I can't say enough nice things about this venue. My husband and I got married here on May 20th and loved every part of it. Pat was so on top of helping us make our vision come true and I loved that the venue also provided not one, but TWO day of coordinators that took care of all of the decorating and making sure everything/everyone was where they needed to be. This venue is so customizable - we chose to have an outdoor ceremony in the backyard and the recpetion under the twinkle lights in the front yard. The barn and house were also available for us to use and I loved that we could do everything in one location. I couldn't recommend this venue enough. Thank you Scarlet Oaks Estate Team!

We hosted my sister’s bridal shower here and it was absolutely stunning. Super easy to work with and not a bad price for what you get. The manor is so clean and spacious. Our guests couldn’t say enough about it and I am so happy with the way it turned out. Would use again!

Scarlet Oaks hosted our baby shower and it was the perfect overall experience. Pat was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The pricing for what you get is amazing, we ended up not needing to spend much extra on decorations as the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I’d recommend working with this place to anyone looking to host showers/weddings in the area.

Absolutely wonderful wedding destination, but it might be best to book in slightly warmer weather months as the barn for the reception can get a bit chilly. Was not the best but not the worst for wheelchair accessability. We had to carry our frind in her chair up a few stairs and up a rocky hill to get her where she needs to go( which is exceptionally harder when it gets dark) because their lift didnt work the day of the wedding and there are no ramps to the doors of their estates where people can spend the night before and after. The coordinators were fantastic and deserve all the gold metals in the world for how amazing they were💗

The SOE team did an excellent job hosting our organizations formals. The venue was beautiful and the layout was exactly what I had pictured. The communication with the SOE was also excellent, they did not miss a single detail.

Beautiful, spacious, fun venue! Several options for event space/set up. Ample parking. Able to stay on site overnight if needed with house "rental".

My daughter had her wedding here last June and overall a good experience. Unfortunately for the price I would have liked to see the grounds maintained better. The decks at the houses were in poor shape with pieces of wood that had holes so you had to watch where you walked, which we paid extra for the bridal party to stay at the night before. The main house was nice but again, front nothing special, not maintained. My daughter had to ask for the grass to be cut which was done the morning of. The bridal party went out the night before picking up sticks and other large things in the area she was getting married. We were not happy with the coordinators at all. They sat around and had to be asked what was next and they seemed more bothered than anything. Hopefully things have changed and the place is spruced up outside.

Patrick and the Scarlet Oaks team were incredible to work with! Choosing Scarlet Oaks as our venue was the best decision we made. Patrick was always quick to answer any questions we had, and was more than accommodating with our requests. The venue itself is beautiful anytime of year. I would recommend Scarlet Oaks to anyone looking for a wedding venue. You will not find anyone more pleasant to work with than Pat and his team!
