😠 Terrible! $90 for a consult and the NP at CVS didn’t even do my ear cleaning. I went here because I was bothered by the hearing loss caused by the cerumen blockage, and my regular doctor couldn’t see me right away. The Nurse Practicionet said it wasn’t possible because there wasn’t that much build... People often mention time, wait, test, nurse, told,

Terrible! $90 for a consult and the NP at CVS didn’t even do my ear cleaning. I went here because I was bothered by the hearing loss caused by the cerumen blockage, and my regular doctor couldn’t see me right away. The Nurse Practicionet said it wasn’t possible because there wasn’t that much build up... Even though I wasn’t hearing anything out of that ear. Told me to “come back” if it continued. Why the heck would I go back if she said she couldn’t do anything?? Found another doctor that performed the cleaning on the spot, and I was able to hear again. Avoid this place! $90 charge with no work done

I have only had wonderful experiences at this MinuteClinic. They made some nice upgrades to the interior and the staff are always polite, on time, and knowledgeable! The pharmacist was very helpful and kind.

I went in at around 10:30 am and it said there was a 58 min wait for walk-ins. I decided to just leave my name to get on the list and set it to text me 30 before my turn. I went home and received a text at 11:40 telling me to come in within 30 min or I would lose my turn. I got there at 12 and sat there until 12:43 at which point the Physicians assistant (Dr?) called in another person. At that point I told her how long I had been waiting and that I should have been in 30 minutes ago. She pointed to the list and said that I was next after this other person and after lunch which would have been another hour wait. I told her I couldnt wait another hour to which she responded ok. Horrible. I ended up leaving still sick and now tired. I am a pretty patient person, but an almost 2 hour wait after when I was supposed to have been seen is unacceptable. I will never go back there again.

Went in for a minor issue in my ear only to seemingly disturb the physicians assistant coming back from lunch. She was rude and condescending when I explained my situation. I understand if I had interrupted but according to the receptionist and the signage she was due back. Was about to walk out of not for the nurse practitioner. She carried herself with a professional and compassionate attitude unlike the PA. I didn't come for a personal visit and dont understand the rudeness displayed to me. The nurse was the only one taking me seriously.

I had a scheduled appointment. They took me in quickly which was nice. The actual visit itself was disappointing. I was there for a women’s health screening and asked for a referral but she didnt help in anyway. I was told to go back to my previous provider. I understand that they see basic/normal cases of things but you should be able to give a patient a referral to women’s services since thats a service you offer and most specialists NEED a referral. I work in healthcare so I know how it goes. If you can’t offer a service or it isnt your specialty, you should be able to at least have referrals you can give patients to seek care elsewhere that is legitimate. Also, the NP mentioned that they only do screenings on normal cases. How do you know if a test will come back normal or not unless you do the actual testing? That doesnt make any sense. If I wouldnt have mentioned any previous information, then would she have gone through with the exam?

Horrible time management! I mean seriously 30min per patient??! That’s insane considering you have 5 people waiting for you!! First time at the minute clinic thing and will NOT be coming back. I personally work at a clinic and decided to come here thinking it would be in and out but they work WAYYY faster at an actual clinic. Unless you have 2.5+ hrs of your day to wait around, do not come here.

I've never had a bad experience and come here quite frequently. The staff is always kind and respectful and answers any questions I have. Yes there can be a wait at times, however you're able to save your place in line online, which is more than reasonable and saves so much time.

The wait time can be a little long if you don't check in online ahead of time, but both times I've been there, the staff has been pretty friendly. When I went in to get a TB test, the lady helping me was super sweet and helpful. The second time, the lady wasn't quite as friendly, but still searched everywhere for an MMR vaccine. Turns out the clinic was out, but she dug through the whole fridge, checked the computer, and even checked their backroom fridge just in case, all while apologizing over and over again (not like it was her fault anyways!). Not bad for a small clinic inside a convenience store, honestly.

If English is your primary language I would really avoid this facility. Communicating with the provider who English is not her first language is a stretch to say the least.

