After
we
left
the
'Ballston
Quarter
Mall'
we
drove
to
'Pentagon
City
Mall'
in
Arlington,
VA.
Since
it
was
Sunday
and
sunny
we
decided
to
check
out
the
area.
The
mall
is
super
bright
and
spacious
with
so
many
stores
to
shop.
Also
a
lot
of
people
are
eating,
shopping
or
just
strolling
through;
it's
a
very
busy,
lively
place.
Also
the
Metro
station
is
connected
so
it
is
easy
to
get
there
if
you
don't
want
to
drive.
Noticed
a
high
police
presence
patrolling
the
mall
and
cameras
at
the
entrances.
The
Apple
store
is
huge
with
its
own
armed
guard.
While
the
police
and
guard
presence
provides
some
sense
of
safety,
customers
still
need
to
be
vigilant!
The
mall
has
major
department
stores
like:
Macy's,
Nordstrom,
Verizon,
Lego
stores
small
specialty
shops
and
boutiques,
and
a
food
court
with
a
lots
of
choices.
My
personal
favorite
is
'Uniquely
Crafted',
on
the
first
floor,
with
its
amazing
selection
of
African
arts:
clothing,
jewelry,
baskets,
hand
bags
...
It's
definitely
worth
it
to
come
and
check
out.
I
almost
bought
one
hand
bag
for
myself
but
was
missing
inside
pockets.
'Jabari',
the
store
vendor,
is
a
very
gentle
and
nice
guy
who
tried
to
help
me
find
what
I
needed.
He
took
some
notes
of
what
I'm
looking
for
will
see
if
they
can
customize
a
bag
for
me.
Also
the
Artopia
galley
is
great
with
an
awesome
selection
of
wall
art.
What
I
didn't
like
is
that
you
have
to
pay
for
parking.
I
noticed
they
don't
have
a
store
list,
it's
hard
to
find
a
restroom.
Macy's
bathroom
is
not
clean
either
...
In
general
this
mall
is
okay
but
not
my
first
choice
for
a
place
to
shop.
