professional. Great job Northshore💙

Scheduled an appointment online, when I got there I barely waited 5 minutes and I was seen. Was out in 30 mins.Everyone there was respectful and it was the best experience I ever had at an urgent care facility.

I attempted to come in today at 5:24pm and there was a sign that there are not taking additional patients at the time! Waiting room was empty and they close at 6:45pm
