The unlimited option is definitely the way to go as you can try as many items on the menu as you would like! The sangria is delicious and our favorites were the Cuban sandwich, corn dip, chicken empanadas, and steak skewers. Great servers who are attentive and really nice! I will definitely come back again!

It’s officially in, Sundays are for Brunch 🥂🍽 !! My friend and I finally got a chance to make it to @palette22 in Arlington, VA 🚗🌇. @palette22 is a very unique tapas restaurant that offers bottomless entrees and discounted drinks😋. You can also purchase the art that you see located all around and/or participate in their paint and sip events that are held weekly. Though we ordered the Brussels sprouts 2 times and hadn’t received them nor our chicken sliders by time we were ready to go, our waiter Diego was very knowledgeable and suggested some other tasty options such as the beef skewers, curry chicken empanadas, and spicy chili chicken🍗 🍴. Food: 9/10 Staff: 10/10 - Diego thanks for the green tea and lemon drop shots !! - My birthday month ended just right 💕 Bathroom:6/10

A wonderful restaurant serving tapas dishes on the corner of downtown Shirlington. Their happy hour menu (4-7 PM everyday except Sundays) is incredible with great prices and well-flavored food. Since we weren't too hungry, we opted for the Happy Hour instead of the Passport option, which consists of 4 dishes per person for a set price of ~$34 I thoroughly enjoyed their black bean hummus, their street corn, and their flatbread, but all the food had really good flavor. The servers are incredibly kind and attentive and the restaurant's vibe is open with great music and artwork for sale on the walls. Will definitely go again to try their bottomless brunch.

I absolutely love this place. I'll have to admit that it's been a while since I've been here. We came in for dinner and enjoyed their bottomless dinner in which everything on the menu is up for grabs for a little over $30 bucks. It was well worth it. The food was delicious! Plate size was perfect! The Bao Buns were delectable and the drinks were also! Gonna come back and for their bottomless brunch!!

Very busy place with lots of good, well seasoned food. Can't wait to try again. Make a reservation and be sure to grab the unlimited brunch of you know you have quite an appetite. Plates are appetizer size.

This place is pretty cool as a modern style tapas joint. Have been a few times but the photos are from my most recent time today. It’s not too crowded on a Monday night - didn’t need a rezzy but recommend it for the weekend. We got the wings, steak skewers, buttered chicken and dan dan noodles. They were all pretty good. The spice levels were a little too much for me but I ate through the pain. I like all the art on the walls, if you see anything you like, you can buy it! Service was quick and straight forward. A fun place to check out.

Delectable! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Palette 22. We went for brunch on a Saturday afternoon and had the unlimited small plates menu and a bottle of champagne. Shout out to Natalie! She was on point. Fantastic service and great personality ☺️ The bottle of champagne was perfect for two. It comes with blood orange, passion fruit, pineapple, and cranberry juice as mixer. The curry chicken empanadas, jerk chicken, skewers (pictured), and crispy brussel sprouts were my favorite. If I'm being picky the shrimp and grits needed a bit more cajun creole flavor. A to-order taco station and waffle station are included within the unlimited brunch as well. Looking forward to sharing this group with my different family and friend circles. Overall great experience.

My first experience and I must say that bottomless brunch was excellent! John, our waiter, was very attentive. Everything comes out fast and fresh. All menu items are included, along with waffle and taco bar we didn't even have a chance to visit. Love, love, loved the shrimp and grits and brussel sprouts! Definitely get those! You will not be disappointed. Can't wait to visit again.

The entire restaurant ambiance was emasculate. The artistry painting on the wall were so beautiful. I love the fact that bar is big and well rounded. The food was exceptional. The bottomless food on the menu with the different variety was good. I love the portion side because it give you chance try something different wether you like or not. I will definitely be back. Oh let’s not forget about the mimosa. The hibiscus mimosa was to died for. The only problem I had is that they weren’t cold enough, but other than that everything was great.

I came out for brunch yesterday with my God sons and it was amazing! We tried soo much and it was all good to great. Tops are brussel sprouts, french toast sticks, aprepas, shrimp tacos, and pork belly bao buns. AND the passion fruit bellini, so yummy!! Staff is very pleasant and the decor is a vibe!

This place is so awesome! If you like art, waffles and tacos, this is the place to be. Palette 22 has a waffle bar and a taco bar (and a regular bar of course). If that’s not your thing, they also have tapas. While you’re eating, you can see artists doing their thing and watch live entertainment. Also, all the art on the walls (there’s a lot) is for sale so if you see anything you like, you can buy it and support the local art scene. It’s really such a cool experience and the food is delicious.

