Great hotel, the best in Armenia but very expensive. And lots of rules. I needed an early check-in and it cost me 80,000 pesos just for a couple of hours before 3 pm. Other hotels usually won't have any problems you checking in early. No charge of course. Breakfast is great in the morning and the view is awesome . The rooms are clean and modern as you would expect. For 3 night I paid around 800,000 colombian pesos .

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week and I must say, my experience was amazing! The staff, particularly Laura, Esteban, and Cristy, were extremely helpful and always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and trips, as well as coordinating our transportation needs. The room and facilities were top-notch and we were very impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The rooftop pool and bar offered breathtaking views of the city and mountains. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff truly made all the difference and I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

So far the nicest hotel I've been to in Colombia. Staff was great. Hotel was very clean and modern. The only issue I had was the fire alarm went off 2 different nights out of 7 nights. Can't sleep with that happening at 2am.

We went to the Parque del Cafe and decided to stay at this hotel. We LOVED it. The facilities are excellent, clean and well kept. Stellar location if you want to go to the mall and other interesting places in the city. Parking is on site and the pool has the most amazing view of the city. Awesome breakfast!

Amazing service! Everything comes down to that. We stayed at this hotel at last minute looking in Armenia due to salento being sold out. They were really nice from the beginning, breakfasts and rooms are good, but the most important part was that we forgot our documents passports and everything in the safe box without realizing there were missing. The hotel called got in contact with us and let us know. They reached out via wasup and got us all our stuff. We were so thankful.

Is an ok hotel , the food at their restaurant is not the best, some dishes better that others , the rooms are a little noisy early in the mornings and the spa is terrible. Don’t go , you will be disappointed like we are. The spa is a room very illuminated and no storage drawers or closet or lockers. The towels and sheet were stored under the table beds that were also very small and uncomfortable. I hope the hotel reads this and do something about it .

An excellent location. Ample and wide parking. Starting the entrance: the service is excellent. The security guard attends you with a smile and offers his help to locate you in the best place. The lobby is large and you feel relaxed from the beginning of your stay. The check in is super fast and very professional, the attention is immediate. I arrived at night and was attended with great kindness and the hotel offered me great dining options taking into account the time of the night. During my days at the hotel I was able to experience a qualified service, enjoy the pool which has a very special view to the mountains and a heated jacuzzi with delicious and friendly music…super well attended by a group of highly qualified people. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is excellent. It is very well attended by the staff and I found the chef to be superlative, I recommend the double grill burger or the Nevado and for easy dinner the cordillera soup. The natural juices are a Must. The breakfasts are buffet choice and there is a wide variety of options that make you feel satisfied. The rooms are spacious and offer an isolated place from outside sound, the air conditioning is excellent and those in charge of the operational duties are always pending and ready to the order of any request. The staff in charge of cleaning the rooms does a fabulous and impeccable job. The hotel staff is always ready to act and help with a friendly smile that puts you at ease and gives you peace. A 100% place.

Staff was wonderful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Location makes it easy to access Armenia by walking anywhere within a 10-30min variable. Include breakfast had nice variations, every morning. Would absolutely stay again and most likely will.

Stayed for 2 nights in the Superior King room with mountain views. Lots of counter/table space to utilize, plus closet and drawer space. Breakfast was fantastic! Great shower and comfy bed, although firm. We were street side on the 14th floor, and could hear some of the motor bikes with loud exhausts and faint music, but it wasn't an issue for us. We slept well. They also allowed us to keep our bags in a secure area after our checkout so we could watch the Yipao parade!!! Would not hesitate to stay here again if passing through. Fyi, their spa and gym are still in the works and not yet functional. This building felt new.

I was there in December and only today because i choice another hotel in Armenia i remember how nice was the Mokawa Plaza. Best Hotel in Armenia for location, for service, for accommodation, for everything.......i really miss you guy! For sure next time i don't go to try new "Pseudo Hotel"

Worst hotel experience ever. The cards for the room don't work, laundry services take days and you have to keep calling multiple times a day to ask for the clothes to be picked up. They don't have towels or shower gel so bring your own. Bar service takes around 40 minutes for a cocktail. Rooms are too dark but don't try to turn the lights on or off as the switches and mirrors fell off.

Lovely hotel. Nice selection of wines on the amazing 17th floor bar with pool and view of the city. Beautiful sunsets with the mountains on one side and a view of the city on the other. Super friendly and helpful staff. You can arrange for a driver to take you to any of the sites and nearby towns for a reasonable price. Lots of tiendas and little restaurants and bars basically right outside the hotel door. Juan Riaño has a great little art shop where he sells his photos and art from local artisans. Be sure to support local artists by buying a photo or piece of art. Perfect hotel.
