Horrible wifi, receptionists who can’t speak English, 8th floor room but still you can hear motorcycles outside so loudly, no emergency kit for a small wound… what more can I say The room is very big and also the bathroom is nice so it’s okay for just one night stay.

Quite food hotel, good facilities and services.

Reception staff were very good however the hotel is old, out of date, and in need of a serious update if they want to say it's the best in Armenia. Location is very central.

Rooms were nice with two double beds. Amenities were good with nice outside swimming pool and jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel porter was called Carlos and he couldn't do enough to help us - brilliant service. Food was OK but might be worth making a visit to a nearby restaurant.

I booked this hotel and couldn't travel because I was tested positive with COVID. I wrote to them two days before my reservation and they did not respond. I wrote to them again when I was charged the entire stay, and they told me I should have contacted them at least 24 hours before the reservation. When I showed them I had done so two days in advance, they stopped responding. Horrible treatment.

Excellent staff great hotel.

This hotel was amazing. The staff is heartwarming and welcoming, they are a mix of 5 star professionalism and the approachability of a small family run guesthouse. We felt great there. It's not a very modern place, but worth every single peso. Special thanks go to Hamilton, keep up the great work.

This hotel is outdated, looks like a hotel from 1970s, wifi is horrible, they are very unorganized and wanted to charge me $50 for food and drinks in the mini bar which we never touched, they made a mistake on the room numbers, reason why I give it two stars is cause the two male staff are very courteous and nice but I can’t say the same for the women receptionists that didn’t even give us a simple apology for their incompetence of mixing up room numbers to charge.

Rooms are very comfortable, attention was good. No alcoholic beverages was a minus. Friendly staff a plus.
