Would not recommend to have any repairs done here. I had my ring repaired and then 'fixed' twice before I took it elsewhere to be fixed properly. Poor workmanship, communication and care for my valuable possession.

Thankyou for the beautiful jewellery you made for my daughter to give me as a gift for my 70th birthday. Seeing all my old, unworn pieces of jewellery remodelled into a stunning pendant and ring was just amazing. I am totally in awe and love them. Can't thank you enough. Looking forward to having the next piece made.

I was charges 2 times and Gaylene said she would look up payments made as they were paid overcounter and 3500.00 was paid for repair For said ring was in the mail last week & the person told me they would send a result ant amout that was charged over the counter as well as what was paid with cardof ring? I am so happy with the repair to my eternity ring, I can finally wear it again. Emerald setting changed from claw to semi-bezel setting and some diamonds replaced. Price was very reasonable and the result is just beautiful. Thank you!

Very helpful staff made easy to make my selection it was good having watching the jeweler being manufactured on site plus jewellery repairs as it made it easy to be re size of my ring I had purchased instead of waiting to be sent away I could walk out the door feeling satisfied
