With my mother’s recent passing, Jennifer was compassionate, immediate, and super helpful in guiding me from out of state in coming to access our unit. She’s the best, and her team and her facility are bar-none above the rest!

I’ve used multiple different self storage units over the years and I’ve had the best experience at this storage facility. Jennifer has been by far the best property manager that I have dealt with. She’s always very friendly, attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns I may have.

Metro Self Storage has been my saving grace these past few months. After a quick downsize, I kept having to find storage units as part of the moving process and I continue to return to Metro. Not only is it immaculate (regularly cleaned as I have seen the cleaning crew several times), it has fantastic indoor loading docks. Not only do my belongings feel safe but I feel safe being at the space by myself, which is the first I have felt with any storage unit building in the past. Jennifer, the property manager, is wonderful! She goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is wicked fast with any paperwork and is in the office or on the property when you need her. Most other storage unit managers are MIA but Jen is there when you need help! Metro Self Storage is the perfect spot for storage needs. There is a reason continue to use them!

Mark and Jennifer at metro storage have been so incredibly helpful. They were both friendly and called me back promptly. They were super accommodating and Mark went the extra mile to help with some of the locks that were needed for the storage unit. The space is clean and easy to navigate. I love the outside access door that makes it easy to get to our unit. Flat beds are always available for use and easy to find. Highly recommend!
