My fiancé were on a road trip with a stop in Washington DC and this was the first restaurant we tried. (10 minutes out of DC) The owner was so friendly and even gave us suggestions for other vegan restaurants in the area. This restaurant serves meat and dairy but has a huge selection of vegan options. We had the BBQ chicken pizza, cheesy bread and spicy chicken wings with sides of ranch sauce. The spicy wings deserve a special mention because I’ve had good vegan pizza before but I’ve never had such tasty vegan wings. I highly recommend this place.

Not great pizza. Saw they have a dill pickle pizza which I've had before and loved elsewhere so I wanted to try theirs. We also got their chicken tikka masala pizza and garlic knots. Garlic knots were the best out of everything we ordered, but even that came with a dipping sauce that tasted like watered down, bland marinara sauce. The chicken tikka masala pizza didn't taste like it sounds. It felt like it had the same watered down marinara sauce with slightly seasoned chicken. Big dill pizza wasn't great either. There wasn't much seasoning outside the pickle topping. We were excited to try this place since there was a decent crowd when we came to pickup. They do have a lot of vegan options which may be their strong suit. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things.

Picked up some pizzas for watching football while studying and am super glad I did. Troy is a super welcoming owner who let me sample some of their vegan wings when I said I was curious about them. I was skeptical, but was blown away. If they had bones instead of a little bamboo skewer, I don’t think I would know the difference. Go for the Gochujang sauce and you’ll be happy. Pictured: Tikka Masala, and the Tropicana. Not pictured: the Cheese slice I ate while walking home

Me and my family visited Troy's for take out on a Saturday night. We were excited to try all the vegan options! The customer service was so great and they helped us make our selections with ease. We had the vegan Tropicana pizza, vegan wings, vegan steak and cheese, and vegan cake for dessert. Everything was sooo gooood and we can't wait to get back there soon!!! Get there and you won't regret it!!

The BEST vegan pizza we’ve ever had!!! The selection for vegan options is incredible. And the vegan cake was delicious! It was so nice to speak with the owner and hear how passionate she is about creating interesting options for an inclusive customer base.

Had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, the wife had the Manicotti. We also had a slice of their Cheese Pizza. Everything was incredible and value priced. I would highly recommend this place for lunch or early dinner. We got to sample some of the Vegan options and was surprised how good it was and my Wife and I are far from Vegan. This place is a must stop in the Arlington area!

I love love the atmosphere at this store. The owner is so friendly. I ordered his Chicken Ceasar Wrap with a side of fries. The wrap was so good and warm. The fries were so delicious. They have the ultimate vegan pizza, delicious and very well made. Best of both worlds, honestly. I will be back Troy!

So decided to share my experience because I couldn’t see much reviews about the fettuccine pasta. Anyways the order the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and the side of garlic knots. The knots were fire 🔥 but ended up seeing the grease at the bottom after a couple. The fettuccine Alfredo honestly wasn’t really bad but it wasn’t my taste. The Alfredo tasted like the seasoning you would expect to eat with spaghetti or a marinara but you’re having fettuccine Alfredo and you don’t really taste the Alfredo. I’m not a red sauce person so this doesn’t sit well with me.

Order was ready very quickly. The vegan elote pizza was delicious and exceptional. The vegan wings with gochigang and spicy buffalo were good. The vegan cookies and cream cake from Rosa Bakes was excellent. My one piece of feedback would be to make sure to keep hot food separate from the cake for both carryout and delivery orders. Highly recommend Troy's.

As someone who craves Italian weekly, it is very hard to find somewhere that can accommodate my vegan girlfriend. We are generally restricted to Mexican and Asian cuisine. Troy's was a breath of fresh air for both of us. My chicken Parm sandwich was fresh and the cheese was very tasty. Her "wings" we're super tender and the buffalo and BBQ sauces were delicious. Not sure when we will be back to DC, but I am sure that I'll be going to Troy's when we do. Beyond everything else the service was good as well and the food only took maybe 15 minutes.

I came here this evening a little bit early so that I could purchase dinner to take home with me. My intention was to get the spaghetti with meat sauce, bit then I quickly realized that I had already eaten pasta on Sunday, and it was way too soon to digest more pasta this soon. I went with the gyro wrap instead. The is was an item that I had not tried at this restaurant, but I figured I would order it to see how it is. Just a side note that this place is more geared to carry out than they are with customers dining inside. I ordered the gyro and patiently waited for the sandwich to be prepared. There were not too many places to walk around in the immediate vicinity, so I basically just chilled in my car for a while and listened to the radio. Soon enough, I made my way back inside and my food was prepared and already placed into a bag. I haven't yet opened the sandwich to see what it looks like, but it appears to be somewhat smaller than a traditional greek gyro. It's more about the size of a wrap which is what they have on their menu. Hopefully I will be arriving at home in about twenty minutes so that I can begin the feast!

