    Tried this place 3 times, they missed up every single order. I was ordering for a group on Uber Eat, order was immediately cancelled after 12 people have put their orders in! Tried to order through their website but it wouldn’t go through. I had to order in person to meet the lunch meeting deadline and an employee at this location told me I should order a hour ahead. Won’t be going back.

    It was a warm weekday summer’s evening when I ventured to this particular Panera Bread with my mother. It was our first time at this location and we were happy we went! We arrived at a time when it wasn’t too busy, so the service was immediate. The dining area was clean, pleasant and welcoming. We both ordered different varieties of the pick-2 and we received our freshly prepared entrees within minutes. The food was fresh and tasty and we both enjoyed this healthier alternative to other options in the area. Looking forward to next time!!!

    Panera bread is always a great place for a coffee and a meeting. This one specifically has a nice drink station and a well updated self-serve kiosk

    I eat here often and the staff is super friendly. The manager Gianna always make sure that my order is done perfectly and I really appreciate that. It’s the little details like this that make it stop above the competition. Panera has great food had a great price and I will continue to eat here.

    This is $9?! Come on, Panera. Prices increasing and quality decreasing? :( Even half a salad is $9 now and it comes in a tiny box. Usually this place is okay for dine-in (sometimes it’s a miss) but the delivery experience has been very disappointing as of late. Dine-in breakfast was good the last time we went at least…

    I waited more than 20 minutes. My sandwich had barely chicken and my friend had to ask for where was her coffee twice until someone realized they left it with other order by the pick up area, it was cold and they just gave her that one.

    Went there for a lunch date with my hubby. I liked the kiosk since I don't always know what to order and the sizes of portions and their prices. Great tasting food and good portions. Nice and friendly staff. Placing order and pick up systems is excellent as well. Nice and clean restaurant.

    Ordered 2 sandwiches online for pickup after work. Requested some ingredient changes, for bread to be toasted and utensils. Absolutely nothing that I requested was done. Unfortunately I didn't check my order until I got home and didn't want to drive back. What's the point of asking for special changes if nothing is honored? Very disappointed. First and last online order.

    Literally every single time we come here they are out of things. Today’s visit the only side that was available was the chips. It’s literally called Panera bread and they had no bread at 6:30 pm on a Monday night! Also, a teriyaki bowl and a cup of soup was $22. The time before, they “were out of bowls”. The staffing is nice, the price for what you get and constant being out of food is the problem.

    After receiving a salad similar to this one I asked them to remake it, due to there being all steam in the salad and no actual lettuce. This is the remake of the salad with even more steam. I took it back in and spoke with the manger explaining to him the situation, he seemed lost and said, that is lettuce. I’m not sure what type of salad that was.

    I placed an order via the mobile app for a rapid pick up but specified a time. In my order, I wanted the country rustic sourdough, unsliced & untoasted cinnamon crunch bagel, & honey walnut spread. You would think because I paid for the items IN FULL via the app that even though I asked for a later pick up that my items, especially the bread, would be set aside for me. Well, I guess not because they ran out of the sourdough BUT instead of calling me to ask if I'd be okay with the classic sourdough load instead, they went ahead and gave that to me as a sub even though I didn't ask for it. So, when I got to the store, they told me about it and when I said I didn't want it, the refund was given. Okay, I was a little annoyed but I had my other items. So, my husband & I got home and when I went to slice my bagel; I was surprised that it was sliced already but that's not even the kicker. I went and took out the spread and they gave me ONION & CHIVES. Who thinks onion & chives go well with cinnamon crunch??? NOBODY! So, I called the store and was told I had to come back to the store to get a refund or a new spread. I tell the guy that it's not exactly a 5 minute drive from where I live and I don't know when I'll be in the area again. To be told that I can hold on to the products (for an indefinite amount of time) until I can get back to their store for a refund is ridiculous. It's $3.67 and you can't give this refund back to me over the phone?!?! Panera really needs to rethink their customer service because this is disappointing.

    Incredibly over-priced and they’re always out of ingredients so you don’t even get what you overpaid for. This location messes up my drive-thru order almost every time and won’t initiate refunds over the phone (Im guessing management got heat for the # of refunds Im sure they have to do and now the customer has to pay for it - literally) Don’t offer a drive thru if you can’t handle it/cater to drive thru customers. I shouldn’t get to my location and then have to go back for a refund because your staff isn’t trained. It ruins the point of the drive-thru being a quick option as I spent an hour of my work day having to deal with your negligence.

    I never came to this drive thru but I was in the area and decided to get my usual order of the south west salad, I’m aware this must be at a faster pace since it’s drive thru but u couldn’t how terrible my came out. I asked for dressing on the side and didn’t get that, the chicken isn’t cut all the way through, the tortillas chips arnt crispy what so ever, and they didn’t ask me what I wanted for a side so I ended up with a cold piece of bread. I don’t usually write reviews at all but this really upset me. When ur spending over 15 dollars on a salad you’d think the chicken would be cut currently and the tortilla chips would Be crispy. Really upset not coming back to this location.

    Good visit today, had a ham and gouda sandwich and a strawberry mint lemonade drink mixed with lime bubly that I redeemed through the drink subscription. Service was fast, food and drink were tasty, and the app is easy and accurate.

    So friendly and helpful. I had lunch with my mother in law and the person at the county helped carry her food to our table. Another employee stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our dining experience. Service was above and beyond expectations.

    This location has deteriorated in quality the last few months. Very disappointing. The orders repeated have mistakes and you can’t trust what is in your rapid pick-up. If you don’t check you may end up with no chicken or dressing on your chicken Cobb salad. It has chicken in the name!!! We live with supply chain issues but ordered a salad today and they didn’t have half the ingredients. If you don’t have ingredients, shouldn’t the price reflect that? They easily can charge you if you want to add ingredients but if they don’t have them, that should deduct the price.

    excellent food, one of the local restaurants where it's hard to choose what to have due to their being so many good options. this location also has fantastic staff, I had an excellent interaction today where an employee went out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

    The girl at the counter was very friendly. I asked which soups were gluten free because I have a gluten allergy. She checked with her manager and he named a few soups, including the chicken noodle soup. I know for a fact it’s not gluten free. If there’s noodles in it, there’s also gluten. Please educate your managers and employees so gluten intolerant people don’t get sick. Maybe have a gluten free menu available for people to look at. The service was quick and the guy who gave me my salad was very personable. The place was very clean. My only issue was with the misinformation.

    The first time I was here, the worker was in the middle of a conversation with a coworker and when he noticed me, he gave a facial expression like “Yeah? What do you want?” And wasn’t really friendly. The next time I was here, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is probably the fanciest-looking Panera I’ve been to.

    Food was fine. Cashier guy was friendly. The manager lacked poor customer service. He didn't care much about the filth. The cashier guy tho was quit friendly and should take the managers place

    Good bakery with a nice selection of different breads and croissants, good coffee and polite staff. A little bit pricey but the quality is really good. The place is clean and with a nice atmosphere, WiFi and confortable seats.
