We ordered boneless wings with different sauces, the sauce is not dipped properly and taste is really bad and wings are too hard to eat.

Thought the meal came with fries and Coleslaw based on the menu description, but I was told either or when my food arrived. What arrived tasted excellent. The place is usually pretty empty during the week so you can get very fast service.

I always seem to have issues with this location, mainly with the inconsistent fees. I understand the dollar takeout fee, but always get overcharged with extras. I ordered takeout at the counter and noticed that the price was higher than expected. When I asked the worker, she told me that they changed their pricing recently. I was there not too long ago, and when I asked when this change happened, she simply replied, “I don’t know. I just started working here.” Trusting that she knew their policy, I paid the total. But after thinking about it, some of the numbers and charges just didn’t make sense. Long story short, she incorrectly informed me. I wanted to ask the manager for clarification on the fees/charges for future reference, but the manager wasn’t having it. It was a bunch of heavy sighing, mumbling, and pounding on the screen. It made me feel cheap and embarrassed for getting a small refund. When trying to understand the final total, the manager seemed annoyed and bothered having to explain. Best part? When looking at the new receipt, I was still overcharged. The manager said I would be charged $x, but actually got charged $y. I didn’t bother bringing this up because of earlier. While waiting for my food, I overheard another woman asking about why she was overcharged for something, and a different manager acknowledged the mistake and gave her a partial refund. Also, make sure you double check your food before leaving because they messed up my sauces. I got Asian zing (didn’t order this flavor) in a spicy garlic box and spicy garlic in a hot-flavor box (ordered hot but didn’t get). They all tasted fine, but wasn’t exactly what I ordered. Maybe I’ll have better luck next time.

Great customer service. My family and I was greeted kindly by a young man and escorted to our table. Our server Shayla was amazing! Shayla was kind and attentive. Great staff overall. Outstanding service ay this establishment.

Awesome drinks! We got a spicy margarita and blue Hawaiian and both were delicious. We also got street tacos with chicken, which was pretty good. Nice place to hangout with friends. And the wings were just fine..

The breaded onion rings are to die for! The tater tots are done to perfection. I picked the wrong sauce for the wings so I didn't care for them. Next time I will n get 2 kinds on the side and pick the one I like best. I'll be back again for sure!

Why I give ⭐️⭐️ because I’m not happy i forgot my jacket there and they couldn’t find it for me. And the other time we ordered pick up at Schaumburg and they didn’t give us all the orders it missing two orders. And this times I Went to Elk Grove for dinner and dine in 6/17/2023 we were seated in booth on Arlington height road and forgot black light jacket small size there. Called back the next day and asked if they had seen it, they said no they didn’t see my jacket, really?????? I am not Alzheimer's though

Super clean location. Bit of a wait for service and food even though the dining room didn't appear to busy. Food and drinks were tasty.

How are you a Buffalo Wild Wings but don’t show UFC 292? i asked the manager to put the fight on and the white guy with short spiky blonde hair said “the preliminaries are on!” But not a single fight was on. Manager was pathetic. Our server Ebony was very nice though she deserves a better manager

I was disappointed with my dining experience as the food took quite a while to arrive at my table. To make matters worse, when the buffalo wings finally arrived, half of them were cold and lacked any sauce. This greatly affected my enjoyment of the meal.

8/2023 5* Food was great. Sam was our server and she was awesome! Let us taste a bit of a few sauces to decide what we wanted. The Dirty Tots were great! I thoroughly enjoyed them as a meal! Too many calories. But I did enjoy each calorie as it slid right down! Wings were great and as expected. Only real downside was the music. It was great for the first hour. It was low. But then someone cranked it up and then we had to leave. Could not hear each other any longer.

Had a salad and it was OK at best, the waitress was super polite and nice. I went with with friends even though I was not in for anything deep fried, I had hoped there more options for me here. I am sure they do their wings well, but my rating is based on what I ordered. UPDATE: Upgraded my rating for having genuine concern and attempting to correct any problems. I do appreciate when businesses try their best to have a positive interaction.

Arrive at 11:00 pm the manager looks like: what are you doing here ? But the barman was really nice, I’m happy for this guy serve to me. Brisket burguér was super tasty

Really enjoyed this bdubs. Our server Amber was so friendly and helpful. She recommended some great wings and drinks and really made us feel welcome and looked after. Great food and even better service

Food taste good, or it would, if I was given the sauce to go with it... ordered wings, cheese curds, fried pickles, and 2 kids meals. I was missing my blue cheese, southwest ranch for both the curds and pickles, amd both chocolate milks for the kids meals were missing. All I got was just the plain food... yay me, didn't even eat half of it. Whole reason I ordered was because I was craving blue cheese on some spicy wings, and I couldnt even get that... I was refunded 2 dollars for the sauces... should be the whole order as I cannot enjoy my food now. Waste of 60 dollars

Food was not served together my son got wings 10 mins before my burger came out. Server walk by our table 4 times before asking us about something to drink. Love BW3 but this location was worst I been at for food and service.
