As we arrived, we were greeted by a security guard. There we waited to be seated, as no one acknowledged our presence; we found our own table. On the table were two menus; about 7 minutes later a server came over and gave us a third menu. A server came by 5 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order; we made our choice. I asked for the steak with fries. I was told that it was not possible as it only comes with mashed potatoes. You can order fries on the side and not have the mashed potatoes. The place was very busy. The female servers wore splatter guards but no hair nets. As we waited for our food (which was a long time) I noticed that the male servers did not wear splatter guards or hair nets. The female servers were serving food on trays, but the male servers were delivering food by hand and clearing tables by hand. Very inconsistent food handling practices. Also, noted that there was no hand washing station for the servers. My salad arrived 10 minutes before the steak and my first course of soup. When the steak arrived, it was the only thing on the plate. I was asked and requested medium, it was well done. No complaints about the soup. The main course was over cooked (steak) the fries arrived and I asked for ketchup; I was told that it was extra cost. I returned the steak as I could not eat it; I complained to the lady that appeared to be in charge, who did not seem bothered. At this point the bill was placed on the table. I asked the server, “Why are you giving us the bill, we have not finished our meal?” I received no answer. Again, I spoke to the lady who appeared to be the supervisor, “Are you going to replace the steak?” I was told ‘no’, the bill on the table included the price for the steak. The service was poor, the response to our needs was poor, putting the bill on the table before we had finished told me that they wanted us out of there. We went there because of the high praises it has received on trip advisor. Our experience was not the best. We would not return or offer a recommendation for this restaurant.

I arrived in the morning, not too busy. The waiters did not notice us for about 10 minutes. We order something simple: 2 coffees and one croissant. It took almost 15 minutes, there was a miscommunication between waitress and barista: the coffee arrived warm not hot, the cheese croissant was cold (refrigerator) underneath, clearly it was reheated. The price is not worthy for service and products.

This Restaurant / Bakery / is another tradicional and wonderful place to visit in Armenia Colombia, located in the downtown area. I highly recomend it

A good place to enjoy a good breakfast or snack solo or with family. However, the prices and attention need to put more effort. 4/10

I had dinner at this restaurant and it was not the best. Hamburger was okay, the salad they brought with a pasta with requested was not fresh. Service was good but slow. In this place I had better experiences before but this time I was disappointed.

I ordered steak lucerna and it was cooked 3/4 like I requested, but it was chewy. I prefer to order pork ribs at this place because they have really soft meat. The potatoes are really good and the sweets are delicious.

Delicious as always! One of the best ice cream parlors in the country. Their milkshakes are outstanding and their turrones continue being as consistent as I remember them over 20 years ago. Their french fries are a must and I would encourage trying anything within their savoury menu. Staff is friendly and helpful, ready to make recommendations. For anyone with a sweet tooth, Lucerna will never disappoint. Prices are reasonable, ingredients are fresh.

Clean and comfortable restaurant, but the food and service where not on point. The food was too expensive for what you get in terms of quantity and quality. The combination of ingredients was not good (crêpe teriaky + cheese and ham sandwich), it was too greasy and dry. Ignorant service when we entered the restaurant.
