Jakhri helped me find the right mattress for me. He went through just about the whole store to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was friendly, polite, super fun, and just great all around! I didn’t know what to expect walking into a mattress store for the first time, but it was great to see such an amazing and customer focused employee help me in every way possible. He greeted me as soon as I walked in, took the time to get to know me and find out what would best suit me. And it was super. He said that he mainly works at the Evergreen location not this one, but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Every store could use a great employee like him.

This is the second time I went to this location. The first time, the sales lady was tied up with another client, but she had no problem letting me run around and jump on the beds. I then mentally picked one to ponder over and told myself I would come back and look for her the next time I decided to move forward. Then I checked out a sleep number store and they asked me some questions about my sleeping patterns I hadn't considered. It made me look at my mattress a little different, but the number beds just weren't comfortable enough for me. Well, last night was a terrible nights sleep so I decided to finally head back to the mattress store and Jason was there today. I basically announced what kind of sleeper I am (overweight big boobied [FEMALE] stomach sleeper with back problems) and said the mattress I had decided on last time had apparently been moved and a new one was now in its place. Jason was able to figure out which brand I had been eyeballing and suggested two from the line that were good for back problems and stomach sleepers. I plopped down on them like a seal out of water and proceeded to roll into different positions until I narrowed it down to the one I like. It was the more expensive model than the version I had originally picked, but it was on sale for $200 less than I had originally budgeted for (ie the first bed's original price). We ran the financing and it was easy peasy and I walked out not long after with a receipt in hand. All in all, it was a super positive experience. He wasn't high pressure at all and when I asked if those were the only mattresses for bad backs in the store, he said no... That there were some that were better but I had already ruled them out by announcing what I didn't like. (I'm not into tempurpedic or any kind of memory foam any more.). So basically the one I liked best was quickly found simply because I was up front about what I needed and what I knew I didn't like. One more thing that made an impression on me was that I mentioned I'm a flight attendant who sleeps on a lot of beds and I know which softness I needed to sleep deeper, but I couldn't remember which hotel it was that had the best bed. He pointed out two brands in store that he said most hotel chains purchased and that if I were to mention a hotel brand, he could probably guess which brand it was. Soooo... If you like one particular hotel's bed, go here and ask for Jason (or I'm guessing they are all trained to know) and they can probably help you find that mattress in their store. I get the mattress in two days... So, so far I'm very happy. Five stars all the way from the buying and financing experience at this location.

Went in today for a bed mattress & frame. April provided me with excellent customer service & great recommendations. I did go with the one she recommended. When i got there I was greeted with a smile and how can I help you at the Mattsson locstion but they were out of the bed frame I was looking for but She sent me to a Crestwood store that had the frame so I went there to pick it up and was greeted by an even friendlier face that help me tremendously get what I needed and they both said come back when you're ready for some more products we will take care of you it was a good day with 2 ladies that were professional and caring to get me what I needed because I needed it that day. Both ladies were great! As I was walking into the business one of the ladies was leaving out when she realized I was coming into the store she came right back in introduced herself and helped me! She was very knowledgeable! I told her the pain i was experiencing on my body, she told me what was wrong with my mattress at home & she was correct! We picked out the perfect mattress! If you can’t keep your promise, please don’t make one. It was horrible, but I’m glad we aren’t going here again. We were looking for a bed since we had a plan to move in to a new place. Ordered a king size mattress after looking and trying out different beds at the store. A guy helped (forgot his name) us and he seemed very helpful then. We asked for a specific date to deliver the new mattress. We were supposed to get phone call or email which we never received so we called, and the guy told us the order was not processed after we paid $1500… The guy told us to go pick up a different mattress that was available on that day (supposedly $70 more expensive being compensated) to a whole another location with OUR rented truck. This whole thing messed up our move in day and to return the truck on time because we had to make multiple trips to move more stuff. If we had our bed delivered to our new place on time, we didn’t have to make multiple trips that cost us more gas and miles. And $70 more expensive bed that we didn’t even ask for… smh.

April at the Crestwood location was our salesperson—and my wife and I wish all salespeople were as truly friendly, honest, helpful and trustworthy as April is! No pressure, no sales gimmicks! If you need to buy a mattress we highly recommend working with April!

Easy, quick, and pleasant experience. I think the ladies name was Maria, she said it when I walked in but I didn't hear it. She was very knowledgeable and courteous as well as going out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. You can't get that at Hassleless!! Will come back for any future needs.

I called this place within minutes away from closing time, looking for a specific mattress I needed ASAP (next day). I had already called a few other places nearby with no luck. When I called in to the store, April let me know they didn't have that mattress in. I was a bit disappointed and ready to continue my search calling other locations, BUT she quickly went out of her way to check other stores (which other reps at other locations said they couldn't) and to my surprise, she was able to find one and get it transferred in for me by the next morning. I am beyond thankful for April having gone the extra mile helping me get the mattress I needed, in such a quick turn around time, and for being so willing to offer her help and business. Actually I didn’t come there to buy a mattress, I came to see how much money I was going to save when I went to the big box store to purchase one but my sales person Timothy gave me a tutorial and I learned plenty never a big box again so I purchased a mattress and a adjustable frame. Plus you can take a nap in there

I been here before probably like years ago. However the experience wasn’t great as it was today. I went in with my boyfriend to get two mattresses. Timothy - I believe that’s his name. He was super friendly, outgoing, relaxed & professional at the same time. He helped us look what we needed within our price range & was super honest with all of the products. April was great! Super nice and really easy to talk to. She spent as much time as we needed to pick the best mattress for us.
