Went to this store like, about 6 weeks ago. Worker was nice until I said I didn’t want those jeans that day. Come back last week to check the same jeans again that I had pictures of. Two young workers were clearly laughing while watching me and my young daughters, one of them said after I asked if they had size 31 they had none without checking. IF I AM IN THE STORE I CAN PAY FOR IT. I dress as I want. The fact that I wear comfortable clothing and shoes doesn’t mean I can’t afford. The opposite!! Young lady literally said “thank you for coming” and went to some fancy dressed customer. I’ll definitely buy the jeans from this brand, but not this store. Disgusted!!!!!! Don’t judge people by their appearance! Even if a homeless person.

After spending hours looking for the perfect pair of jeans for graduation pictures. Buckle was our last stop and just as we were losing hope Xavier stepped in to assist and knew exactly what we were looking for. Brought us the perfect pair of jeans and a boot to try on to see how it would look. My sister and I left very content and satisfied with our purchase. Thank you Xavier for all your help!! You are very much appreciated!!!!

I spent about 15 minutes in the store before I left and walked past past 3 employees 3 times to see if any of them would greet or assist me. They were more concerned chatting amongst themselves even though we made eye contact every single time. I did notice they would chose certain customers to greet/assist, which I found amusing. As I was about to exit, the manager finally greeted me? I stated my issue and advised that the employees should get better training. Profiling is rude and uncalled for. I did see some items I needed to buy for my husband for our trip to Cancun, but instead, I'm headed to the store in South Lake. The NE Buckle is the first store I've ever encountered that allows their employees to treat customers in such a manner.

My favorite "mall" store to shop at for jeans and button up shirts. Also love their shoe selection. Staff always introduces themselves and is there if you need help.

I went in toward the evening on Saturday and Vanessa gave me the BEST customer service I have had at a retail store in years!! I likely would have looked at a couple of pieces and given up because shopping can take an effort I don’t like to give. She listened to my preferences, which can be very particular, found me something to try on and from there she was back and forth finding me item after item that fit in the preferences of what I was looking for (most of the time brining them straight to me at the fitting room so I could just keep trying things on without going back and forth). She was so on point, and clearly knows her store well because she would go straight to a section, browse the rack a moment, and bring me another item. She saved me a ton of time and found exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I bought 2 different styles because I absolutely loved all of what she brought me and they matched the preferences I had completely. I usually don’t get so lucky! I am so grateful Vanessa took her time to help me and knew her store so well. I guarantee I would not have found these on my own and would have left empty handed. It made ALL the difference in my purchase and that I even bought anything!!

Always have a good experience here! Was greeted as soon as I walked in, and Annie was such a great help! She helped me with an exchange, getting my pants hemmed and even picked out some cute stuff when I didn’t know what to get. Best staff!

I have the BEST experience every single time I come in here. Whether it be to pick up an online purchase or to look for something for an upcoming event, I always enjoy coke to this location. Every single person I have encountered have always gone above and beyond and they never make me feel like I’m just another sale.
