The man at the counter, perhaps the owner, is so chill and kind. Doesn’t just take your order but makes sure it’s done right and let’s you know the options. A nice place to come chill or chat or meet up, with both inside and outside options for seating. I didn’t see any food items that were gluten free but there are smoothies and an array of coffee items. I definitely recommend, especially as a catch-up place!

The classic Rappacino is really good. We just sat there and played trivia for a hot minute and talked about nothing. Something about this place is just really comforting. Nothing on the menu is too expensive, so everyone can usually show up. Looking forward to going back.

Coffee is really bad, tastes burned, clearly over extracted. Got a medium roast Columbian, can’t taste any notes and has bitterness. I am a coffee geek, I try to go to places where I’d find freshly roasted coffee and love trying new ones. Very disappointed. The food is fine though.

Out of all the cafes I've been to on my weekend trip to DC this one is by far my favorite. Its cozy and down to earth. The Tiramisu is lovely and the hot chocolate is wonderful, nothing like the watered down kind at Starbucks. Its rich and creamy. 5/5 I highly recommend coming here rather then starbucks (across the street)

There is a guy in there who serves coffee; he's so very nice with warm disposition & attitude. The coffee here is very good quality and is the BEST price in Arlington or probably in Virginia ($2.00 for small, and $2.32 for medium size). There's continuous relaxing classical music playing, conducive for study and mental works. There is a fan-like device always on for filtering, purifying the air. You will like this place--I fell in love with the quiet, simplicity, and spirit of this quint Coffee place.

A great, quiet place to have lunch. Has a very homey feel and the owners are always very friendly. I like the Texas Central without cheese, the prefect sandwich (if you like horseradish).

A staple on Columbia Pike! Best smoothies I have ever had. So much so that we do not live in the area anymore and we still come a few times a month to get them! Also love their Sienna Chicken Panini. Great spot!

Walked in to classical music. That right there sets a great tone. I got one of their Panini sandwiches, which also came with some chips, and a great caramel latte. At $15 it wasn't cheap, but good stuff never is. The only complaint is that it's a bit too warm in there. Need to lower the temperature a bit. The gentleman owner was a delight to order from. Overall, a great way to support local.

Please spruce up this place. Coffee and bagel were delicious. But this place is dingy. Needs new paint job and clean those windows especially in the back. Lot of competition out there so I won’t be back until this place is upgraded.

Worked here all day. The bagels with cream cheese are delicious and priced well. Iced and hot coffee were both good. Plenty of seating and places to charge a laptop!

A blessing on Columbia Pike! Great coffee and bagels. Skip Starbucks across the street, and come here!

I live their coffee, i know this place for like 17 years and their coffee is always fresh and so good , if you love flavored coffee most of the coffee shops making too sweet but theirs is very well balanced so you can enjoy. Inside is very old maybe need some little restoration but we loved the roaster on the back room. Thank you

(updated review) 5 stars in 2019, still 5 stars in 2023. If you're looking for a quiet lunch spot or a locally-owned neighborhood coffee shop, this is the place. Great coffee, great prices, and great customer service.

I really love this place. The environment and quality of the coffee. However, what is most nice about this place is the attention. Thank you Paul for make it special and to make customers happy.

Love the art deco building and inviting interior. The barista was very kind too. However, I personally found the coffee itself to be rather meh.

The man at the front desk is so sweet but he gave me coffee with soiled milk 😞

Cozy cafe with homey atmosphere. Good coffee options and homemade bagels. Parking in the back was a big plus for me! Recommend for tourists wanting to skip the Starbucks or Dunkin line.
