Customer service is excellent. The treatment was like if you were a family member. The food 'a la carte' is excellent. Their jacuzzi and pool were cleanse every day I was there.

We stayed at Hacienda Combia for 3 nights. It is an awesome place with great service. The rooms are not the biggest, but still nice in colonial style. The view is stunning! You can use the sauna, pool and whirlpool aswell. We would come here again!

THIS PLACE IS A TOURIST TRAP, BE CAREFUL. It was our worst experience in Colombia in almost 4 weeks. They are trying to cheat you on airport transfer prices (we got transport from Armenia 3x cheaper), apply tips to your bill you are not aware of, there was a scorpion in our room, no reachable power outlets, room was tiny and dark. It had 2 windows without courtains - one to the patio where people sit and talk, other one to the corridor where people walk. We could hear every noise from the patio, corridor and other rooms. There was no warm water in our room, even though they said there should be. The hotel is situated far from any shops or restaurants, so you must eat in their restaurant which prices don't meet the quality. The breakfast is free, but made of cheapest ingredients, and always the same. It's a coffee farm, but the coffee for breakfast is awful, for coffee from a coffee machine you have to pay extra. Cherry on the top is the noise of cars and trucks, you can hear the trucks on the main road or bikes on the dirt road near the hotel. 2 positive things: the birds and the coffee tour with Maurizio. Please avoid this accomodation at any cost.

The customer sevice is the absolute worst. Victoria, the «manager » has no clue about customer service. Read the reviews in TripAdvisor. Almost 30 guests tell about their nightmare in this place. This is a tourist trap. BEWARE. We got to the hotel and we had made a reservation for 3 rooms. The hotel manager, an arrogant lady simply said: « we only have one room on your reservation ». We told her that it was impossible and showed her the reservation made through BOOKING with the 3 rooms and the names of all the guests. Booking.com reservations are pretty straightforward; there’s a confirmation number with all details. She could have looked into it. instead, she said the hotel was full, with no intention to see what the problem was on their end. She told us: « contact booking ». So after a 3-hour road trip we would have to sit and wait for Booking to tell her that we had booked 3 rooms? It seems she had overbooked the hotel and was hoping we would leave. I have travelled around the world and NEVER had such a bad experience. Beware, if you reserve in this overpriced hotel, they may have overbooked the hotel, just like a cheap airline. The rooms in the pictures are NOT accurate. We paid for an overpriced room at 1’600.000 for 3 nights. Dark and moldy. Not what they show in the pictures. This hotel is a tourist trap. My uncle saw a cockroache. I want to leave this review hoping that no one else falls in this trap.

Beautiful place! And when we were there (October), a birder's paradise! We saw more than a dozen different birds from our balcony. Bring your binoculars

We stayed here last minute after a trip to parque del cafe. In a country where you typically sacrifice customer service to cheap travel it is great getting the quality of service we received here. Four staff members went out of their way to make our stay great, it had the feeling of Disneyland in that everyone working there was pleasant and happy and contributed to our sense of happiness. In the future we had planned to stay at a different hotel with more amenities but we had such a good stay here that we will definitely be making this our home in Armenia when we are traveling here.

The hacienda was included in our G Adventures tour and we are glad that we got to experience it! Located on a coffee plantation this was a wonderful experience in Armenia. Rooms were rustic but clean. Food and service were excellent. Friendly local cats wander around. Pool was refreshing and hot tub relaxing. Coffee tour was great too and definitely something to try. You learn about the growing and harvesting from your guide as you walk through the coffee groves then do coffee tasting! Fun! A definite must for coffee lovers.

An awesome place to rest, work or even be on the way to other destinations. They have good facilities including rooms with all necessary to rest or work; hotel's internet service is decent and you have chances to use either the pool or the jacuzzi. Some plans costing no more than 30-40 USD can be done. Plans such as "Ruta del cafe" or spa or even transportation service to another towns such as Salento, Armenia, Pereira or Santa Rosa. The food options are not as wide as you may expect, but you can eat well during your stay. Remember to bring some clothe layers, because the weather can be rainy and quite cold in the nights. Try the local coffee, always is tasty and enjoyable

Great place great service. It's a little far form Panaca and coffee park but nothing that a beautiful landscape doesn't cure.

Hidden gem in the eje cafetero. The views are breathtaking at all times. You are immersed in nature and every second you see hummingbirds, yellow birds, big barranco bird etc. They have beautiful flowers and greenery. The customer service is that of a 5 star resort. They are attentive and kind. The food, once again, is AMAZING and LARGE portions. It’s affordable and diverse in options. They are very well located outside of Armenia and they offer great activities if you’re looking to use it as a jumping point in your trip. We loved this place so much I came back 2x in one week. THIS PLACE IS A MUST ON MY LIST.

There are some areas that need improvement like the "kid's playground" which is just a swingset and a trampoline, the bathrooms and the area where the pool tables are.

👍👍 Absolutely delicious food here! The main house dish being Pollo A La Carreta, I have to say, everything about the meal was just cooked to perfection! Not many parking spaces so be ready for some times where it will be filled up. All outside restaurant made it feel more like a Colombian restaurant. E...