Bad service, there was no patients in front of me waiting, even checked in before going in for a simple pre-employment drug screen somehow the nurse still took about 30 mins to get to me. This lady was extremely rude and on the defensive when I suggested to show her the email of my employer, she responded to my suggestion with a rude and arrogant " I don't need to see any email". About 10 mins passed and she still didn't know why I was there, I was getting annoyed but still cooperating. She finally requested to see the email and from there she knew I was there to get a drug screen, I thought to myself "finally I can now get this done and go home" but I was wrong. She did not know how to administer a simple drug screen!!!!!! Can you believe this?! She had to read some printed instructions on what to do, she didn't use a new razor on my head but a pair of scissors! But that's not all, once she finally attempted to cut my hair she went ahead and cut a big patch of hair! Now you'll see me walk around with a big bald spot on the back of my head. Horrible experience! Will let know my employer of this experience in hopes of preventing other people of getting this kind of treatment here....

I went in today with a sore throat since I wasn’t able to see my primary doctor. I called ahead of time and was told that they ACCEPT my insurance, but once I arrived I was told they don’t accept it. I asked the out of pocket cost and I attempted to pay for the visit since they don’t accept my insurance and I was completely turned away. I left having not been helped at all and without an explanation as to why I can’t pay if they don’t take my insurance.

Would recommend not wasting time going to this place. I went on a Saturday as my regular doctor was not available. Practitioner who saw me was awful - didn't seem to hear a word I was telling him. I was told I needed to be sick for 14 days before he would consider prescribing an antibiotic - I question if they understand the concept of an Urgent Care Clinic???

I went to this location and saw the nurse practitioner on a Saturday evening because I thought I had a sinus infection and possibly strep throat. I had been very ill for over a week and was getting worse. The nurse practitioner was one of the best medical professionals that I had ever met and she quickly diagnosed correctly that I had “Influenza B”, a.k.a. the flu. I had a high fever and many other symptoms but had no idea that the flu had upper respiratory type issues related to it. She prescribed Tamiflu and something to help with my cough and I was on my way - the pharmacy filled it in less than five minutes for me. It was about a 15 minute wait to see the nurse practitiomer initially , even though I had an appointment but I was really happy because there were several other people waiting that did not have appointments. One thing that I would warn people before going is that they do not prescribe any meds like Tylenol 3, Vicodin, codiene, etc.... so if you are going in because you think you might have shingles or strep throat, you are not going to leave with the appropriate pain medication or prescription cough syrup that you would be prescribed at other immediate care centers. I had such a horrible cough and was really frustrated that a cough syrup that has helped me at night time in the past was unavailable because of their policies. I would not hesitate going back to this location and definitely recommend it but just keep that in mind if you are in any type of pain.

Rude staff. I'd avoid going here. It's not worth it. There are more cvs locations near by.

Waste of time. No Covid but medicine she prescribed wasn’t covered by my insurance.

I've been here a few times when I can't go all the way downtown to see my GP. Today I went for sinus infection symptoms & was able to get in right away. Got the antibiotics I needed & I'm feeling better already. Can't beat it for convenience. Friendly too.

I've been here a few times for sinus infections. They were very thorough & asked questions. I was given a prescription. It's great for a non-emergency situation but don't want to wait a few days to see your doctor.

Waited in my car for two hours just to end up going home without getting seen or even get notified that my appointment would be removed off the wait list. What a waste of time!

My family and I we use these services in past 10 years. For services they are offering And comparing with other CVS Minute clinics this location stands up . Michael was nurse when we met her there and reason I recommend this location.

Gave me a false positive test COVID result after waiting longer than the promised 25 minutes for my result (waited over an hour which technically makes the test result void) and caused so much unnecessary panic. Took a lab test and then eventually an antibody test that voided that invalid positive Rapid Result COVID-19 test. Get a COVID test anywhere but here.

Went in for an ear cleaning/earache/hearing issue. The male PA said that my ear was clean and fine so he wasn't sure what was wrong with my ear. He sent me off and said to take some ibuprofen. Then come to find that my ear was not clean. My eardrum was being pushed against with a large, dry piece of wax and caused the ache. I just wanted an ear cleaning and he kept assuming that i was sick when i kept asking to just get my ear cleaned.
