Let’s
start
by
clarifying
that
this
pizzeria
specializes
in
Neapolitan
pizza.
A
lot
of
people
complain
that
their
pizzas
are
too
soft
but
Neapolitan
pizza
are
supposed
to
be
thin
and
soft…
if
you
are
looking
for
thin
but
sturdy,
you
want
NY
style
pizza
so
don’t
bother
with
coming
here
because
unsurprisingly
you
will
be
disappointed.
We
got
the
Diavola
Pizza
and
the
Capricciosa
Pizza.
Absolutely
loved
the
Diavola.
Flavor
was
on
point
and
so
was
the
overall
cook
of
the
pizza.
The
Capricciosa
pizza
wasn’t
impressive
and
was
borderline
soggy.
Wouldn’t
get
that
again.
So
I
suspect
the
simpler
pizzas
with
less
toppings
/
drier
toppings
might
taste
better
here
and
the
more
toppings
esp
wetter
toppings
might
make
the
pizza
softer
/
soggy.
I’d
have
to
go
back
and
try
other
flavors
to
see
if
that’s
true
but
with
how
good
Diavola
turned
out,
I
would
go
back
and
give
other
pizzas
a
shot
when
I’m
craving
Neapolitan
pizza.
Also,
super
friendly
staff
and
it’s
cool
you
get
to
watch
them
make
the
pizzas
real
time
on
the
TV
in
the
dining
room!
