Easy to make an appointment for the cafe. $10 entrance fee with one drink included. Cute hand written menu with a nice woman running it. She was polite and answered all my questions. Was a little late with my group and she was very nice about it. The cats were all friendly and loved to be petted. Think they switch up the cats every now and then. Place was kept very clean and they had pillows and chairs to sit and toys to play with the babies. My allergies said no but my heart said yes. Absolutely recommend to anyone that loves cats

This is definitely not a "cat cafe". The cafe was closed down, and we were not allowed to look at the cats. My sister called and asked if we could just walk in, which she was told yes. When we arrived the lady asked if we were adopting, no because we live in Alaska and Germany. Her attitude kinda changed then and she told us we were not allowed to see the cats, because they had to clean and didn't book an appointment. The lady on the phone said it was ok to just show up. I will definitely just stick with our European cat cafes, way cooler!

Such a charming place to hang out with kitties! $10 admission, includes a free coffee/cafe drink. The kitties are available for adoption, some have disabilities, all are very friendly and loving. Highly recommend!

The place is cozy & clean. My kids had a great experience, the staff was friendly, and professional. I paid 10 dollars each and that included a beverage, we got a delicious latte, vanilla cappuccino and hot cocoa.

Look, I love supporting shelters so I was very excited to visit this cat cafe. Usually when thinking of a cat cafe, I think of the catcade but with food or drinks available. This was nothing like that. There were 2 senior cats and that is it. They wanted nothing to do with us although we tried to play. The drinks were mediocre at most. When we left the barista asked if we had fun, which we answered honestly and received a “sorry about that. that will be 20$”. I will not be coming back and will continue supporting the catcade instead. Extremely underwhelming and disappointing experience. edit: I want to clarify there’s nothing wrong with senior cats, but advertising this as a cat cafe is really misleading. especially because the reason you pay to go is because you want to interact with the cats, but they were older and just wanted to sleep, which again is fine, but at least tell us they won’t want anything to do with us before we come and waste our time. im glad the cats have been adopted but again, I came to play with cats and also support a rescue, not just spend money and sit around. I would much rather just donate rather than waste my time on a disappointing experience.

We went without knowing it was an appointment only. Our mistake, so that's fine. But there were two staff members and only the one at the desk was fine. The other seemed upset that we'd even try to be there. We drove an hour, and it was something we were excited for during our honeymoon. Even if we could come back, we wouldn't. Please look into putting on the Google page "by appointment only", and not just the website. I found you via google, not social media.

Best cat cafe for anyone looking for one near. The staff were very kind and directed us to the room with the cats. Sadly, there were only two cats, but that wasn’t bad! They were both very adorable and affectionate. I’m looking forward to coming back again and see more cats! :)

This is not a “cat cafe”. You have to make an appointment ahead of time and we couldn’t get in even though no one was in there. It’s a small room attached to the animal shelter, where you can get a cup of coffee and sit in a room with a lot of cat cages. A couple cats roaming around but it is by no means a coffee shop vibe. It’s more of a have a cup of coffee at an animal shelter vibe.

The cats are cute. They cannot make the very fancy drinks promised due to a broken frothing machine. No heated milk! They can make regular coffee, various teas and expressos. The cafe did offer whip cream and almond milk. We paid $10 ea. Overall, a good cause.

Very nice place where you can play with the cute cats for 30 mins and enjoy nice latte/coffee just for $10 per person.

30 min is definitely not worth it. Most cat cafe's around the country give you at least 60 min to visit. By the time you get to meet each cat, half the time is already gone. Common sense!

A very good (and fresh - not powdered) chai tea latte. My kids also loved the French soda. Plus the cats. A unique experience.

The food here is not only amazing and priced so well I can afford to come back alot lol, but it's such a fun experience, I've never been to such a place like this especially in the city so when I first found it I was so surprised by the professionalism of the employees and the attentiveness they gave to their customers.

Great place, it was very nice to spend time in the middle of the kitties. I love such cafes. The kitties will charm anyone!!!

My teenage daughter and I had so much fun petting and playing with the 3 cats available in the cat cafe. They were so cute and friendly. Time went by fast in there but it was just a great moment to sit and watch how the cats played with one another.

I've been to the cat cafe twice and have enjoyed my time there. The cafe is quiet and relaxing, and both times the same girl was working there and she was very nice and friendly. It's great to spend time with the kitties then hit the gift shop afterwards. A wider drink selection would be nice but that's not a big issue overall. I've adopted many kitties from The Tree House over the years and I volunteered there for 6 years so I am a fan of this organization, and I'll definitely be going back to the cafe.
