Jennifer Hinchley is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. She listens, and cares about not only my pain but my whole situation. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and very honest, which is exactly what I look for and very much appreciate in a doctor. I feel truly blessed and finally relieved that I have found such a wonderful doctor to help me with my recovery. She gives 100% to her patients! It is because of Jennifer that I am finally starting to feel relief, feel better and on the right path for my recovery. The staff at the Hinsdale office are Amazing every time!! They always help me and are very patient when setting up my appointments. I have a hectic schedule which causes me to reschedule appointments quite often but they never give me a hard time.

Thanks to Dr. Hagle I was able to dance at my son’s wedding. We had our Mother-Son dance for which I will always treasure. Jennifer is amazing and the support staff are always professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Hagle and Jennifer actually take time to listen to their patients and to give them quality of life again

I appreciate the doctor spending a lot of time with me and reviewing my medical history. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, genuine and sincere. To no fault of his, the referring doctor did not submit the info necessary for the treatment plan so the visit was not as beneficial at least not yet. It was over an hour drive each way, so it was super frustrating to not get everything out of the appt. I really appreciated Dr. Hong taking the time to explain his perspective and talk to me about mine. I felt heard and respected, a valuable part of the team which is not easy to accomplish. I felt heard and my practitioner understood my current situation. I am very pleased of the outcome of the injections I received and am hopeful of becoming well by managing my pain through medical intervention, medication, physical therapy and strength training. I had a very positive experience.

Dr Hong has been so helpful and understanding whenever my back is acting up. He really takes his time to listen and explain procedures in terms any ordinary person can understand. Been going with him for about 3yrs now off and on depending on flare-ups and have always been treated well and given the proper attention. I am currently in seeing him for another round of back pain and hopefully we can have some extended success at relieving pain as we have in the past. I'm very pleased with the exceptional care given to me at gateway. I see Dr.Todd Hagel and he is a top notch guy and a caring individual. The staff have always addressed any concerns I've had and try their best to help me. Dr Jennifer Hinckley is another excellent doctor that listens to everything ,she is unique. You can feel that they care I would highly recommend this Medical Group 1/26/23 Dr Hagel left this Medical Group and his new office was in St Charles and that was to far for me. I called Gateway Spine and was immediately given an appointment whit Dr Jennifer Hinckley. She was very nice and welcomed me to Gateway and made my transition very easy. She is great and listens to your concerns. I received an appointment with Dr Hong who I've never met but have heard that he's a great doctor. I wanted a place close to home that could help me at this difficult time in my life. I would highly recommend this practice. The lady I spoke with on the phone to schedule my appointment was so helpful, polite and was concerned about my meds running out.. I truly appreciate them one and all, they are a great team.

I absolutely love this practice. Dr Hagle is very professional and caring doctor. His staff is always pleasant and I recently met with his PA who was wonderful! Offices are very clean too.
