I went to MeJana's for the first time yesterday with another Iraqi friend. The food was delicious! The staff and owner are very receptive and friendly! We were waited on by Mahmood from Iraq. He was very kind, super knowledgeable about the menu, extremely friendly, and very helpful! The owner greeted us before and after. I will definitely go back and try some of the other dishes.

Superb Lebanese food, awesome waitstaff and manager. I stopped in for lunch by myself and returned for dinner with a party of 6. Fun selection of Lebanese wines at reasonable prices. Kibbeh nayyeh (think lamb tartare with bulgur, rarely seen this on the menu elsewhere) was really really good. I would say a must try for those who arent afraid of raw meats. The usual starters (babagaboush, dolma, etc) were all delicious. My lunch kofta and dinner lamb shank were all really good too. All in all a great place worthy of their high google ranking.

Amazing service fantastic food Nice chill environment The lamb chops are definitely a go to for me always flavorful and tender. The Majana grill is just what you need if you're a meat eater and you're not sure exactly what you want.

I had experience at another Lebanese restaurant which had great atmosphere and fairly good food according to a friend of mine, it was not for me. The difference between that place and here was as day and night! My friend had invited me out for lunch/ brunch and I was backing away as I thought it was to that other place; so glad I changed my mind at the last minute! The food here is great! I will return here to eat even though it is out of the way to get to from where I live. More to the point, I will bring a friend or companion with me to experience true Lebanese cuisine! Good food, good service, wonderful staff! I will return here because of both the food and the service. The atmosphere is good but it's the food that I go to a restaurant for! Oh yeah, I'll be back!

Very nice ambiance inside and spacious. Many outdoor tables for you to enjoy as well. Service was quick and attentive. Much attention to details. The food was ok. I wasn't blown away nor disappointed. The calamari needed a bit more seasoning. The mixed grill was ok. Just grilled meat. The garlic butter was gooda and the warm bread.

Delicious food, incredibly warm and hospitable ambience. Mahmoud went above and beyond to create our delicious and amazing yogurt drinks from scratch!! He’s always wonderful and part of the reason we keep coming back! Alina was amazing, so kind and attentive! Despite my parents having tried all sorts of fancy foods and fine dining with my brother every week, they said this “was the best food they’ve eaten”! Quite and elegant ambience where deep conversations can happen. Thank you, Mejana, for hosting these lovely dinners, we’ll be back!

Good selection of Lebanese mezza with good quality. We finished all we ordered ( see the photos 😊). I highly recommend the selection of hot mezza, with the exception of fatteh( Aubergines in yogurt). Wine selection and quality are not that impressive, but cocktails are nice. We love your hot bread Mejana 👍

Sadly they changed sizes and prices.👎🏻 Small portions and it’s overpriced now, lots of bread will help your tummy though. However the place is beautiful. Good thing there is plenty of better places around this location.

I'm indifferent about this review. Our server Dorra abandoned our table with no explanation. We are not sure if it is due to race or who knows but she had another individual not even a server close out the table. We left a 40 dollar tip and I hope the woman from Aberzjan kept it because Dorra didn't even have the decency to come out and let us know someone else will be closing our table. Other than that the food and atmosphere was divine. Not sure if we will comeback because we felt disappointed on how we were treated.

Overall, a superb experience. Greeted promptly upon entering with a friendly smile and welcomed in. Thanks to Sarah for taking great care of our party along with server Erwin. Top notch service. The food is magnificent at Mejana. Most dishes are beautifully seasoned and cooked to perfection. The tabuleh for us was not properly made (seemed to have been prepared recently and had not had time to settle). Will give it another try on a different visit. Recommended items: Mejana Grill, Meat Pies (oh so delicate), Fried Kibeh (deliciously seasoned), Branzino, cheese and dates appetizer, grape leaves, and the bread (addictive). The babahganoush is surprisingly tasty. Loved the hummus. Dessert: must try Kanafeh. The scent of rosewater in this dessert is simply inviting. I can't wait to return and try much more. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. There's seating inside and outdoors. Don't hesitate to visit and make sure you you have an appetite when you go. Make a reservation if you have 6 or more in your party.

Love this restaurant! It is beautiful and the food is delicious. It is pricey but the atmosphere almost all but makes up for it. Recommend for yummy Lebanese fare!

A friend recommended this place so I stopped by with my family to have lunch. We didn’t reserve a table ahead of time but we’re accommodated right away. The food was delicious appetizers, kaftas and the Turkish coffee were all so good. If we come back to the area surely we will go back.

Everything is perfect about this restaurant. We made a reservation because we were told by friends that they get really busy and packed and I'm glad we reserved. The service was really good. The food was even better. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Service was great! Food was delicious. Got the hummus platter for appetizers. The lamb chops is definite must have. Well seasoned and flavorful.

I recently visited a restaurant and would like to share my experience. One aspect that disappointed me was their practice of charging a 20% gratuity upfront. While I understand the concept of gratuity, I believe it should be left to the discretion of the customer based on the quality of service received. Unfortunately, this mandatory charge took away the freedom to determine the appropriate tip based on my experience. Although the food and ambiance were satisfactory, this policy left a negative impression on me. It would be more preferable if the restaurant allowed customers to decide the gratuity amount themselves.

Lunch was super quick and very tasty. Great service. Kind of on the “back” side of the building… if you’re looking at Five Guys walk to the around around the corner. Enjoyed the hummus and fattoush salad.

This is one of my new favorites in Arlington and was a fantastic introduction to Lebanese cuisine! The food was fantastic. The branzino was cooked to perfection with very balanced flavor. Others I was with had the kafta skewers and the mejana grill, both of which were excellent. Everything we ordered was visually pleasing and delicious! Staff were very attentive, and we did not need a reservation for this Tuesday night in February. Half priced bottles of wine Monday - Wednesday will get you in trouble.

We went here to try out their mezza plates and ordered two dishes - Watermelon/date cheese plate and the chicken Shawarma sliders. I thought the cheese plate could have been better since the ingredients didn’t really work well with a whole chunk of date. As for the Shwarma slider, I really like the concept but the meat itself has some smell to it almost as if it was mixed with beef, wasn’t very pleasant to eat. Overall, I expected better quality and finesse for the premium price.

First time at Mejana and it was an excellent experience! The staff is very professional and friendly. Food was so delicious and authentic. The atmosphere is great there and it has a nice patio if you prefer outdoor seating. We ordered a selection of cold and hot appetizers, and my favorite was chicken shawarma.

Stopped here for lunch this week and was pleasantly surprised! It wasn’t very crowded, and our server was excellent. The service was neither slow nor rushed. The salmon and kafta kebabs were really amazing. Definitely will be coming back to try more off the menu!

Had a lovely lunch here while visiting my sons for a few days. Fantastic authentic, fresh and delicious dishes. Our server was so friendly, funny and informative about each plate. We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service. Recommend highly!

I was hosted by a friend for a small birthday dinner. It was my first time at this restaurant and I loved everything about it. The ambiance was great, the food tasted good and they even had the servers sing a happy birthday song for me as they brought out the cake. We met Edwin the manager, who was very sweet and had a great sense of humor! Highly recommend this place.

My first Lebanese meal and overall very good. The hummus and pita bread appetizer was great. My beef schwarma was very tasty, and the thyme fries were crisp and fresh. I also loved the watermelon/cheese/date appetizer (didn't catch what it was called).
