I have placed numerous web-orders and picked up from this location. While most of the orders were satisfied on time, on one occasion, it was a total miss! I ordered a chicken and noodle soup, and it only had chicken and noodle but not soup. I contacted the company (corporate?) via the N&C apps and never heard anything back from them. It stated that they received my message and was going to contact me. In any case, 3 out of 5 stars because everyone makes a mistake at least once or twice.

Ordered through the app and they had our food at the promised time. Which was amazing considering it must have been lunch time for the high school!! There were so many kids and so many orders. The girls working were efficient and moving fast. They took orders, told people sorry for the wait if one ran off to deliver food to a table, and kept things moving. Spaghetti could have done with more sauce, but overall it was great!

Tastes great but got my order wrong. Requested to remove an ingredient for allergy reasons. Sub item was also excluded. Counter service was great - checked to make sure I picked up kids meal drink for take out order. Based on location I would probably still order groom here again, but I will check my order (i.e. mix my entire dish up) before I leave if taking out again.

We love Noodles and Company. This location is spacious and very well kept. Nice staff and great food. This is a A+++++ on my list.

After I found pastas in my Lo Mein dish, I lost my hope fully!!! The worst thing is, the staff from this location had not said a word to show their apology. They probably think this is normal! Bad experience, I am done with them for good ////

If i can give 0 starts i would, this employee ruined my first noodles and co experience. One employee, who was skinny and tall, had black hair with a bun, full faces of makeup, heavy thick eyebrows drawn in, started talking rudely about her life with us and compared it to ours. No customer should be treated in this manner, and when she delivered the meal to us, she slammed it on our table because she was angry that we weren't filling the cup with water, even though we were doing so the entire time. She was also angry that we had water in a cup meant for water. She is blatantly nasty to all young people, and no employee with that attitude belongs in noodles co .

I like japanese pan noodles. Very friendly staff😍

Great service. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. She was training a new employee and she was very good at it.

Great place to get vegetarian food. Never disappoints!

Restaurant was clean. Food was bland but I'm not sure it much to do with the store cook so much as how they are instructed to season and cook the food. The restroom and quality of its cleanliness left much to be desired.

I believe this location gave me and my family a food borne illness. Since eating there we’ve had watery stools and vomiting. As well as chills, fever, headache, and in my case a really stiff neck. We all have very similar symptoms and it’s the only thing we all ate together. So whatever illness we got was from this noodles and co. This location has suffered from poor quality in the past, due to its terrible service staff. I will not be buying anything from this noodles and co or and other in the future from here on out.

Everything was great, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, no problems at all! Hot, accurately prepared, and ready in an expected amount of time, I've never gone wrong with the Buffalo Grove location! 👍👍

Really like their food but about 20% of the time I order food to go they forget something. This last time they forgot the chicken I paid for! They said they were mailing me a coupon. Will see if I get ot. So check the food before you leave. Other than that it is great!

Great food, but one worker keeps forgetting to allow me to collect online rewards which is putting a massive dent in my spending. The rewards points are important to me since I consistently get food here, and I dont have the kind of money where I can just keep spending without gaining anything in return.

Living close, we used to go at least 1-2 times every week. Used to be great and occasionally still was. Unfortunately seems like the quality is decreasing. Had a negative experience when we found a piece of plastic about the size of a nickel was mixed in with our noodles and the store did not care to respond back via phone or email support. Do not do curbside pickup, choose pickup and walk in instead, it will be much quicker.

Correct food order and everything tasted great!!!! Also love the detail of writing “Have a nice day” on the receipt! Excellent staff.

We tried the new dish from the menu. It wasn't all that for what they advertise. Good customer service and clean.

Our food was fresh and prepared well. The Spicy Korean Noodles with steak was spicy as indicated with two peppers on the menu, and was awesome. We also got the Penne Rosa Parm Chicken, spicy as well and it was delicious. The potstickers were flavorful, not steaming hot, when they got to the table, but were great. The staff was friendly and attentive and came by a few times to check in and took away the finished dishes. The interior was clean and the station was well stocked. Kudos.

Can't go wrong with Noodles& company . Food came quickly. everything was delicious. Server was also very friendly! Highly recommended!

Do NOT order delivery through the app at this location. Several times already, they've mess up my order or missed an item. Today, I ordered through their app/website online (which they encourage users to do especially points members...) there was no way for me to contact my delivery person to let them know they missed an item and when I try to call the store to talk to a real person, it hangs up on you. This is very unprofessional, and corporate makes it hard to get in contact with anyone who actually has the information that could help you. Here's a radical idea corporate: don't allow an understaffed restaurant to take orders.

We visited and ordered take out. The staff was friendly and efficient. My only comment is you can hear the staff and their complaints etc. We heard a lot of comments about the previous shift manager that left the place a mess. That being said, the food was cooked to order and the best I've had from this location. Delish
