Super friendly and very helpful. My daughter has such a good time she can't wait to go back. She laughed thru the whole appointment. They made an effort to make her feel very comfortable. They were very explanatory about her teeth and what we should do.

Currently pregnant & had a need for a root canal 😭 nobody else would see me either because I’m pregnant or because it was too bad of an infection. Veronica & Maria, we’re amazing when trying to get appointment before they even knew all the problems I was having. Dr. Joe was also the best! He kept making sure I was comfortable & fixed my tooth. Still have a follow up but it will definitely be after the baby is born! Grand dental team was amazing. 100% me & my husband found a new dentist & when time comes our baby as well!

Amazing service! It was out first time there and Francesca was absolutely amazing. She took care to ensure that all the producers were covered by insurance. Took the time to do the cleaning and to explain everything. Definitely recommend!

I have been a patient at Grand Dental for over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else! As a matter of fact, I still go to the Franklin Park office, even though I live in northern Arlington Heights. Dr. Steve and Dr. Joe are incredible doctors, my personal hygienist Ally is amazing, Rena always brings a smile to my face and heart and the front desk couldn’t be nicer. My family and I have had all levels of service there, from oral surgery, crowns, caps, and filings to orthodontics - all with no complains or complications. Highly recommended!

I have been Grand Dental patient for 16+ years and couldn’t be happier. Everybody is friendly there, everything gets well explained, doctors and dental hygienists are professional, knowledgeable, super gentle, they do superb job, and make you feel welcome, relaxed, and comfortable. They listen to your concerns and help you to make a decision without being pushy. Their offices are clean, neat, and nicely decorated.

I been going to Grand Dental for the last 6yrs after a bad experience with another dental office. I'm very pleased with their services especially because I suffer from anxiety and they understand my needs and make me feel very comfortable. I strongly recommend them for any of your dental needs.

Excellent Dental Care, but disappointing billing experience. I recently visited Grand Dental for treatment, and I can't say enough about the exceptional quality of care provided by the dentist and his assistants. The level of professionalism was truly outstanding. However, my overall experience was marred by an unfortunate billing issue that left me frustrated. Unfortunately, I was overcharged and had to pay $950 out of pocket when my insurance should have covered the majority of my treatment. It was a simple clerical error, but it has caused me significant inconvenience of having to make multiple calls to get this resolved. To make matters worse, the process to get reimbursed is taking longer than expected. I've been informed that I will have to wait for three weeks to receive the refund. Very disappointing. I understand that mistakes happen, but I have yet to receive an apology for their mistake.

Great service! My kids & I go to Grand Dental for all our dental needs. Maribel is our dental hygenist & she's the best!! Always receive top-notch service from her! She puts my kids at ease & she's great at explaining to them the importance of brushing and flossing.

I have been seeing Jenny for awhile now for my routine cleanings and I can say that she is the best hygienist out there! Very sweet and caring. She is also very detailed and pays special attention to every single tooth. Especially the periodontal cleanings can get a little uncomfortable but Jenny makes it so much better!

We had a family routine appointment, there was a mixup with the times but Allie was Super accommodating, professional & asked Francesca to assist to ensure both my kids were seen without delay. I have been seeing Jennifer for years & the cleaning put me at such ease I sometimes forget I'm at the dentist. I would recommend All three hygienist!! We were there under 2 hours for three cleanings & all were seen by Dr. Joy. Who's new to the team but a pleasure all the same. Thank you Grand Dental!!!

This is a very nice dental practice! All the staff are super friendly and I love how efficient yet through my hygienist Francesca is. Dr. Joy is also super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My husband, son, and I all utilize the practice. They are great with kids too and my son always enjoys his trips to the dentist!👌🏾

My family has been seeing Maribel for over 10 years and she never fails at doing an amazing job. Not only does she make the environment feel welcoming but she also is very detailed during her cleanings. She not only does a great job with adults but she is also great at comforting the little ones for their first appointments! She's very kind and makes the appointments a lot easier to get through.

I found Grand Dental staff and dentists to be friendly and very accommodating. Best of all I left the dentist office w/o pain. The office exterior is very clean and well maintained. I arrived with my sister whom I referred to Grand Dental. While waiting for her I inquired about making an appointment for a cleaning. To my surprise I was able to get the cleaning while my sister was seen. I also referred another sister and her husband. All of us are thoroughly pleased with the care Grand Dental has provided.

I felt welcomed and they were wall so kind from the front staff to the doctor. I felt safe and the care was genuine. I’m sticking for his place I hope all of their locations provide the same experience but definitely returning to the one in Franklin Park.

Staff is absolutely amazing, kind, very patient. My 11 year old who has never been to a dentist went in today for the first time (10/12/22) and they were soooo patient with her, which is huge for me. Thank you so much to everyone who made her feel welcome and at ease about her visit.

We had a minor dental emergency where my wife’s temporary crown fell out (done by a different dentistry) and we had just a few hours during our layover in Chicago to get some help today. This place popped up on Google maps with high marks and happened to have a last minute opening. The staff was so kind and accommodating, even when we sprung this urgent and time sensitive request on them. Maybe I’m just used to Los Angeles hospitality. And, the place was so nice! I wish my dentistry looked like this.

The office is very friendly. Allie always does an excellent job on all my cleanings. Ali is also very professional. And always keeping me posted on any other suggestions on any other procedures that I would need nobody likes going to the dentist but Grand Dental makes it very pleasurable for a dental experience.
