Gaia has so many new, on-trend pieces. I AM OBSESSED! The special extra things offered such as delivery, packaging, gift boxes etc, are value-adds that set this retailer apart. The website is easy to navigate and purchase from, but their store pop-up concept as "jewellery boxes" are well considered and designed, not to mention, super cute!