A+ spot for vegans and non vegans Went here on our way to the Kennedy center as it is very close by. The reviews on happy cow were very high. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the vegan options including dessert/ ice cream. There is a vegan menu in the restaurant. Ask for the secret vegan menu or find it online on the website. The vegan options include pizza, wings, pasta, fries, cheezy garlic bread and dessert / ice cream. We tried the vegan dill pickle pizza and vegan elote pizza with buffalo wings and Italian ice. Everything was 10/10, staff were very nice and there was a spot to sit and eat. Definitely check it out if you’re in the area! Will return

I tried this place with a few friends who preferred vegan options and the pizzas and appetisers were really good. We started with fried raviolis, vegan chicken wings, and fried poppers. The fried ravioli and jalapeños poppers were spot on, the cheese was super fresh and the crust was ultra crispy. For the main, we tried chicken tikka, chicken bbq, and Elote pizza, all had really good toppings and flavors! The cheese on the pizzas was soft and melting, hard tell it was vegan at all. This place is truly a hidden gem and would highly recommend it giving a try if you love pizzas.

Amazing food! The owner is so welcoming and friendly. He took time to provide recommendations which proved to be excellent. I'll keep coming back for the creative pizzas, substantial vegan entrees and great value. Highly recommend!

We happened to eat here by random chance. Let me start with I am NOT vegan, and I love my chicken. I was absolutely blown away by the vegan “chicken” here. Both the Pizza & wings were AMAZING. I love two hours away, and will be sure to come back to this place.

Don't buy the pasta. My party got a slice of pepperoni pizza, a caesar salad, baked ziti, and penne alla vodka. The pizza was good, and caesar was decent, but the pasta was extremely disappointing. They were both were made from the same base, but the ziti had some baked cheese on top. Their bases were both neither penne alla vodka, nor baked ziti. And they just didnt taste good. I wouldn't go back. The service was nice. They should focus on serving fewer pastas and doing them well than offering many options and doing them poorly.

Stopped at a little hole in the wall place for lunch which visiting DC. Wow! What a surprise. So unbelievably good. We thought we were going to get pizza but the pasta sounded so good. Ended up getting manicotti with Alfredo. But he heard us saying we were changing our minds so the owner brought us a free cheese slice so we could give it a try. Delicious! The place is known for its vegan food which hubby and I were like "um no thanks" but the owner brought a free sample of ham, chicken and bacon and honestly it was pretty good. On a pizza or in a dish I wouldn't have even known. Everything was so delicious. Highly recommend if ever around DC.

I can't recommend Troy's Italian Kitchen enough! The vegan wings were so tasty and tender! The vegan meatball sub was super delicious and tasted just like the real thing! My absolute favorite (but only by a fraction because everything was so good) was the vegan elote pizza! It was loaded with scrumptious toppings and is one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The customer service and vegan options are out of this world! Neel, the owner, is super friendly and makes you feel right at home in his restaurant! I can't wait to go back and try more of their fabulous vegan creations!

Troy’s Italian Kitchen is an amazing restaurant! Their food is incredible, the customer service is off the charts, and the prices are very reasonable especially when dealing with different dietary preferences. My perspective is strictly with their vegan options. I can’t believe how large the menu is and they keep it growing. Very few non vegan restaurants cater to vegans like Troy’s. I’ve also never seen prices that stay the same across the board - for any modifications. I’ve tried over half the menu items and am never disappointed :) I love Troy’s and can’t recommend them enough! Try the newest pizza, Elote - what a delicious addition, it was definitely a family favorite.

The owners and staff at Troy's are so friendly and inviting. This was my first time trying this business, but I felt like I was chatting and catching up with old friends. They have a large vegan menu and The Big Dill pizza was particularly amazing. They do vegan pizza right! I highly recommend getting pizza from Troy's!

We did our wedding catering with Troy’s Italian Kitchen and they were FANTASTIC! We did the make your own pasta bar and pizza (served buffet style) for 100 people and it was such a hit! Troy and his crew were so friendly and professional. They were flexible with guests who ate gluten free and ensured they had their food first to prevent contamination which I really appreciated. The food was hot, fresh, and so good! It was a hit with our friends and family. They are also so incredibly priced I highly highly recommend them for event catering especially weddings! We plan on using them for future parties we have as well!