I love Palette 22! The food is full of flavor and very fresh! They have a pretty decent variety to choose from. You can't go wrong with the Bottomless Plates. The only downfall is that you are not allowed to take any of your leftovers home if you are paying for the all you can eat plates, which is understandable from a business perspective. Plates are not small by any means. The atmosphere is lovely, well lit and clean. You won't regret eating here!

Always love a good unlimited brunch. Food was great well proportioned and service was quick. I was really surprised as other brunch places take a while for food to come out but here we never waited for more than 5 mins for each plate. Really impressed. The music and ambiance was great. Friendly staff.

I would recommend this place for happy hour because the food was good. Our server was friendly but below average otherwise. He kept forgetting to bring us things we asked for, like extra napkins, straws, a to-go container, etc. He also put in an order for a pizza that we didn’t even order, and then charged us for it. But the food was tasty. The red sangria wasn’t that good though (not mixed well or just not very flavorful), so I wouldn’t order it again. Overall would recommend and go back for the happy hour deals and hope that our server was just new and untrained.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in all of Arlington. They serve small plates, and have an eclectic menu with flavors from many different cuisines, so there is something for everyone on the menu. The menu also changes constantly, so you won't get bored of the food. Sometimes, this can be a drawback because a dish you love might get taken off the menu next month. But then it forces you to try other menu items and discover new favorites! Right now, my favorite dish is the Spicy Chili Crisp Chicken Sliders. These are delicious! The atmosphere is really what makes this restaurant so special, though. As others have mentioned, there is artwork from local artists hanging all around the restaurant, for sale! Sometimes, they even have an artist at the front of the bar, working on a new piece. The artwork is always an easy conversation starter, too. So, it's a great place to have a first date, or take new friends, or even old friends from out of town. This is my go-to restaurant when I have visitors from out of town, and it is ALWAYS a hit!

This bottomless brunch was the best! Usually only the drinks are bottomless but we were so happy to find out the food was as well!! The service was great we ordered four times within the hour. The staff was wonderful and timely. This was also such a unique cuisine that I couldn’t quite identify, Asian combined with Mexican and even some traditional hint. It was so refreshing to try new things other than typical brunch foods. The best was the Brussel sprouts and the home made Dan Dan noodles. They also had a taco and waffle brunch in a addition to ordering off the menu. The only downside was that they do not allow take home boxes, which I understand to prevent miss-use but since the foods are a little different I felt so wasteful basically throwing away anything I didn’t eat just because I didn’t like it or was full and couldn’t finish. Overall it was a great experience just make sure you make a reservation!

Recently dined at Palette 22 in Sherlington near DC, and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant's extensive selection of beer taps truly impressed me, offering a wide range of options to suit every beer enthusiast's taste. What made this place truly special, though, was the vibrant and fun atmosphere. It's the perfect spot for a casual outing with friends or a night out. The staff were exceptional, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening with their friendly and attentive service. In addition to the great beer selection and wonderful staff, Palette 22 offers a variety of delectable snacks to complement your drinks. The menu is diverse, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. If you're looking for a lively, snacking-friendly restaurant near DC with an excellent beer selection and a staff that goes above and beyond, Palette 22 should be at the top of your list. I'll definitely be returning for more good times and great food and drinks.

This was my first visit to the Village of Shirlington in Alexandria, VA. It was very impressive and a great food experience. We did the bottomless brunch and for a reasonable price we got to taste small bites of several menu items. The flavors were all delicious and my favorites were the mini cheeseburgers, chicken skewers and monkey bread. You could even venture over to the made to order waffles and taco bar which is part of the brunch and great variety and delicious as well. They have local artist who sell their paintings displayed and also try to have an artist doing a painting during the open hours. The service was fabulous, Delbert was a great server, friendly and helpful on selections. We can’t wait to come back! Thanks it was more then just great food, it was a fun experience as well!

Was in Arlington for a weekend trip and stumbled upon this restaurant. Tried the Passport option which allows you to order 4 small plates (cheese burger sliders, sesame steak skewers, curry chicken empanadas, jerk Chicken skewers). All of dishes we tried were flavorful and delicious. Service was fairly quick, the kitchen sent out the dishes as they were ready so there was a few minutes in between the delivery of each plate. Will definitely try again next time I'm in the area.

