THANK YOU NATALE!!! We went in twice today for online exchanges and both times she was very helpful. Other associates went to her for help and handed the full stores’ workload with ease. My 6 year old daughter saw a pajama set and I had her pay, she even treated her with the same respect. Best in store clothing experience I have had in a while. THANK YOU AGAIN NATALIE!!!

Normal shop as expected, awful and condescending staff who care more about a sale than listening to the needs of the customer

Went by Soma today for a fitting and to purchase some Bras. Could not have asked for better customer service. Felt like I was given the red carpet treatment. Highly recommend. All staff did an exemplary job. Store was organized and staff exuded positive energy.

Visited the new remodel for the first time holiday shopping, and while the store is beautiful- the customer service was awful. The workers were so unkind and unhelpful. I’ve been a customer for years and won’t be making any more purchases due to the blatant rudeness I experienced.

The store was very busy, but I was able to get quite a bit of assistance. Allison helped size me, pick 4 bras to try on, and helped get some other options to make sure I found just the right fit. They had my size in several colors. They also have a huge selection of super cute, super comfy pajamas. They even had sun dresses! Overall a very pleasant experience and I walked away a happy customer ☺️.

I went to the new Soma on 6/22/23 and the manager, told to Mary Kay to help me. She was so excellent, kind and helpful. I had a lot of questions and she help me with a lot of patience looking for ideas to help satisfy my needs. She give me advice about the best, panties that would be a better fit for me. She take to me about offers and sales. I was so please with her service and help, she also order online stuff that was not available in the store in my size. I spent $737.83 and I only was looking for some panties. She is so an excellent saleswoman. I highly recommend this store and this employee.

After the long trek to finally find this place (Google maps is wrong, fyi) I walk in where the only rep I can see is helping a couple of ladies as I browse, after that rep was free- I wasn't even acknowledged. I literally had to walk 2 feet infront of her to ask for help. The first thing I said was NO WIRE, and what does she do.... hands me a wire bra exclaiming how comfortable it is. I then said 2 more time how much I HATE underwires and she still ushered me to try it on along with some other random bra ( not too mention, she decided to verbalize that she only wanted to show me bras on sale, lady- i can most definitely afford anything i wanted in that store). The second I put on the under wire bra, it was so uncomfortable I said F this and left. The rep once again didn't even acknowledged my presence as I left. I will never come back her again.

Great ambience and well organized store. Representatives are very courteous and helpful. Stylist was helping with the fittings and correct sizing. Highly recommend
