I went to Garner Wallace to get my vintage rings cleaned up after having them for about a year. I was chatting with the owner while my ring was being cleaned. I've done business with them before and they've always got excellent service. They've replaced a diamond in a previous ring that fell out, they've bought my old jewelry and gave more than a fair price for it. I can't say enough great things about this business. They're the only jeweler I take my jewelry to. Highly recommended!!! (Also the wife is a gemologist so that's a plus!)

I have used Garner Wallace for all of my watch repair needs. No maintenance item is too small or insignificant for them. I really like my cheap 1970's era Marine Corps watch and they do a great job keeping it running! Very knowledgeable and skilled staff!

Good service and really good people to get in business with. I could just tell by talking to them that they really care about their customers. And I didnt forget about the jewelry there either, they have top notch luxury watches an other jewelry that would definitely catch the eye. Would highly recommend.

I needed a pin for my submariner bracelet and found myself at GWFT&J after trying a couple of places. Not only did he help me quickly, he sent me on my way without even asking for payment. I can't promise he'd do this for everyone, so don't go there expecting freebies, but it's a true testament to how wonderfully hearted these folks are! I am a lifetime customer now.

This business made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the door, they answered all my questions regarding the history of my watch and were able to replace the pin that holds my watch bracelet together on my 1970’s Seiko 5. Upon further inspection I noticed they even gave my timepiece a slight buff afterwards. This is the type of business that has a small town feel because they really take care of their customers. Being in customer service for quite a long period of time I know what to look for and Garner Wallace blew me away. I will definitely be back!

Took my Citizen watch to a renowned jewelry store that sells and services the brand and was quoted $300. I looked around and found GWFTJ on the web, called and was told the part that was broken and a $85 charge. I took it to them and was waiting for the "but" and additional charges that would me necessary for the repairs to be completed, the skeptic that I can be. It was repaired for the original price and works perfectly. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stopped by just before the shop closed. Garner Wallace greeted us like we were family. My husband had an heirloom antique pocket watch that would not run. We asked if he worked on watches like this and he said generally no. He took a look at it and we talked about the watch a little and he said, "Let me take a look at it and see what I can do." Had them replace watch batteries for me. Done promptly and at a fair rate. Also helped polish scratches off my worn out belt buckle, done on the spot. Will definitely be coming back for any jewelry based services!

The employees were super friendly and their selection is beautiful. We stopped in to get one of the tips on my diamond fixed (on a ring we did not purchase from them). The jeweler took it to the back, fixed the tip and cleaned it on the spot.