My HS friend came to visit over the weekend. I’ve never dined at this establishment before, but any time I came to shirlington, it was always packed. We were late for our reservation and at first the host mentioned there was no reservation. I called ahead to make them aware we were in fact still coming and running late (this was the only hiccup to our visit). After that was resolved we were seated within 5 mins to our arrival. Our waiter was extremely pleasant and gave great details on what brunch inquired. At first we weren’t going to do the bottomless brunch. But, our server recommended that it came out cheaper to do it…. So we did! 🥲🙂 Everything was delicious! 👏🏾waffles made to order😩😩♥️ 👏🏾Shrimp and Grits🥹 👏🏾tacosssssssss👌🏾♥️ 👏🏾pupusa Benedict 😩😩😩♥️ 👏🏾jerk chicken skewers‼️ All delicious. Also once we ordered a food item, it came out in minutes! Just overall a great experience! Everyone was friendly and hospitable. The ambiance was unique and tasteful. And I absolutely loved the artist painting a mural right when you walk in. I will definitely be back!🙃

Platte 22 offers an interesting and fun dining experience! We did the Passport option and got to enjoy a total of 10 dishes for a party of two (5 choices from the menu per person; $39.22/person). Our waiter did an excellent job recommending menu items. Most of our dishes came out quickly. The atmosphere was relaxing, and food was tasty with good presentations.

Had a great time celebrating my nephew's birthday at Palette 22. The food was awesome and our waiter Diego was so nice and attentive to everyone's allergies. The artwork always sets a fun atmosphere. I was able to purchase two art pieces. If you are a local artist go by and paint some original art and trust me it will be noticed and bought. Thanks for a great day with my family.

Good, all you can eat brunch option! They could do more for vegetarians/vegans, but there were still some menu options. The tofu/tahini dip was good, as was the taco bar (omitted any meat and instead had avocado and lots of hot sauce on the taco). The walnut stuffed dates was the most salty dish I’ve ever been served, which was unfortunate because it was truly a good idea!! Without the salt it would have been another really good veggie option. The mimosas and service were also great!!

Recently tried Brunch at Palette 22 with some friends! It was a nice vibe! We all decided to get the Bottomless Brunch for $32.22 per person. With this you get a number of food options (small plates) and a waffle and taco bar. With the purchase of the Bottomless Brunch; Bellini’s, Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are $4.22 each. The taco bar was cute but taste wise was just ok. I eat a lot of tacos and I have high standards. I did not get anything from the waffle bar but that was also a cute option. For my mimosa, I got a passion fruit that is pictured but I also tried the hibiscus which was also really good. I ordered a lot of plates and they kept coming so quickly that I forgot to take pictures of everything but I would highly recommend the shrimp and grits and the lumpia that are both pictured! Overall, it was a good time and I would visit again!

Love Palette 22! I’ve been coming here for a few years now. First they changed the menu and removed some of their items, which is sad because their shrimp tacos were amazing, but now they have a taco bar. They added dessert options and portions are bigger now, which I guess is a good thing. I like that they have different options now for dining in, such as their All day passport and kept their bottomless brunch. Looks like they have happy hour now

This place is great. They have outdoor seating and allow dogs - also have a dog menu with rice and chicken. Pretty much everything on their menu and drink list is the best possible version of that dish, they just do a good job with everything. Plus there is a great vibe with the artwork, layout, and location. The happy hour is worth checking out! Good in general, but also for dates. Highly recommend.

Great service, tasty food, but the portions were crazy small. My Dan Dan noodles were finished in 2 bites. I paid almost 70 bucks and nothing I got was worth the 70 bucks spent. PF Chang gives you better value for your money than this place. A bit disappointing honestly

Food was good when it arrived...that is if it arrived. Some dishes we ordered never arrived and when it did, it was either a different order (that we didn't order) or they gave us 2 dishes of it because they placed the order twice. This is our second time here and the menu seemed smaller from last time we went. I was really excited to go back there again, but I dont know if I will go back again. Food was good esp the taco and waffle bar, but not really worth going back again.

Visited Palette 22 for a quick bite and drinks before a performance at the nearby theater. Here's my take: Environment Huge space with plenty of bar, outside and inside seating. A lively atmosphere with plenty of people and beautiful wall art and decor. It was pretty easy to be seated and didn't need any reservations beforehand. Service Our service was good and our waiter did a great job of presenting the menu and making sure we had everything we needed and getting us in and out when we were strapped for time. Food and drinks We had the shrimp tacos, cheeseburger sliders, pizza and brussel sprouts. My friend really enjoyed the brussel sprouts and tacos and the cheeseburgers were really good. The pizza really gave pizza hut vibes so if you're a fan of that then you will enjoy. Overall the food was tasty and I would come back to try out other items on the menu. Also the drinks were pretty good and definitely strong. Overall Food and atmosphere was pretty good. Great place to hang out and find some pretty tasty food especially before an evening at the theater. I would definitely come back and try out different food on the menu.
