I would give no stars if I could. Go somewhere else!!!!! This place is awful. Talk about using old or fake pictures to show your establishment. We walked into a lady screaming at the front desk people. She then told us that we were better off going somewhere else because they had 8 rooms and had found bed bugs in all 8 rooms. I went up to our room to check but at that point we didn’t feel comfortable staying. Honestly was not going to risk getting bit or worst taking those back to my own home. We told them we were going to check out and asked for a refund since we weren’t staying. The Assistant manager told us we couldn’t receive a refund. I Asked to speak to his boss and he was also no help whatsoever. I’ve never dealt with an issue and I’ve never been one to right a review but after Brandon treated me, I’ll Never spend another dollar at a Holiday INN. I’m going to make sure and reach out to the BBB as well. So unacceptable.

If i can give this location zero stars i would. I stayed home at this location while attending training for my employer. About me and 39 other employees stayed here at this location. There were bed bugs found in some of our rooms. We notified not only our employer but also the hotel. There was a bedbug company that came out and confirmed several cases of bedbugs in many of the rooms. The general manager was extremely unprofessional and recommended we check out, we asked for him to put our clothing in the cleaners and he refused. I do not recommend staying at this location at all. If you want to be bit by bedbugs and possibly take them home then book here.

The lobby is fairly nice. The location is pretty good for the baseball game. The Trolley was late, so we ALMOST missed Aaron Judge's 62nd homerun, and we would have had we not just gotten out and walked. (Not really the hotel's fault.) The desk chair looked newish except it had long black hair all over it, and we have brown and blonde hair. There were still coffee spills on the desk as well. The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and creaked when walked on. The transition at the bathroom door is broken. The bathroom door creaks when opened. The bathroom was just dated and didn't seem clean. The fact that we live in a time when cleaning and disinfecting are of great importance, it just seems like this room lacked both! I will say the beds were comfortable, and the ac worked well. There were enough USB chargers to meet our needs. Given the chance, we will most likely stay elsewhere.

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your room. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't be let down. Convenient location. Comfortable beds... Just missed the bottle water you would normally expect to find to fill up the coffee machine.... and also... you can't fully manage the curtains to cover the window so in the morning you do get a lot of light in... works if you are an early bird...

Stayed here the week before and came back for another stay as we brought the kids up for a day at Six Flags. I have stayed here several times each year and everything has been satisfactory. I will be back here next year again.

Pros: easy access to Globe Life Field and AT&T stadium. Front desk very accommodating with late checkout and hanging onto my bag so I could go to Rangers game before heading to the airport to return home. Cons: Bed is hard. I’m not down grading the hotel because of this, as it’s a personal preference. I prefer a softer bed, so I want potential guests to know. I went down to hang by the pool. It’s indoor and includes a fenced outdoor area. There are no patio chairs. There are a few round tables with round stool like chairs, no backs to the chairs. So I skipped the pool. Unlike most Holiday Inn no complementary continental breakfast. Instead they have a buffet at $10.95. It was fine, a 24-hour IHOP is right next door. The office chair was very worn, the faux leather was peeling and worn. Lastly, I was looking for a booklet sharing the hotel’s amenities and in the desk drawer I found a ziploc bag with 21 Adderall pills, obviously left behind by a previous guest. Overall a very non impressive Holiday Inn.

Fire alarm went off 4 times at 8 am. For now reason. I had a late night and was staying for 2 nights major events at Texas Live. Wanted to sleep, and finally got up because the alarm kept startling me. Tried out the steak and eggs, and wasn't impressed. Rooms were mostly clean, but I used a disinfecting wipe and still got a lot of dirt and dust off surfaces. Great location, could use an upgrade on furniture, linens had a hole in them, but were clean. Ac worked good, water pressure good.

This place has really gone down hill. Young lady at check in was sweet but the room had a broken tile in bathroom, sticky unclean bathroom door, chair was ripped to shreds and just looked gross. There was what looked like rust on the lamp, damage to table that was covered up and touched up with paint. Husband and I agreed this would be our last stay and would look for a better hotel to stay at.

Great customer service. The front desk staff helped me with a very annoying Priceline issue and made sure I was well taken care of! The rooms are a little dated or I would give it 5 stars and my AC unit made a rattling noise.

Shuttle service came in clutch for The Weeknd's concert, easily the best $20 I spent. Rooms were nice and well kept, ambience was sweet. Great stay overall.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn's all across the U.S. This was the most uncomfortable room I have stayed in thus far. The room has a lack of furniture, and the furniture it does have is old and outdated. There was a bed, desk, and office chair. There is not a sofa, or even an occasional chair to sit in. There wasn't even a luggage valet to set my luggage on. And, this hotel still uses the cheap brand of shampoo and conditioner, instead of the Dove brand that is being offered at other IHG brand hotels. Oh, did I mention the old mattress that hasn't been replaced in years? The middle of the mattress is sunken so bad. I definitely do not recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a comfortable nights stay.

My mom stayed here. I came to visit her while I was in the area. I have to say for the price and location it was great. The room was so spacious and very nicely decorated.

No pictures this time guys but their service was phenomenal and the beds are soooo comfy. The serve breakfast and their hot water lasts forever. Definitely coming back here. Only downside is no free shuttle. The taxi driver i got drove like he was late to the airport not myself. 😆 but nonetheless they deserve 5 stars.

Overall great experience. One member of the staff was very unknowledgeable but was very polite nonetheless. The Shuttle driver was very generous and accommodating. And the lady that checked us in in the evening was an absolute blessing and breath of fresh air!
