Very cute experience! The guide was very humorous and the entire 3 hours was full of learning and culture. I thought the coffee experience was a bit more hands on, like we could grind coffee but it was still good. We were able to pick coffee beans, taste the coffee and our favorite was being able to dress with typical clothes, dance and take pictures. Recommended even with young children!

A great deal of fun. You are taught a lot about the whole coffee process as well as the different kinds of coffee for local and export. There is a tour that brings you through from start to finish with samples along the way. Even a bit of dancing and uncontrollable laughter. Definitely must go and experience.

Excellent place to visit and stay while visiting the Coffee Zone in Colombia. The staff will entertain you and give you history lesson of how coffee is grown. The staff are very friendly and you will forever remember this place. I take a part of this place in my heart.

It's a very interesting place if you want to learn everything about coffee culture and how it's grown from scratch. The place is decorated like a traditional and folk coffee growing farm. The employees are dressed like that too. They offer a lot of extra services besides the tour, which costs 10 dollars. It took 3 hours to finish it so go prepared to spend so much. I advise you to go get the morning tours since there are less people. The tour guides are so nice and funny. The only con is that they don't talk in English so you'll need a translator.

Great experience of the information about all aspects of coffee growing and tasting. The quide only spoke Spanish but had a super sense of humour, which everyone on this tour enjoyed.

Excellent food and coffee to discover the magic behind the Colombian Coffee culture and its ancestry people. Coffee farmers have been fundamental in Colombia folclore and labor building.

This is a must. Relaxed, spacious, friendly place to learn about coffee. The typical architecture of the region (remember "Encanto"). Nice and funny guides, be prepared to be targeted by them and take part on hilarious moments.

Great experience at this coffee farm, very organized tours and very informative. Our tour guide Daniel had several sexual jokes which may not be welcomed by people of different cultures and countries. I understand it’s acceptable locally but I found these to be unnecessary, considering they were minors present. This is the only reason I don’t give them five stars but I found the overall experience to be great.

My visit to Recuca was time well spent – a 2 1/2-hour journey that's worth every minute. Immersing myself in the world of Colombian coffee while having a blast is simply invaluable. This is truly an outstanding coffee adventure; the tour delves deep into the process, offering a wealth of knowledge. Our guide JJ Forero (very fluent in mierdinglish as he said) was superb, adding an extra layer of excellence to the experience.

We had a wonderful time at Recuca. Our guide, Kennedy Lopez, was an excellent guide and very fluent in English. He helped give my kids and all of us a wonderful experience.

Like its name implies, "RECUCA" this place is a recuca... it is a lot of fun. They make you laugh a lot, they also dress you in the typical clothes of the region and they explain the lives of a coffee worker. You also get to pick your own coffee and sample a cup of coffee from their harvest. It is a wonderful experience. I highly recommend that you speak Spanish for this activity. Non-spanish speakers are welcomed too.

This is a really excellent coffee experience; the tour is very in-depth and you will learn a lot about the coffee process. We had a tour guide in English (Valentina), who was excellent. We got there by Uber but had a difficult time getting an Uber for the return, so it might be better to rent a car or to go with a group to get there. I

We did a day tour in the coffee plantation. Understand the whole process of the coffee beans. Walked around and had lunch there. A good way to explore the plantation. Must visit if you come to Columbia.

Recuca is a nice place, you will learn about the coffee making process. The guides will joke a lot, sadly you have to be local to get all the experience with them even if you know Spanish all the slangs are hard to catch, they have bilingual speakers but is just not the same. Humor is difficult to translate

Great experience. Guides are so fun. You learn about the coffee culture and process. It is worth it. Lunch is delicious. It's a must if you want to know what is the typical food in this region.

Food: I'm a vegetarian and ate a large plate cooked over firewood. The beans were absolutely delicious, as well as the Agua de Panela, and of course, the coffee. My family thinks this was the best meal during the entirety of our stay in Quindio. Tour: Our guide, Cesar Montenegro, was full of energy, informative, and engaging. He went above and beyond to teach us about the cultural aspects of coffee production. I highly recommend Cesar! Activities: There are a variety of activities on the tour. It's difficult to pick a favorite. I think you will get the most out of your visit if you contribute and immerse yourself. The photos my family purchased were worth it. You have the option to purchase a single photograph or the complete set of digital copies on a USB. Ours came with about 100 photos!

Recuca was a great hands-on experience for my wife (American) and me (Colombian). If you are interested in an immersive experience and a guided tour of an actual Colombian coffee farm, this is it. There is a 'tienda' you can buy souvenirs, coffee, and cold beer. Even if you don't do the coffee tour, it is a cool place to enjoy fresh coffee or cold beer and enjoy the view. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful place to visit if and only if you speak Spanish as all their very funny and excellent explanations are on double meaning cultural conversation, if what you want to do is learn from the coffee world cukture, industry and preparation, this is an amazing place.
