What
a
terrible
experience!
This
company
over
charged
and
I
have
had
to
call
my
credit
card
company
to
dispute
the
charge
because
they
wouldn't
admit
to
their
mistake.
They
wouldn't
even
answer
the
emails
I
sent
them
requesting
why
I
was
charged
so
much.
I
was
attending
a
wedding
in
harvard
IL
and
initially
requested
a
charter
van
for
pick
up
at
The
Heritage
Inn,
driving
2
miles
down
McGuire
Rd,
and
then
picking
us
up
after
the
wedding
reception.
My
quote
was
$120.
I
cancelled
that
request
by
phone
and
asked
for
cab
service
from
the
hotel
to
wedding
and
back
instead
at
standard
mileage/cab
rate.When
the
cabs
showed
up,
we
were
told
it
was
a
flat
fee
of
$60
instead
of
the
mileage
rate.
When
I
called
and
talked
to
the
company
and
asked
why
we
were
being
charged
the
same
rate
as
the
charter
van,
they
said
"well,
that's
the
rate...that's
what
we
have
to
charge
you"
I
was
so
frustrated
by
having
to
make
many
calls
during
the
wedding
and
reception
over
this
matter,
and
the
wedding
reception
was
rained
out,
so
I
cancelled
the
cab
going
back
to
the
hotel,
but
the
dispatcher
informed
me
that
he
was
still
going
to
have
to
charge
my
card
on
file.
And
they
did.
So
now,
we're
out
$120
for
cab
fare
from
Harvard
to
Harvard
(roughly
1.5-2
miles.)
It's
bad
business
to
change
a
rate
on
someone
and
basically
say
"we're
holding
you
to
it,
and
if
you
disagree,
we'll
charge
you
anyway!"
Don't
use
this
disorganized,
rude
company.
(the
dispatcher
was
never
rude,
just
the
management.)
This
is
what
I
get
for
trying
to
plan
cabs
ahead
of
time.
They
don't
know
what
they're
doing
here-
PEOPLE
FROM
CHICAGO
(who
know
how
cabs
work)
DON'T
CALL
ROUTE
