I wouldn't ever recommend this business to anyone. We relocated to Georgia, but left our personal items there. We hired a moving truck to pick up and deliver the items. We were informed the owner/manager, Mary Ellen seized our items due to an accident occured a family member. The situation was handled by insurance. She stated they have the right to seize property for any reason they see fit according to her contract. We lost move for the moving truck and they are still holding all of my property. If you need a storage unit read your contract carefully and I wouldn't dare ever ever recommend this business. Very unprofessional.

Staff was amazing especially Kyrsten very helpful throughout the entire process anytime I call them they picked up right away and was able to help with my problem when I finally moved my vehicle out of their parking lot it was in the exact condition I left it in and I'm very happy with the service I received

Hello, Im Coarine Jones. I am behind 667$ on my storage. However Ms Kyrsten worked with me and helped me thru my time in need to avoid getting my things auctioned off! I Appreciate the assistance and the hard effort that this heaven sent lady offered TO GOVE ME A GRACE PERIOD FAR BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS!!!! recommending this storage to every one I know!!! P.S. please give me two more days MS KYRSTEN it will be officially paid in full because Ive been down so long and out of employment and this Friday is only me second check at my job from being out of work for over 3 months! Glory to the most high!!!! Won't HE DO IT!!! I'm a Military veteran and at time of getting my account with ClearHome Storage. They had the best rates in town. That was until they raised rates. It felt like they were raising rates every 3 months. Now I'm paying more then local competitors. According to them. They raised rates because they were going to remodel and fix up the place. The fence gate that was leading to the tracks been damaged for months. I haven't seen no changes other then increase on my rates. Never again..dont waste your time thinking u have a good deal. Then the unit I'm at has a minor water leak. I'm not happy with the services and environment. Be aware guys

I was told I didn't have to sign any lease. I wasn't given the terms either until I asked. I was later emailed a lease where my signature and initials were forged. I had to go back and get a lease printed out that I signed. I tried to stress how serious it was that my signature was forged no matter if it is electronic. He said I would have to "prove it was intentional". The storage unit was also dirty and still had some stuff from the previous person in it. I had to sweep out myself. Overall staff forges your signature, is rude and unprofessional , and the unit is dirty and poorly lit. Go somewhere else!.

I rescind the previously complimentary review of a prior manager. Clearhome Blue Island is horrible.Bad staff,thefts,leaking roofs,rodents lack of bathroom facilities. Obviously they have employees or friends and family posting fake high ratings. Go elsewhere for your storage needs

I had my rates corrected when Clear Home initially took over Midway Storage and noticed my rates at the time was higher than Clear Home had posted. Normally I'm pretty laid back with comments but that didn't last long everything with Clear Home previously MidWay Storage has gone up and there are never any offers or rewards for customers who've been with the company since 2010, 11 years now. I'm not to happy to see that the new owners have changed the rates and not apparently for the better. I've considered letting Midway go but definitely with new owners I have to let them go. They lowered the insurance coverage amount therefore leaving a longtime customer such as myself with the same rate for less coverage. Otherwise it has been a long public storage experience. I have notice mice in the facility and mentioned it to the employee who gave me poison to put down but by then some of my belonging were already damaged. Just sharing info for possible future or current customers

I'm moving out of state and have waited for more than an hour to get my truck. The sign and online says they open at 9:30. I'm obviously not happy. I didn't need any additional stress.

I would definitely recommend this facility to others. Lissie & Ashley were very helpful making sure I rented the correct size unit for my items. The facility was clean and very organized!

I have been at Midway storage for quite a while. The two young women Lissie and Ashley are both wonderful. They have helped me with getting my things stored in the right size units and the paperwork was done very quickly. I would recommend this facility to everyone, it's clean and neat.
