Truly A (5) STAR Facility,...In And Outside. With A Massive Layout That Will Leave You Speechless And In AWE From The Moment You Enter, Yet Has The Small Neighborhood Gym Feel Because of All The Friendly Members. I generally like to go early in the mornings when the facility opens, it's nice and quite at that time. I get my workout in and leave feeling like I've accomplished something magnificent. Young or A Bit More Mature, Regardless of Gender, This Facility Is Second To None And A "Must JOIN" For Everyone Looking To Get In Shape, Stay In Shape, Do A Little Swimming or Whatever, The Name Speaks For Itself, EPIC!

I beginning to have a problem with their operating hours. Every time I am there, they be closing in the next hour. What am I paying for?! They need to reconsider these hours. It should be available more hours. Especially during weekends!

Massive. Great space for all kinds of recreation. Basketball, futsal, pickleball. Two indoor tracks, one of which is an inline track. Lap pool, jacuzzi. Wheelchair accessible everywhere. Wheelchair accessible workout equipment. Theatre room. Kids club for 13-17years old. Coffee and deli shop. Checkout books and DVDs. Great staff!! The waterpark is amazing! Small enough not to get lost bit big enough to have all day fun! Arcade and surfing. Full concessions and full bar. Cabanas, lazy river, amazing water slides. Party rooms with amazing view to the waterpark.

It’s a decent gym. Front desk isn’t so friendly or welcoming & the managers don’t do much but constantly move equipment and machine around.

The Epic stands by its name. It's DEFINITELY and epic place to be at. They have everything from a family friendly swimming area to a gym to rental areas to host your event. We rented the "Warehouse" spot for our daughter's graduation celebration on June 1st. Meghan was the coordinator for that and was the best person to help us. From the beginning she went above and beyond to make sure we understood what all entailed in our rental agreement and the services provided. She was the sweetest at making sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend the Warehouse venue for your event and I would definitely like to rent it out again. The only down side is the hours of operation for it, I think it would be awesome to extend the ending hours even if it's just by an hour later. But the view you get is amazing. ~Lea

This is our 2nd year of having and paying for our family annual membership pass. We initially signed up because they had pool hours in the early morning for our toddler, not even a month into our membership they changed the hours on us. We really signed up for the pool for our little one. We continued with our membership for another year but the inconsistency of the pool hours are so frustrating. I spoke to the supervisor and she confirmed they change at least 4 times a year which was never told to us before. We have a toddler we don’t have others kids in school to know when there’s are school breaks and be on the lookout. It’s really frustrating and not sure it’s worth our money to continue our memebership. The supervisor also said they need to change the hours to accommodate the newer memebers but what about the memebers that have been there for more than a year. The inconsistency is so disheartening. Let’s not start with the worse parking that isn’t ideal when you have a toddlers in tow.

The epic is not only a Gym, is not only for people who do weights. There are plenty of activities that you can get into. Swimming, art, music, culinary, etc... If you live in Grand Prairie this is a place to go at least twice a week.

The facility is extra extra clean and always smells good for a gym. The only downside is the lighting in the parking lot in early mornings. Turn on some lights guys.

We rented out the wave room for my sons birthday. Meghan was awesome to deal with and very friendly and personable. The lifeguards are young teenagers and really take their job seriously which is great! Everyone had a blast and the facility was very clean and locker room area was too!

The staff is AMAZING!! JJ and Daniel went above and beyond to help make our event amazing! I can't wait to have our next event with them!!

Grand Prairie has redefined the rec center experience. This will be the new model for all cities. Excellence personified!
