I
always
seem
to
have
issues
with
this
location,
mainly
with
the
inconsistent
fees.
I
understand
the
dollar
takeout
fee,
but
always
get
overcharged
with
extras.
I
ordered
takeout
at
the
counter
and
noticed
that
the
price
was
higher
than
expected.
When
I
asked
the
worker,
she
told
me
that
they
changed
their
pricing
recently.
I
was
there
not
too
long
ago,
and
when
I
asked
when
this
change
happened,
she
simply
replied,
“I
don’t
know.
I
just
started
working
here.”
Trusting
that
she
knew
their
policy,
I
paid
the
total.
But
after
thinking
about
it,
some
of
the
numbers
and
charges
just
didn’t
make
sense.
Long
story
short,
she
incorrectly
informed
me.
I
wanted
to
ask
the
manager
for
clarification
on
the
fees/charges
for
future
reference,
but
the
manager
wasn’t
having
it.
It
was
a
bunch
of
heavy
sighing,
mumbling,
and
pounding
on
the
screen.
It
made
me
feel
cheap
and
embarrassed
for
getting
a
small
refund.
When
trying
to
understand
the
final
total,
the
manager
seemed
annoyed
and
bothered
having
to
explain.
Best
part?
When
looking
at
the
new
receipt,
I
was
still
overcharged.
The
manager
said
I
would
be
charged
$x,
but
actually
got
charged
$y.
I
didn’t
bother
bringing
this
up
because
of
earlier.
While
waiting
for
my
food,
I
overheard
another
woman
asking
about
why
she
was
overcharged
for
something,
and
a
different
manager
acknowledged
the
mistake
and
gave
her
a
partial
refund.
Also,
make
sure
you
double
check
your
food
before
leaving
because
they
messed
up
my
sauces.
I
got
Asian
zing
(didn’t
order
this
flavor)
in
a
spicy
garlic
box
and
spicy
garlic
in
a
hot-flavor
box
(ordered
hot
but
didn’t
get).
They
all
tasted
fine,
but
wasn’t
exactly
what
I
ordered.
Maybe
I’ll
have
better
luck
next
time.
